1. How an author/reader register in this journal?
In journal home page (top right) you can find the register option, by providing the required details along with valid e-mail id and password one can register.
2. I've forgotten my password or username, what do I do?
i.In the Login box, click Forgotten your username or password.
ii.Enter your email address.
iii.Click Submit.
iv.Your username and password will be sent to the email address you entered.
3. How can I recover my password?
Contact the respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com. You shall be informed within 24 hours.
4. How to access the published article?
In journal home page (top right) you can find the login option, by providing the registered e-mail Id and password one can access all published articles.
5. What types of articles will the journal accept?
Elixir is an open access journal that publishes high quality research articles in all areas of research (arts, humanities, science, engineering and technology). It accepts research articles, research notes, reviews, letters to the editor.
6. Is there any page limit for writing manuscripts?
Elixir policies allow the publication of a manuscripts consisting maximum of 15 pages. However, depending upon the merit of the research, appropriate relaxations are granted.
7. How do I submit an article for publication?
The researcher can submit the article through online submission system by login into the journal. Otherwise email the article to respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com. Editorial staffs shall acknowledge the receipt of the manuscript within 24-48 hours. (Sunday Holiday)
8. How to track my submitted manuscript?
Once the manuscript is successfully submitted, an Article Tracking Number will be sent to the e-mail id. By entering the Article Tracking Number in following link you can find the current status of manuscript http://www.elixirpublishers.com/index.php?route=articles/tracking.
9. How can I check whether manuscript reached you or not? How many day it will take to publish final manuscript?
Once the manuscript is successfully submitted, an article tracking number will be sent to your e-mail id. Editorial staffs shall acknowledge the receipt of the manuscript within 24-48 hours(Sunday Holiday).Acceptance of articles will be informed to the authors, approximately within one month from the date of submission.
10. How can I edit my paper?
Contact the respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com. You shall be informed within 24 hours.
11. How will I know my paper has been accepted?
You will receive email from respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com within a month time.
12. Can I make corrections to my proof after publication?
Yes. Contact the respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com. You shall be informed within 24 hours.
13. Who do I contact if the answer to my question is not provided here?
You can email the question to respective journal e-mail id elixirpublishers@gmail.com.
14. Why can't I view a document as a PDF? (Adobe® Acrobat Reader® problem ?)
Some clients have reported problems using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 to open certain documents. We recommend that you upgrade your Acrobat Reader software to the latest version.
15. If a document is missing or corrupt what should I do?
i.If you identify a missing or corrupt document, click the Contact us to notify us.
ii.On the Contact Us page, select Enquiry.Include as much detail as possible in the comments box, e.g. journal name, volume, issue,page number.
iii.Click Send to submit the information to us.
