An Efficient Methodology for Cloud Computing to Retrieve Data
Cloud computing is an efficient data sharing technique where users can directly store and access information through internet. Hence the chances of unauthorized access and security of data is an important issue in cloud computing, hence various techniques are implemented for the security of cloud data. Encryption is a technique of providing a secure access of data over internet, but chances of attack is still possible. Hence an efficient technique is implemented using the concept of multi-keyword based data retrieval in cloud computing with encryption [1]. Although the technique is efficient in terms of communication overhead and security from various attacks but further enhancements can be done in the technique to make it for secure and easy, hence a new and efficient technique is implemented in cloud computing using attribute based encryption and verification, the proposed technique implemented provides security from various attacks and provide less storage and communication overhead.

Hybrid algorithm for detecting diabetes
The purpose of this research is review of rules and application area of predictive data mining in medical sciences and presenting a frame work for creating, evaluation and exploitation of data mining models in this. In this paper a new method is presented for the diagnosis of diabetes. In this article we want to use the combination of artificial intelligent techniques such as genetic algorithm for attribute reduction from 8 to 4, the artificial neural decision tree to select the best possible conditions Neural Network, and education to estimate adaptability learn Machine, in order to identify the diagnosis of uses. The present study compared to older methods and meta-heuristic model involving a combination of genetic algorithms and neural networks and decision trees in the diagnosis of diabetes is based on the laws and properties of the compound.

Data Acquisition System Hardware for GPS Propagation Sentences in Less Developed Countries: A Review
GPS receivers plays a greater role for calculating and determining the precise point positioning and deals with the navigational massages, also one of the main uses of high-end GPS receivers is for scientific research and space science analysis. The handheld GPS receivers were utilized for experimental purposes contrary to the traditional application for recreation and geo-catching activities. The classification of different commercial GPS receivers gave an inside ideas for application and utilization of these receivers in the field of laboratory research. Garmin GPS handheld receivers performed an excellent example in conducting experimental work for GPS propagation data analysis.

Content Analysis and the Challenges of Measuring Insurgencies in Nigeria: the Case of Boko Haram
This paper discusses the relevance of content analysis as a methodological tool in the study of conflict situation in Nigeria. It attempts to test the widely held assumption that poverty is the major reason for the growing number of insurgencies in the country in recent time. The central argument put forth here is that despite the weakness associated with content analysis in terms of validity and reliability, it can be used to effectively examine the content of communication, especially in conflict situations. Thus, this paper seeks to identify the link between quality research and effective policy process in Nigeria. The paper relies essentially on secondary sources of data. It recommend that government should adopt dialogue in resolving the problem of insurgency at its formative stage rather than the use of counter violence as is the case with the current Boko Haram insurgency.

Application of AHP Model in Selection of Most Appropriate Area to Establish Soil Damp for Artificial Recharge of Underground Aquifers (Case Study: Tabas Basin)
In recent years, water exploitation has become greater for many reasons such as population growth, industrial development, urbanization growth and consequently increased demand for food products. Hence the rate of exploitation and consumption ground water become greater than recharge of them, in other words input of ground water system is less than its output and system with negative balance sheet has positive feedback and it is collapsing. Thus it is very significant to determine the suitable position for Artificial Recharge of ground water. One of the management methods for water resources is Multi Criteria Decision Making. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a structured technique for dealing with complex decisions that was developed by Thomas L. Saaty in the 1980 year. It provides a comprehensive and rational framework for structuring a decision problem, for representing and quantifying its elements, for relating those elements to overall goals, and for evaluating alternative solutions. The base of this model is comparing variables by pair wise by Matrix relationship. In this way, pair wise of the effective variables on the concrete Pavement were considered and based on relative weights the output was extent. In the present research, combination of Indexing system Method with Analytical Hierarchy Process has been applied to assess the Selection of most appropriate area to establish soil damp for artificial recharge of underground aquifers. The findings of the research show that zone 3 with 0/3606 points promotes in first rank among 5 studied zones and thus it is the most appropriate zone for Artificial Recharge of ground waters, in contrast zone 5 with 0/1731 point goes down to the last rank and so it isn`t suitable for Artificial Recharge and zones (2,4,1) are located in next ranks.

Philosophical Foundation of SLA: The Emergence of Output Hypothesis, Past, Present and Future
The aims of this presentation are two folds, in initial stage, the presenter would like to shed light on the philosophy of second language learning, and how different philosophers have tried to explain the aim or purpose of second language acquisition, the second part includes the emergence of output hypothesis, and the reasons why this hypothesis emerged, and finally how this hypothesis has been modified during these two decades.

FT-IR, FT-Raman Spectra and Scaled Quantum Mechanical Study of 5-bromo-2-chlorotoluene
The vibrational spectra of 5-bromo-2-chlorotoluene (5B2CT) have been obtained by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Normal coordinate analysis has been carried out to support the vibrational analysis. The results were compared with the experimental values. With the help of scaling procedures, the observed FTIR and FT Raman vibrational frequencies were analysed and compared with the theoretically predicted vibrational spectra. The assignments of bands to various normal modes of the molecules were also carried out. The Electrostatic potential (ESP) of the title molecule were also performed. Further, density functional theory (DFT) combined with quantum chemical calculations to determine the first-order hyperpolarizability. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies shows that charge transfer occur within the molecule. Electronic excitation energies, oscillator strength and nature of the respective excited states were calculated by the closed-shell singlet calculation method were also calculated for the molecule.
