The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the staffs of the youth and the sport department in Charmahal & Bakhtiari
In order to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and its relation with organizational commitment of the staffs of the youth and sport office in Charmahal & Bakhtiari, 150 staffs in this office were selected as the samples. To collect data, there were used the job satisfaction questionnaires (Brown and Pierson, 1993) and the organizational commitment questionnaires (Allen and Mayer, 1991) by a descriptive- correlation survey. To analyze data, there were used descriptive- deduction statistics of the factor analysis(Pierson correlation coefficient). Due to survey results, all components of the job satisfaction such as supervision 0.774, work 0.896, salary 0.753, upgrades 0.826and general satisfaction 0.848 affect on the organizational commitment. There is some meaningful and direct relation between job satisfaction and its aspects with the organizational commitment. These results of this study, as other surveys, showed thatthe lack of the job satisfaction in every office causes forming non commitment toward the organization. The managers should be ensured about the job satisfaction among staffs in order to prevent some internal problems in the organizations.

Support Vector Machine and KNN Based Classification for Attack in Intrusion Detection System
This paper describes a hybrid design for intrusion detection that combines anomaly detection with misuse detection. The proposed method includes an ensemble feature selecting classifier and a data mining Classifier. The former consists of four classifiers using different sets of features and each of them employs a machine learning algorithm named fuzzy belief k-NN classification algorithm. The latter applies data mining technique to automatically extract computer users’ normal behavior from training network traffic data. The outputs of ensemble feature selecting classifier and data mining classifier are then fused together to get the final decision. The experimental results indicate that hybrid approach effectively generates a more accurate intrusion detection model on detecting both normal usages and malicious activities.

Crystallization kinetics of In40Se60 thin films for phase change random access memory (PRAM) applications
Chalcogenide based semiconductors have attracted much attention recently due to their applications in solid state devices (SSD). Chalcogenide phase change memory is considered as a potential replacement of flash memory due to its high storage density and archival stability. Phase change non-volatile semiconductor memory technology is based on an electrically initiated, reversible rapid amorphous-to-crystalline phase change process in multicomponent chalcogenide alloy materials similar to those used in rewritable optical disks. In order to view the suitability of a material for PRAM applications, it is necessary to investigate the crystallization behaviour of the material concerned. In the present work, a systematic investigation of crystallization kinetics of In40Se60 alloy has been made. Thin films of In40Se60 alloy were prepared by thermal evaporation using Edward Auto 306 evaporation system. Electrical measurements at room temperature and upon annealing at different heating rates were done by four point probe method using Keithley 2400 source meter interfaced with computer using LabView software. The dependence of sheet resistance on temperature showed a sudden drop in resistance at a specific temperature corresponding to the transition temperature at which the alloy change from amorphous to crystalline. The transition temperature was also found to increase with the heating rates. From the heating rate dependence of peak crystallization temperature (Tp) the activation energy for crystallization was determined using the Kissinger analysis. The films were found to have an electrical contrast of about six orders of magnitude between the as-deposited and the annealed states, a good quality for PRAM applications. The activation energy was determined to be 0.538±0.063eV.

Perception among the pass out graduates of different universities regarding challenges faced by graduate’s business education (Evidence from Pakistan)
The objective of this paper is to explore perception among the pass out graduates of different universities regarding challenges faced by graduates’ business education in Pakistan. A total of 300 respondents were randomly selected from different universities of Pakistan giving a response rate of 83 percent. The selection was made through simple random sample. The data obtained through questionnaire. The result of this study revealed that most of the respondents are satisfied regarding major reason of joining MBA programme. MBA programme helps in career development, deliver managerial skills, provide good opportunity of employability. Above 70 percent respondents working in well reputed organizations at top and middle level management, rest of them at lower level and non-managerial and they have completed their degree in full time programme before joining organization. It was found also that they have good business insight and career development. Overall result shows that 80 percent respondents have achieved their goal and made improvement in career, work status and management abilities. The result shows that all skills important for employer but most important are managerial, conceptual and interpersonal skills that MBA programme must deliver.
