Fracture dislocation of the humeral head associated with a fracture of the humeral shaft treated by nail Targon
The cerebro-spinal tuberosity fractures (CT) are complex fractures. The existence of a dislocation of the head or fracture even worse prognosis. Several therapeutic alternatives have been proposed in this context. We report a case of fracture dislocation of the humeral head associated with a fracture of the humeral shaft in a matter of 79 years, treated by intramedullary antegrade nailing with self-stabilizing screws type TARGON Consolidation is achieved at 8 weeks, the fracture reduction is acceptable.

Removal of ladle & saving the effective heat energy radiated in steel industry
Tremendous heat energy waste in steel plant through ladle, but nobody think over this issue. A Heat Energy Solidification process are simulated for a continuous casting machine and the constructive shape of the liquid pool is predicted considering at different conditions. Heat energy and Solidification model is described for the C.C. of Steel Slabs. The Model has been established on the basis of the technical conditions of the slab caster in the C.C.

Fate of Drugs and their Metabolites in the Environment
The individual use of these pharmacologically active substances which generate great but underappreciated levels of other toxicologically potent and associated bioactive metabolites through purposeful and inadvertent discharge to the environment via excreta and by illegal disposal has become a global issue. This work reviews aspects of drugs occurrence, metabolism, transport routes, stability, analysis and environmental distribution of these emerging contaminants and highlights current developments in investigating and monitoring their fate and potential effects in aquatic environments. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) and high performance liquid chromatography are the preferred methods for trace drugs analysis in wastewaters as their measurements depend largely on successful application of a fast and reliable method for qualitative and quantitative determination. The application of this method to the actual influents, effluents, sludge and environmental sediments from sewage treatment works (STWs) allows the assessment of drugs content and the extent at which STW helps in the transport of these pollutants (via different media) into the environment. The capability is also outlined for furthering our understanding of fate and behaviour of drugs with particular reference to illicit drugs, abused pharmaceuticals and environmental processes in our quest to understand the overall issues of drugs and make available exposure data for the aquatic realm.

End User Software Engineering Importance and Related Techniques
Today there are more end user programmers than professional programmers. since there is ample evidence that programs which end users create have led to huge expenses, software quality is necessary. In this paper End User Software Engineering (EUSE) and related terminology will be defined, then compared with professional software engineering. Finally to aid end user programmers for improving their software quality, some tools will be introduced.

An Empirical Investigation of Informal Credit Channel (Trade Credit), Offsetting Conjecture with Traditional Credit Channel: Evidence from Corporate Inventory Financing
This study investigates the existence of trade credit as a short term financing channel during tight credit conditions, offsetting conjecture of trade credit channel with traditional credit channel of transmission of monetary policy and subsequently relative adjustments in inventory dynamics covering a large panel of 145 Pakistani firms over the period of 2000-2011.The generalization of Lovell’s target adjustment model using Arellano & Bond approach for dynamic panel data has been employed using first difference GMM estimator .The model has been augmented with the short term bank borrowing and trade credit ratios by differentiating the firms either more or less likely to face financing constraints with the hypothesis of making high or low use of trade credit. The findings suggest that there exist a strong evidence of trade credit channel in moderating the credit channel of transmission of monetary policy. Financially constrained firms are found to have less availability of short term bank borrowings and a high dependence on trade credit in tight monetary episodes.

Predicting tourist’s behavior for acceptance and intention toward using e-Touris
Tourism is one of the major sources of income for most countries and using the internet as a new channel for providing different services of tourism is growing rapidly. But it is clear that focusing on technology alone can’t lead the business to success. The key point of successful business in e-tourism is to concentrate on the customers and their behavior. The aim of this study was to evaluate and validate influential factors for predicting intention of tourists and travellers in e-tourism in Iran, based on a modified model designed according to the principle of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). For this purpose, the specific features from modified model were investigated through a survey involving 259 respondents. In our study, the results reviled that “attitude”, “subjective norm” as well as “perceived behavior of control” significantly affects Iranian tourists’ intention to use e-tourism. In this research we not only worked on evaluating a model and the relationship between constructs, but also tried to find specific factors that drive people to use e-tourism. This study investigated the relationships among beliefs about Internet privacy and trustworthiness; in short its shown respondents who believed in the trustworthiness of the tourism websites were more likely to use e-tourism. In addition to using descriptive method, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) has also been utilized to fathom out to what extent the specific factors defined by modified model are influential for motivating people to use e-tourism websites.
