This report is to make provision for ecomomic analysis for propose amendments to copyright legislative in Nigeria. It is also to concentrate on the impact of these proposed reforms on the ISP industries in Nigeria, the effect on the stakeholder (e.g consumers, content producers). The problems facing content producing industries as a result of the Internet and piracy are briefly discussed, with the primary threat being the free digital distribution of copyright contents over the Internet through peer-to-peer (P2P) networks and illegal duplication of copy right contents. The number of digitally encoded music files (MP3/MP4) distributed has no definite estimation on yearly basis because there is no extent that piracy and downloads cannibalize sales do not go to. It is likely that the net effect of digital music downloads on CD sales is negative. The economic impact of each of the proposed copyright reform options is emphasised. The options as follows; the standing quo on significat economic cost to effect of law on outdated and complexity of internet services. Also on benefit clarification of legal matters and subjects ISPs to explicits condition on exemption from copyright liability. Practice of “Notice and Takedown” and “Notice and Notice” adoption to guide ISPs to work with content providers after recieving “Notice” of copyright infringement. Levying a mandatory licensing “tariff on ISPs, base on the magnitude of the tariff and its implimentation. It is recommended that the copyright be reformed to give explicit boundry on ISP copyright dependence for transmission, linking, production and detecting of copyrightd content by employing Notice and Notice or Notice and Takedown method.

Source degraded LNA Design in 0.13µm CMOS process for Personal Wireless Area Network
This paper presents the results of a RF receiver front-end design used in Personal Wireless Area Network (PWAN) and implemented in a 0.13µm CMOS process with source degenerated amplifier. Device models were used in MULTISIM and MATLAB Particle Swamp Optimization implementation to iteratively find a solution to optimal component values for user LNAtopology. To demonstrate the design methodology, a sub-mW fully integrated narrow-band sourcedegenerated cascode RF LNA is designed and simulated in a standard 0.13µm CMOSprocess to operate in the 2.4GHz band. The LNA achieves a voltage gain of 24 dB,noise figure (NF) of 1.4 dB, from a 4.4 mA supply current.

The investigation of the relation between earnings management and long run stock performance
In this paper, we exam firm’s incentive to manage earnings raising external capital varies with investor beliefs. Under the spline specification regression: a firm is more likely to management earnings when investors are more optimistic about the industry prospects, but more reluctant when investor belief is low. We evaluate monitory cost to explore the reasons and find that using venture capitalists as specialized investors with lower monitoring costs than other institutional investors, earnings management is less likely for low investor beliefs but more likely for high investor beliefs for VC-backed firms relative to non-VC-backed firms. We can also obtain the same results as former study that auditor’s quality negatively related with earnings management. Considering above consequence, we documents IPOs firms engaged in managing earnings with high investor beliefs have an influence on the long-run abnormal stock return performance. These findings have implications for investors, firms, and accounting standard setters. More prudential monitory is important during market booming periods.
