New Integral Transform "Tarig Transform" and System of Integro-Differential Equations
In this work a new integral transform, namely Tarig transform was introduced and applied to solve linear systems of Integro-differential equations with constant coefficients. The brilliance of the method in obtaining analytical solution of some systems of volterra integral and Integro-differential equation.

Iodination of organic compounds using anion exchange resin supported peroxodisulfate under mild aprotic conditions
Peroxodisulfate was simply supported on a weakly basic ion exchange resin by elution of a column containing the resin with an aqueous potassium peroxodisulfate solution. Resin supported peroxodisulfate was used for mild and selective ?-iodination of 1,3-dicarbonyl and ?,?-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in the presence of molecular iodine in acetonitrile at room temperature. Also direct and efficient iodination of activated aromatic compounds was performed in acetonitrile under reflux conditions.

Analysis of fluoride in the water of bore-wells of Azamgarh city, U.P
The presence of excessive amount of fluoride in bore wells and drinking water causes dental fluorosis, mottling of teeth etc. Ground water contains fluoride ions dissolved from geological formations. The presence of low concentrations or absence of fluoride in water results in a high incidence of dental caries in children’s teeth. Therefore the concentration of fluoride should be within permissible limit as prescribed by various organizations such as ICMR, WHO, BIS etc. Hence, it becomes very important to analyze the fluoride in the water of bore-wells for used drinking purpose. In the present study, fluoride content has assessed by standard analytical procedures and found in the range 0.008 to 0.615 ppm at different sampling stations of Azamgarh city during Jan 2012 to July2012.

Dynamic allocation and parallel optimization theory in Sharon – nephele cloud
In present year ad-hoc parallel data processing has emerged to be one of the killer applications for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS) clouds. Major Cloud computing companies have started to integrate frameworks for parallel data and making it easy for customers to access these. However, the processing frameworks which are currently used have been designed for static, homogeneous cluster setups and disregard the particular nature of a cloud. Consequently, the allocated compute resources may be inadequate for big parts of the submitted job and unnecessarily increase processing time and cost. In this project the data processing framework to explicitly exploit the dynamic resource allocation offered by today’s IAAS clouds for both, task scheduling and execution is constructed. Particular tasks of a processing job can be assigned to different types of virtual machines which are automatically instantiated and terminated during the job execution.

Glomerulonephritis and its Therapeutic Approach: A Comprehensive Evaluation
Glomerulonephritis is a group of renal disorders in which the major injury involves the glomerulus rather than the tubules, interstitial tissue, or vasculature. In glomerulonephritis, there is remarkable variation in clinical appearance, disease etiology, management strategy and diagnosis. The prime intention of this review is to provide detail information about Glomerulonephritis; its genesis, etiology, epidemiology, symptoms and diagnostic parameter for identifying acute and chronic glomerulonephritis. This review article focuses on the major treatment which includes Allopathic and Ayurvedic medicine available for treating the conditions of glomerulonephritis. Apart from this it also provides information about precautions and home remedies which are available for the treatment of Glomerulonephritic syndrome.

Dowry as a socio legal perspective
The present study is an in depth empirical study of dowry-related offences. It makes a critical analysis of judicial activism-a new development- in liberating women. The specific objective of this paper was to study the socio-educational profile of victims of dowry offences and relate it to the socio-cultural practice of dowry. It also makes an analysis of the laws related to dowry and their effectiveness. The findings of the study show that section 498-A and section 304-B have provided teeth to the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, but Article 51-A of the constitution remains ineffective because the socio-cultural norms related to the practice of dowry have remained unchanged and therefore, the practice of giving and receiving dowry continues as such. Even otherwise law abiding citizens are giving and receiving dowry. Adequate social awareness and education is necessary, along with legal punishment, to do away with this evil practice.

Measuring Efficiency of Commercial Banks in Pakistan with Data Envelopment Analysis
This study evaluates the individual and overall performance of commercial banking industry in Pakistan consists of 20 banks contains almost 90% of the share in terms of deposits, advances, total assets, profitability and labor force divided into four group large, medium, small conventional banks and a group of Islamic banks for the period which is characterized by slow economic growth and precarious macro economic indicators started from 2006 till 2010 by using non parametric technique Data Envelopment Analysis. Technical efficiency under CRS and VRS models and scale efficiency in respect of production and intermediation approaches are evaluated. This study earmarks and reason out the most efficient and inefficient banks, overall performance which is seen under slow growth in commensurate with the economic growth. Where as, Islamic banking group is less efficient but flourishing significantly among all groups. Performance of large conventional banks is less affected with economic upheavals.

An investigation of costs of financial distress in case of ongoing manufacturing firms of Pakistan
The core objective of cureent study is to investigat the costs of financial distress of ongoing manufacturing sector of Pakistan. A panel of 146 manufacturing firms Pakitan are selected for this study for the period of 2001-2011. Two most applicable panel data teachniques (fixed effects and random effects models) are utilized to investigate the costs of financial distress and Hausman’s specification test recommended that fixed effects model is most appropriated model in this study. The results of fixed effects model suggest that financial distress of onging firms of Pakistan has significant direct impact on opportunity losses in case of Pakistan after control average collection period, total assests growth, fised to total assets ratio, tangibility of aessts and sector distresssed. The upcoming studies msut explore direct costs of financial distress and bankruptcy in case of manufacturing as well as service sector of Pakistan.

The Study on Characterization and Adsorption and Oxidation Properties of m-Xylene over AC-5%Co Material
AC-5%Co has been synthesized successfully by impregant method using Tra Bac activated carbon (AC) and cobalt chloride as precursors. The characterization of prepared materials showed that Co species which exists in oxide form (denoted as CoOx) distribute on surface of AC with the size ranging from 20 to 25 nm. The CoOx almost does not affect to the m-xylene adsorption of AC and m-xylene adsorption processes occurred mainly at micropores with two types of AC adsorption sites. The study on the catalytic activity revealed that the oxidation of m-xylene by oxygen in the air occurred mainly at cobalt oxide sites with the conversion degree ranging from 23.2 to 51.8% at the temperature range of 180-250oC with the WHSV of 1941.75 hour-1 and relatively low activation energy (21.16 kJ mol-1? 5 kcal mol-1).
