Heavy Metal Removal From Electroplating Wastewater by Modified Whey Protein (diary waste) and other Agricultural Waste.
The dairy waste, whey protein was modified by reaction with phthalic anhydride. The phthalated whey protein (PWP) and its mixture with bagasse, and corn cob were prepared. Such mixtures were used for removal of heavy metals (Pb, Cr, Cd, Ni, Cu, Fe and Zn) by batch adsorption method from electroplating industrial wastewater. In such a batch adsorption process the above adsorbent materials were used as bed and the parameters; effect of contact time, dosage, a temperature and pH were evaluated. The finding of this investigation reveals that the product natural adsorbents have excellent capacity to remove heavy metals from industrial effluents.

Postpartum subcapsular hepatic hematoma related to preeclampsia: Conservative management
Subcapsular hematoma of the liver represents an unusual clinical phenomenon in the pregnancy and postpartum period. Serious complications can be devastating in terms of fetal and maternal mortality. We present a case of a multiparous patient of 44 -year-old at 37 weeks of gestation, admitted for preeclampsia. The woman underwent an emergency Cesarean section (C-section) with the extraction of a live foetus. Few hours after delivery, she complained of intense abdominal and epigastric pain. Diagnostic work-up was suggestive of a subcapsular right lob hepatic hematoma which was successfully managed conservatively in a multidisciplinary team. We will try through this case to highlight the interest of imaging (ultrasound and scanner) for an early diagnosis at the non-ruptured stage, a prerequisite for a good prognosis.

Flood and Irrigation Map Using Geographic Information System (GIS) (A Case Study of Ido Catchment Area)
Water resources issues and problems in the world's developing countries, or lesser developed countries present special management challenges. Irrigation is one of the most important inputs for an efficient and sustainable Industrial, and agricultural production. Irrigation management in the most projects so far has been essentially water supply based. The dynamics of general water demands are not explicitly considered. Consequently, irrigation systems do not supply the right quantities of water at the right time. The assessment of management strategies requires the analysis of the current irrigation and drainage system and prediction of the potential changes to various parameters. Several layers of map information such as: The Topographical map shows the physiographical features of the catchment area .The Digital Elevation Measurement (DEM) shows the elevations of the catchment area ranging between 86m-276m respectively indicating areas of low and high elevations within the catchment cardinals , Flow Direction, Flood-Plain, Study Area, and land-use map. The Triangulated Irregular Network (TIN) shows region of high and low elevations in coloration , and The Irrigation suitability Zone maps shows that areas of low elevations are more suitable for irrigation system work, and similarly prone to flooding which are of notable height range between 86-100m, 100-120m, 120-140m, 140-160m, and 160-180m, and areas that are advised for industrialization of notable high elevations ranges from 180-200m, 200-220m, 220-240m, 240-260m, 260-276m. Some of the areas that are most suitable for mounting irrigation system in Ido Catchment area due to their ability to conserve water are Ogbontosa, bale, beko,jakaetc and these areas mentioned are as well prone to flood disasters. It is therefore recommended that: The identified surface irrigation potential of the river catchment in the study area can assist in policy decisions during a development of irrigation project and Communities should be strongly discouraged from settling within the flood plains.

Managerial Factors Influencing Churches to Sponsor Public Schools in Turbo Division, Uasin Gishu County
The purpose of the study was to investigate managerial factors influencing churches to sponsor public schools in Turbo Division, Uasin Gishu County. The specific objective of the study was to establish the influence of managerial roles of church sponsors. The research question was; do managerial roles influence churches to sponsor public schools in the study area. The literature review was guided by the objective of the study. The study adopted descriptive survey research design .The target population of the study was 97 public schools. The study involved 41 church sponsored schools involving 23 primary school and 18 public secondary schools. The respondents were school management committee, Head Teachers and Board of Management. Data was collected using questionnaires, oral interviews and observations. The data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Researcher presented data using tables and figures. The results from the principals indicated that; there is undue interference in the day to day running of the school by the sponsors, the sponsor also promote the unnecessary transfer of head teachers. The sponsors on the other hand constantly harass and intimidate the principals resulting in bad working relationship between the school and the community and finally the sponsor do not understand their mandate and respect the jurisdiction of the principals. The findings indicates that the majority of the public church sponsored schools administrators do not enjoy good working relationship with sponsors. It was recommended that the church sponsor should evaluate the academic qualifications of the persons nominated to the school management for competency.

Anal Structure in Crohn’s Disease: Real Challenge Experience of a Medicine Department
Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal tract. Perineal manifestations are a marker for disease severity. Anal strictures result from fibrotic scarring after several inflammatory attacks and are responsible for impaired quality of life. The aim of our work is to study the epidemiological profile and the management of these lesions. This is a descriptive retrospective study over a 17-year period from January 2002 to January 2019, concerning a monocentric cohort of 1053 cases of Crohn's disease. 22 patients had anal stricture, a prevalence rate of 2.08%. The main symptoms were painful passing of stools in all patients, emission of pus in 12 patients (54.5%) cases, imperiosity in 5 patients (22.7%), abdominal pain in 10 patients (45.4%) and an Obstructed defecation syndrome in 3 patients (13.6%). Penetrating phenotype B3 and the colonic localization L2 were the most frequent. Pelvic MRI confirmed anal stenosis in all patients, associated with complex fistulas, PARKS grade 4 in 18% (n = 4) cases. The treatment of the stenosis consisted of finger dilatation in 21 patients (90%), associated with dilation by Hegar dilatators in 63.6% (n = 14) cases and by balloons in 31.8% (n = 7) cases; the stenosis biopsy revealed squamous cell carcinoma in only one case, 4.5%. The medical treatment for CD was based on immunosuppressants in 72.7% (n = 16) cases, anti TNF in 18.18% (n = 4) cases, and Combination therapy in 9% (n = 2) cases. The prevalence of anal strictures in our study remains low compared to literature series; these are young women with LAP, a Penetrating phenotype and pancolitis.

A Real Time Vehicle Accident Detection, Ambulance Rescue and Hospital Management System
Now-a-days the lots of accidents happen on highways due to increase in traffic and also due to a rash driving of the drivers.
