Psychoanalysis offering understanding the process of becoming gendered
Psychoanalytic theories of both modern and postmodern dimensions have given us infinitely rich, complex and subtle ways of thinking. It most cases it has crossed the boundaries of speaking about body and sexuality, identity and difference, and also knowledge, language, culture. These theories mostly see gender as fluid suggesting our gendered subjectivity as unstable as it is vulnerable to the subversion of unconscious desire. In particular, psychoanalysis not only suggests the variety of biological drives but also the complicated social construction which arise out of the experiences within our particular historically and culturally situated families. Psychoanalysis still remains central to contemporary work on gender despite imperfections, limitations and omissions even in the light of powerful later developments. It has opened up crucial insights about conceptualizing the construction of identity and their changes by the meanings of language and culture.

Retrograde Intramedullary Nail for Tibiotalocalcaneal fusion as a limb salvage procedure for landmine foot injury
The authors report the case of a 25-years-old officer, a victim of an anti-tank mine explosion. The initial lesional assessment revealed an open fracture of the left foot associated with a complex closed fracture at the middle third level of the ipsilateral tibia and fibula. The treatment was conservative, combining, at a first stage, a surgical act with connection of the talar, tibiotalar and subtalar joints with exo-fixation of the tibia. Followed, at the second stage, by a latissimus dorsi flap coverage of the loss of cutaneous substance secondary to infection. The evolution was marked by the skin healing and malunited unkle fractures. However, the patient had some residual pain in the ankle accompanied by disorders of walking was settled by the use of retrograde intramedullary nail. The evolution was marked by bone healing and resumption of walking. The functional score was at 72 at the last check. This result was highly satisfactory with 25 points of functional score improvement.

Evaluation of Weak-Form Efficiency of Tehran Stock Exchange (Using VAR Method)
The efficiency of capital market is one of the most controversial issues in the capital market over the past three decades in financial literature. Today, the capital market in developing countries is considered as a means to increase investment and economic growth and since efficiency is the main and most important characteristic of capital market in each country, it has become one of the most controversial areas of finance and economy research. In this study, performance of Tehran Stock Exchange is examined in the period (Persian date April 2001 to March 2010) on a daily basis, using VAR method. This study is distinct from similar domestic research because the present research examines the efficiency of Tehran Stock Exchange simultaneously with the efficiency of four indices (total, price and dividends, finance and industry) that the results showed that Tehran Stock Exchange does not have efficiency based on four elected indices.

Stimulating Riparian Buffer on Agricultural Landscapes: A Review from Water Management and Climate Change Perspective in Ghana
The current and future states of Agriculture are challenged with limited water resource vis-à-vis global changing climate; erratic rainfall and drought potential, as well as rising temperatures causing evaporation of freshwater resources. There are equally many similar primary causes in addition to the threats outlined as they are directly linked with declining agricultural growth. Farmlands adjoined to freshwater sources (flowing stream), or constructed small-scale reservoirs are used for the purpose of irrigation on an agricultural landscape. Sedimentation, inorganic chemicals and nutrient loading from crop/livestock fields enter run-off into these water sources posing impairment challenges to the water body and thus, water quality and reservoir capture/holding capacity reduces. Hence, the urgent need for a sustainable approach to manage water resource especially on Agricultural landscapes characterized by this subject matter. The establishment of Riparian buffer system proves to manage these exacerbated effects adequately. Riparian is significant in environmental and natural resource management as they enhance water quality and biodiversity through its vegetative products and services in land-use systems. In a perspective, riparian buffer can be said to have a dual purpose by contributing to carbon sequestration as well as an adaptive measure in water management; to reduce rate of freshwater evaporation on Agricultural landscapes. Additional products such as food and medicinal benefits could be generated. This paper presents an archetypal Riparian buffer design suitable for replication in Ghana and other countries with emphasis on Agro-ecological gains, climate change resilience and natural resource management and conservation.

Macroamylasemia on multiple myeloma: A case report
Hyperamylasemia caused by the ectopic production of amylase in multiple myeloma (MM) is rarely described in the literature. It may also correspond to a macroamylase, a complex immunoglobulin amylase. We report the rare case of a patient with MM with Kappa light chains, who developed an accidental discovery hyperamylaseemia without symptoms of pancreatic or salivary disease. We report the rare case of a 61 years old patient, who developed an advanced acute kidney injury, with hypercalcemia, normochromic anemia, associated with diffuse bone pain and accidental discovery of an important hyperamylaseemia without symptoms of pancreatic or salivary disease. Electrophoresis and immunofixation of serum proteins demonstrate a Kappa light chain monoclonal peak. The sternal puncture reveals the presence of dysmorphic plasma cells estimated at 48%. Radiography of the skeleton shows skull geodes at the skull and diffuse demineralization. Abdominal CT does not show signs of pancreatic involvement. The diagnosis is a Kappa light chain MM associated with macroamylase. The patient is treated with the Cyclophosphamide-Dexamethasone-Thalidomide protocol and died of his disease after two months. The interest of this observation is to emphasize this benign biochemical anomaly in order to avoid complementary and / or therapeutic invasive investigations.

An overview on “Some consumer crimes in Islamic society”
It is fact that an Islamic society has different religious teachings and different values for its members as compared to non Islamic society. Therefore, in an Islamic society, cultural, social and moral values should be different; and consumer crimes should be also different. In practice, it is seen that in the era of globalization, mostly developing societies whether these are Islamic or non Islamic societies, all have similar consumer crimes. This shows that whether the Islamic societies are not acting upon Islamic teachings, or members of Islamic society have same worldly objectives like others. Or, these members are also giving preference to this mortal life over hereafter world. Therefore, in this article an overview about the consumer crimes of modern and globalized era is presented. In these crimes, some are committed by consumers while some others are committed by sellers and manufacturers. The purpose of both parties is to deceive the other which is not true, morally, socially and religiously also.

The content and form of egungun ado festival
Festivals and traditional ceremonies are part of the cultural heritage of Africa. This is why the traditional Egungun festival in Yorubaland, till date, still enjoys indigenous monopoly. However, its resources as a unique cultural asset of Africans are presently under-utilized and therefore need to be further explored for greater relevance with the sophistication and demands of contemporary age. This, thus, constitute the subject of this paper. The paper, therefore, focuses on the exploration of the content and form of traditional egungun Ado festival in order to define the basis for its enduring value in Ado Ekiti. This is discussed from analytical and mythological perspectives. The paper establishes that for any art to thrive, it must remain dynamic. And more interesting, the paper unravels the dynamics, the beauty, the uniqueness and multiple potentials of this Egungun Ado festival. Through interviews, personal experience and observation, the paper posits that Egungun Ado festival plays pivotal roles in the social, religious and political milieu of the Ado people and has remained a rallying point. It concludes that Egungun Ado festivals with its rich content and form are crucial to the nation building process in African societies and in fact, capable of yielding great dividends in the global economy if appropriately explored. However, it is imperative that African countries implement credible cultural policies to index and protect the vulnerability of aspects of this Yoruba culture in the face of Western encroachments and onslaught of Islam and Christianity.

In-Situ Transesterification of Jatropha curcas Seed Oil Using CaO Derived from Egg-Shell as Catalyst for Biodiesel Production
Biodiesel production encountered many problems such as low energy balance and food verses energy problems. To solve these problems in-situ transesterification of Jatropha curcas seed oil was carried out, with 1:1 (v/v) of n-hexane – methanol co-solvent and calcium oxide derived from egg-shell as catalyst at 65? temperature for 2 hours. The soxhlet extraction apparatus was used and the effect of catalyst doses was studied, it was found that all the catalyst used in this research produced fatty acid methyl esters (biodiesel) with acceptable fuel properties with the exception of acid value which is higher than the ASTM biodiesel standard limit. GC/MS results revealed that Jatropha curcas oil biodiesel consists of 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z) - methyl ester, Octadecanoic acid, methyl ester, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,13-methyl, methyl ester, 8-Octadecenoic acid, methyl ester (E) and Hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester which indicated that this method is an alternative way of biodiesel production with lower energy input as compared to conventional method.

Study of Protonic Conduction in Aloe-Vera Pulp Based Green Electrolyte System
The polymeric membrane using naturally occurring aloe-vera pulp as host and for filler, fine powdered natural waste egg shell was used which served the purpose of second component of the composite. The ratio of the aloe pulp and egg shell (ES) was kept 90:10. The membrane was characterized by different spectroscopic methods, viz., X-ray diffraction, Fourier transformed infra-red spectroscopy and conductivity by impedance spectroscopy. There is a sharp increase in the resistivity with temperature around melting temperature of the crystalline polymer. The attraction of this work is that the ingredients used for constructing the polymer matrix are natural , biocompatible and fully biodegradable.
