The synthesis of grameen bank microfinance approaches in Bangladesh
The paper briefly described the operational mechanism innovation of key Microfinance Service Providers (MSPs) in Bangladesh. Grameen Bank has chosen to examine the approaches of microfinance. Grameen Bank is dominating microfinance market in Bangladesh in outreach, outstanding loans, savings, and efficient selected delivery mechanism. They offer micro-credit, savings and social services to the poor who were deprived from such access offered by conventional banks. Grameen Bank of Bangladesh is known worldwide for its innovative credit delivery to the rural poor. The bank offers loans to poor particularly the women in groups of five in order to create peer social pressure and solidarity which seems to work well in a society where social networks are often of vital Importance. Grameen Bank has been able to demonstrate the effectiveness of microfinance programs towards sustainable development for the rural poor in Bangladesh. The present study contributes to the literature on diverse microfinance approaches. The study may lead to further methodological improvement of the microfinance institutions in Bangladesh and elsewhere. Finally, microfinance practitioners and policy makers might gain better understanding on existing microfinance approaches in Bangladesh and can think or re-think for adaptation.

Work social support and performance of employee in automobile industry
No human being is born and lives individually. Being a social animal, every individual is highly dependent to the other people around him and also the amenities at the place of living and also working. This concept has named as social support and it has defined by many researchers Social support in the workplace can come from many sources. The most commonly explored sources are supervisors and coworkers. The present study on “WORK SOCIAL SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY”. The main objective of the study is to understand the level of work social support an employee perceives inside the organization. The study is to find out satisfactory level of the work social support and performance in organization. The main objective of study is to analyze the sources of work social support in the organization. Major findings shows that most of the employees are satisfied with the management practice, IR, etc. They are proud to say that they are employee of Roots industries.

Comparison of microfinance models in China and Bangladesh: the implications for institutional sustainability
The study investigated the operational mechanism of key Microfinance Service Providers (MSPs) in Bangladesh and China. It seeks to understand diverse methodologies toward financial inclusion of the poor. A total six microfinance service providers were taken for critical evaluation consisting three from each country. A little variation on operational mechanism found among MSPs within the country but a greater variation has appeared between two countries. The most observable differences were- (i) outreach, (ii) service provision, (iii) collateral status, (iv) interest rate, (v) financial sustainability, and (vi) regulatory status which have direct influence on institutional sustainability. Findings of the study can help microfinance practitioners and policy makers to gain a better understanding on existing MSP and leads to further methodological improvement. Finally, the cross country comparison could bring win-win situation for both countries.

Combined wavelet transforms and support vector machine based fault detection and classification in high voltage transmission lines
Transmission line protection is an important issue in power system engineering because 85 to 87% of power system faults are occurring in transmission lines. This paper presents a novel technique to detect and classify the different operating conditions in high voltage transmission lines to contribute quick and reliable operation of protection schemes. Discrimination among different operating conditions of transmission lines is achieved by combining wavelet transforms with support vector machine. MATLAB(7.3) / Simulink is used to simulate different operating conditions in high voltage transmission lines. The fault conditions considered are single phase to ground fault, line to line fault, double line to ground fault and three phase short circuit conditions. The circuit breaker operation and capacitor switching are the non-fault operating conditions. The discrete wavelet transforsms (DWT) are applied for analysis of simulated three phase current signals, because of its ability to extract information from the transient signal, simultaneously both in time and frequency domain. The wavelet family chosen is Daubechies, filter used – DB2, resolution level -3.The data sets which are obtained from the DWT are used for training and testing the support vector machine (SVM). In this proposed scheme SVM is used as classifier. It has the ability to detect and classify the given operating condition whether it is a fault or non-fault operating condition. It is concluded that this scheme discriminates the six different operating conditions considered in a very clear manner.

Sustainable soil management practices and farmers livelihoods: A spatial perspective
Diverse soil management practices exist even within a narrow transect of farming areas in Nepal. This variation is principally due to location of farm households along the spatial gradient, infrastructure availability, market demands and farmers’ awareness to on-farm resource conservation. Over-exploitation of farm resources was negligible and disturbance to agro-ecology was minimal in the past couple of decades. In the last decade, however, due to a massive sprawl in the available farmlands along with a shift of subsistence farming towards market-oriented conventional approach, prime agricultural lands have been over-exploited. This led to negative repercussion on production base and farmers’ livelihoods. This paper concerns with the simulation of farm income through spatial modeling considering the strategy of sustainable soil management practices. Spatial modeling shows higher farm income gains due to intervention in rural areas (low income zone) and peri-urban areas (high income zone) with existing unsustainable soil management practices. Spatial explicit assessment shows that integration of micro-survey into spatial environment and subsequently modeling of present and future situation would add more information on the results from conventional surveys. Therefore spatial effects should be duly considered while formulating agriculture and rural development policies.

Study on corrosion inhibition of mild steel using natural product as corrosion inhibitor in acidic medium
An aqueous extract of Allamanda Blanchetti (AB) has been prepared as a corrosion inhibitor to control the rate of corrosion. This compound has been investigated as corrosion inhibitor at room temperature for preventing mild steel corrosion in Sulphuric acid and Hydrochloric acid medium by weight loss method and by adsorption isotherm. The result showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of this aqueous extract of AB was found to vary with different acid concentration. Also, it was found that the corrosion inhibition behavior of AB is greater in 2M H2SO4 than 2M HCl. So AB can be used has a good inhibitor for preventing mild steel material. The surface analysis study confirms the corrosion of the mild steel and its inhibition by the inhibitor Allamanda Blanchetti.

The sweet poison of love in adolescence and early adulthood
The magnificent and painful experience of falling in love is unforgettable for the most of the young people. This article describes young adults’ (N=55) experiences of falling in love: where love begins, what happens when you fall in love, what kind of phases the process of falling in love comprises, and what are the problems that falling in love causes like. Falling in love turned out to be a fascinating temporary metamorphosis that responds to the (partly taught and predetermined) dreams but provides painful disappointments as well. The models and images given in public can be spuriously unbalanced: falling in love is not just happiness and joy. Instead, falling in love is a learning experience that moulds the young people’s identity and self-esteem.

A rapid convergent and multi objective genetic algorithm based on new genetic operation
The paper presented a method with an improvement crossover operation, reserve policy and Niche technology to adjust the algorithm, which made algorithm be avoided to converge prematurely, and prevented algorithm falling into best local solutions. Through case emulates, it was found that it had good performance. Finally, the principle of convergence was proved.

A new genetic algorithm for solving multi peak optimization problems based on the trust region with memory
This paper presented a trust region method with memory, which retained the individuals with secondary high fitness. What’s more, we brought in the most decline direction and conjugate direction to keep the method going on and even joined it in genetic algorithm for enhancing search efficiency in the middle-late time. We find the trust region with memory had higher search ability than trust region comparing results and the algorithm was an effective method on solving multi-peak problems proved by examples.
