Compliance to resupply date of Gutt. Ciclosporin 0.5% preparation after the implementation of SMS (Short-Messaging System) reminder system
This study was designed to determine the compliance of patient to resupply date in using ‘short-messaging-system’ as medication collection reminder system. Patient receiving Gutt Ciclosporin 0.5% was included in the study. Patient with collection date of Gutt. Ciclosporin 0.5% preparation from January 2015 to August 2015 was classified as pre-intervention data while collection date from September 2015 to April 2016 was classified as post-intervention data. The intervention consists of messaging patient 1 day before of the production day. Patient’s collection date was recorded. The difference in production date and collection date was weighted and categorised according to modified Morisky scale. There was significant improvement in patients adherence to collection of Gutt Ciclosporin ?2=6.19, P=0.012 on production date after implementation of the SMS. The compliance means score have increased by from 7.28±2.09 to 7.61±2.39. There was also increment by 47.8% to High adherence category and reduction by 47.8% in low adherence category post-implementation. Furthermore there was reduction of 80% in production wastage. This study has shown that the implementation of SMS will have significant improvement in adherence by patient to collection Day 0. Furthermore there was increase in patients Morisky adherence and cost saving in production.

Assessment of Job Strain among Call Center Teleoperators in Kinshasa
The Democratic Republic of Congo has for thirty years, five operational mobile telephonic companies. No descriptive survey was conducted to assess the real risk for mental health of Call Center workers. The main objective was to contribute to the knowledge of the characteristics of job strain among teleoperators in Kinshasa. Specifics objectives were : 1) to describe the socio-demographical characteristics of Call Center workers ; 2) to identify the job strain among teleoperators ; 3) to measure the relation between job strain and work time within the Call Center ; 4) to measure association between job strain and socio-demographical characteristics. The study was conducted in five Call Center s in Kinshasa, a sample convenience of 110 people was recruited pursuant to individual consent as per the Helsinki Declaration. They were informed of terms of reference regarding their participation and the research objective. Data were collected using standardised Karasek Questionnaire French version validated by the Sumer Inquiry 2003.Spss 20 software was used to analyze data and the khi-square to measure the association between variables. This version evaluates three dimensions: psychological demand, decisional latitude and social support. One hundred and ten people were surveyed averaging 30 years. Most of them were male, university graduates and unmarried. 75.5% of participants presented job strain, 60% have spent six months or more in Call Center s. There was a significant relation between working time within Call Center s and inherent job strain. Six months was a minimum time during which psychological factors negatively impacted teleoperators’ mental health. This study focused on Call Center teleoperators, demonstrated that teleoperators were affected by job strain (high psychological demands and low decisional latitude). The susceptible minimum exposure time to trigger the disease was evaluated at six months or more. Teleoperators were predominantly male, graduated, youngsters and unmarried.

Studies on pharmacological properties of Holigarna arnottiana Hook. f. and H. ferruginea Marchand from the Western Ghats of Karnataka, India
Holigarna species are medicinal plants that widely used in India but the exactly active component and medicinal activity such as anticancer activity is not well known. In the present study total polyphenols, antioxidants, antimicrobial and anticancer activities of the water and methanolic bark extracts of Holigarna arnottiana and H. ferruginea were analysed by standard protocols. In methanol higher yield extract was obtained when compared to aqueous in both plant species. The antioxidant activity of the bark extracts of two species of Holigarna was found to be in the range of 685 to 1397 mM Fe (II)/g raw material in aqueous and methanolic extract. The results also proved that antioxidant activity is related to plant constituents including polyphenol content in the extract. The methanolic extract showed a good antibacterial activity compared to aqueous extract over Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus, as these pathogens can be controlled using bark extract of both the plants. The methanolic bark extracts exhibited antifungal activity against tested both fungal pathogens. The cell lines treated with methanolic extract possessed higher percentage of cell viability compared to aqueous extracts in both the plant species. Up to 50µg/mL of methanolic bark extract, the viability is above 60% then it decreases and inhibition increases and thereby proved its anticancer activity.

Epididymal Bilharziasis
The urinary bilharziasis are parasitic affections whose pathogenic agent is Schistosoma. Only the urogenital schistosomiasis due to the species S. haematobium exists in Morocco. The testicular sites of bilharziomas are rare. We report an interesting case of epididymal bilharziasis in a young man with only apparently benign nodules of the testes on imaging.

National development in a multilingual environment
Language is of paramount importance and a useful tool in the development of any nation. It is that variable in the development process that coordinates all other elements of development towards the growth of the human society. However, no society as it were, can claim to be totally monolingual due to the ease of mobility of peoples across the globe. Thus languages, which are means of cultural identity of peoples, have to coexist in a particular geopolitical entity. Rather than the multilinguistic nature and its attendant multiculturalism of nations serving as impediment to the development of nations it should be considered as part of the nations’ natural resource for growth and development. The diverse languages in countries should be made to serve as a means of integration and source of strength. People must wake up to the reality of their multilingual identity by ensuring that languages co-exist to bring about the needed popular participation in national development. Multilingualism is therefore, a veritable tool in the development process of nations.
