Seismic Response of Elevated Isolated Framed Staging Tank under Bi-Directional Excitation with Elastomeric Bearing
A Common effective method i.e. base isolation systems is used to reduce the seismic response of liquid storage tanks. In this work a method for dynamic analysis of liquid storage tanks isolated by the lead rubber bearing to bi-directional earthquake motion which incorporates the interaction between the restoring forces of the bearings in two orthogonal directions is presented.it is concluded that. The peak response of base isolated liquid storage tanks is not much influenced by the bi-directional interaction of restoring forces of Lead LRB.

The Impact of Knowledge Management on Customer Relationship Management: The Case of Resalat Qard Al- Hasan Bank’s branch in Kermanshah province
The term “Customer Relationship Management” was publicly mentioned for the first time in 1960 by management professors such as Peter Drucker and Theodore Levitt. Customer access to various channels of information and data distribution, and presenting goods for selecting a product in a compact and highly competitive environment in the market, have reduced their loyalty towards suppliers. For this reason, the question of how to effectively communicate with clients and their survival is one of the most important issues in Durability and stability of companies in the area of competitiveness and profitability. Considering the key role of knowledge management (KM) and customer relationship management (CRM) and their strategic effect in today’s competitive world. The main goal of this study the effect of customer knowledge management on customer relationship management in selected branches of Resalat Qard Al- Hasan Bank is a province. There for, whilst a review about the subject literature, a questionnaire was set and verbal to 224 person who were statistical society members. (140 person from Kermanshah Resalat Qard Al- Hasan bank branches). The collected data were arrived in Spss and software after coding. To determine being normal, the data obtained of Colmogroph-Smirnoph was applied and confirmed the results of being normal test. Hypothesizes of the study were examined by performing of Spearman correlation test and their significant and positive effects were proved, this means that knowledge management totally has a direct and significant relation with organizational commitment and professional commitment., results of structural equations ultimately, results of structural equations model with variance estimation square root, is confirmed approximation error less that 0-10 and fit suitability indicators more than 0.9 of model suitability, and the ratio of "k2 to freedom degree" being less that 5, also confirmed the model credit, totally, it showed that, structural equation ,model totality, the influence of customer knowledge management on customer relationship management between Kermanshah Melat bank personnel’s is confirmed.

Phonemic nativization of EkeGusii loanwords from English: A constraint based approach.
This paper discusses the phonemic changes that EkeGusii EkeGusii loanwords from English undergo in the process of being accommodated into the EkeGusii phonological system. The data used in the paper is from native speakers of EkeGusii and Optimality Theory (here after OT) is used in the analysis of the data. This paper is different from most papers of its kind in that it uses a constraint based theoretic framework unlike others which either do not use any theoretical framework or use rule based theories when they do . The paper focuses on vocalic and consonantal phonemic changes that EkeGusii loanwords from English undergo in order to be accommodated into EkeGusii phonological structure. For example, the paper analyzes whether English Phonemes maintain their features or phonemic status upon entering EkeGusii phonology given that some phonological processes such voice dissimilation affect EkeGusii and not English. The question the paper seeks to answer is; do these processes affect EkeGusii loanwords from English? For example, the English word tractor /tr?.kt?/ is nativized as /ke.ra.?i.ta/ [ke.ra.?i.ta]. As can be observed, there is voice dissimilation between [k] and [ r] and [?] and [t] in the nativized form. This is explained by Dahl’s law of dissimilation.

“The True Silent Killers” - Bovine and truncus bicaroticus aortic arches its embryological basis and surgical implications
Normally, the adult archetype aortic arch branching variations was due to the deviation in the growth pattern of the aortic or branchial arch arteries and their associated “migration” and “merging” of their branches. Recently, it is well identified that the suspicion exists with the “bovine arch” and “Truncus bicaroticus” trunk Aortic arches, leads to sudden severe neurological complications due to the wide range of atheromatous plaques and congenital aneurysms, cause medical emergencies. Radiology reports are advised to overlook for the Bovine and Truncus bicaroticus Aortic arches, as the true silent killers for the precautionary efforts to rule out the TAA.

Professionalism, gender and media competences in Broadcast organisations in Nigeria
The study – Professionalism, Gender and Media Competences in Broadcast Organisations in Nigeria – was aimed at ascertaining if women, as a result of their gender, were deprived of some duties in the media; if the broadcast organisations engaged in gender balancing in assigning news beats and if women occupied decision-making positions in the news organisations. It was also meant to ascertain, from the women’s point of view, the attitude of men towards women in decision-making positions. The study covered female journalists and producers in four broadcast organisations in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria, namely Akwa Ibom Broadcasting Corporation, AKBC, both Television and Radio Services; Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 12, Uyo and Atlantic FM, Uyo. Fifty three female media operatives constituted the population of the study, and all of them were polled. The measuring instrument was the questionnaire. The findings showed that women had, on merit, without any gender balancing act, risen to positions of trust in the media, and were no longer restricted to the soft beats hitherto reserved for women. It was concluded that the growing influence of women both in number and position in the peripheral media was a signpost to the revolution which was imminent in the media at the centre.

Unusual Bladder metastasis of a primary cholangiocarcinoma
Cholangiocarcinomas are rare tumors that develop in the bile duct. Their incidence worldwide is <1 out of 100,000 persons per year. Frequent metastatic sites of biliary cancer are the liver, peritoneum, intra-abdominal lymph nodes, and lungs , however , bladder metastasis was never described in the English literature. Here, we present an exceptional case of a 60 year-old male patient with a history of cholangiocarcionoma traited with surgeries and admitted after 2 years to the emergency with hematuria. The investigations with radiological tomography and cystoscopy with transurethral resection confirms a bladder metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma. Our patient was treated with a bladder hemostatic radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy with cisplatin and gemcitabine (cisplatin at a dose of 30 mg/m2 and gemcitabine at 1,000 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8, respectively, every 3 weeks). The prognosis for patients with cholangiocarcinoma is quite poor; the median survival for patients with unresectable cholangiocarcinoma is <1 year.
