Foreign body in the vagina a rare case report
An elderly lady came to our gynaecology clinic with foul smelling vaginal discharge since 2 years. It was a case of retained foreign body in vagina for 6 years, a wood apple was inserted to reduce uterine prolapsed. The is rare presentation now a days.

A New Form of Quarter – Squarer Multiplier
An implementation of quarter – squarer multiplication using op-amps is described. It uses op-amp based dual squaring circuits. It eliminates the drawback of MOSFETs based quarter squarer multiplier. Verification of the feasibility of circuit configuration is established by way of test results on a proto type.

Correlation of PEFR with height, weight and BMI in school children
Peak expiratory flow rate is a simple, reliable and promising test of respiratory function. It can be easily measured and correlates well with other lung function measurements and useful guide for monitoring the ventilatory function of healthy and asthmatic children. Aim of the present study was to find out the correlation of PEFR with height, weight and BMI in school children and the objective was to find out if PEFR varies with gender. Study design was observational cross sectional study with convenient sampling. Total 340 samples, both boys and girls between age 8-14 years were selected from a school, in Vadgaon, Pune. Children having acute respiratory infection, asthma, recurrent cough or chest infection A family history were excluded. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to find out the correlation of PEFR with Height, Weight and BMI. Highest correlation was found between height and PEFR. Moderate correlation was found between weight and PEFR. Minimum correlation was found between BMI and PEFR.PEFR also shows gender variation; boys showing a Higher mean PEFR value.

Vortex Shedding Past a Single Cylinder Confined in a Channel with Blockage Ratio 0.83, 0.85, 0.88 and 0.9
A numerical investigation of the vortex shedding past a circular cylinder in a two- dimensional channel of varying height is presented in the term of Strouhal number by solving continuity and momentum equations using FLUENT 6.3. The computational grid structure is generated by using Gambit. In this work, the result is carried out with blockage ratio b=0.83, 0.85, 0.88.

A community based cervical cancer screening program and its association with socio demographic profile using camp approach among women in urban and rural setup in India
Cervical cancer is the commonest malignancy among women in India. Cytological screening (PAP Smear) has claimed to reduce the incidence and mortality of cervical cancer significantly. This cross – sectional study was conducted on 96 women attending screening camps to determine the prevalence rate of cervical cancer and to find out the association between cervical cancer and socio – demographic variables. Chi – Square test was used to find out the association between cervical cancer and socio – demographic variables. The prevalence of cervical cancer was found to be 14.4%, out of which 12.2% being carcinoma in situ and 2.2% high grade neoplasia. Statistically significant association was found between cervical cancer and age at marriage (< 18 years) and high parity (>3), (p<0.05). Prevalence of risk factors for cervical cancer in this study was high. This study concludes that community based cancer awareness camp approach is an effective method in screening cervical cancer and is an indispensable method to reduce mortality due to cervical cancer in India.

Visible light photocatalytic activity of vanadium doped zinc oxide nanoparticles
Zinc oxide nanoparticles doped with Vanadium of varying concentrations were synthesised by Sol-gel method. Samples prepared after annealing for 2 hrs at 600 oC are characterised by XRD,UV-Vis Spectroscopy, SEM and EDS. The hexagonal wurtzite structure is maintained in ZnO after vanadium doping at high concentration (15 at.%) as confirmed by X-ray analysis. The absorption edge of ZnO is red shifted by increasing the vanadium concentration. SEM shows the nanoparticle nature of the ZnO particle, molar concentration of dopants is confirmed by EDS analysis. The photo catalytic activity of Rhodamine-B dye solution under visible light is better for V-doped ZnO as compared to pure ZnO.

Investigating and Ranking the Public Policy Performance Measures: Implications for Adoption and Implementation
Performance evaluation in the public organisations helps achieving multiple objectives such as transparency of costs and outcomes, improved service quality, increased employee motivation and so on. On the other hand, its improper transposition of an instrument developed for operations management, which may cause serious distortions when applied to the public organisations, is unpleasant to some organisations. In this study, we investigated the factors that affect adoption and implementation of performance measures and rank them using TOPSIS technique. We found that internal interest groups in the adoption stage and external internal groups in the implementation stage rank first in terms of importance.

Harnessing Smalltalk using Ubiquitous Technology
In recent years, much research has been devoted to the exploration of operating systems; contrarily, few have studied the simulation of the memory bus. Given the current status of encrypted configurations, end-users famously desire the private unification of multi-processors and the transistor, which embodies the practical principles of algorithms. Kop, our new heuristic for the deployment of checksums, is the solution to all of these challenges.

Design and Analysis of Alloy Wheel Disc for Optimal Material and Geometric Parameters
In an automobile, the wheel plays important role. Through reverse engineering process, better alloy wheel disc designs are possible by capturing the physical dimensions of the existing wheel. The objective of the present work is to recommend better material and optimal geometric shape for the wheel disc. The wheel disc is modeled in CATIA and imported to ANSYS. Analysis is done for different models. Analysis results suggest that modified model with smaller radial slots with magnesium zk60 material gives better life. The wheel disc 1.153kg lighter than that in the original design. This design is still in safe condition.

The synthesis of the theory of relativity and quantum theory
It is said that the theory of relativity and quantum theory are independent of each other. Their relationship is like water and oil. Now, it is very important for modern physics to synthesize them. In Physics and mathematics, Super String theory is studied, but instead of it, the ten-dimensional world appears. Our world is a three-dimensional world . What is the ten-dimensional world? It is more difficult than the string which is of Plank length. In the ten dimensional world, physics is facing darkness and nothingness which man can not explain with the traditional physical words. The solution depends upon philosophy. I tried to synthesize them and succeeded. The following is an outline of my synthesis. Utility and relativity of mathematical truth Mathematical truth is not absolute but relative. In the universe ( outside the solar system ),there is no perfect line. Because , by the gravitation of large astronomical bodies , space and lines are curved. Mathematical figure and numeration depend upon the promise of mankind. These are not absolute. Physics, which is grounded upon mathematics in certainty, is also relative. It expresses not the whole of the universe but a part of the universe. Community and difference between the theory of relativity and quantum theory Community is the negation of absoluteness of physical attributes.?Difference is the assessment for mathematics. The theory of relativity relies on mathematics but quantum theory does not always rely on it. According to circumstances, Niels Bohr and quantum physicists abandoned a frame of reference. The origin of the theory of relativity. The origin of quantum theory. In short, the theory of relativity and quantum theory are not perfect, they only irradiate a part of the universe. Man can reach the whole of the universe only by the philosophical intuition of nothingness and infinite ( the principle of nothingness and love ).
