Analysis and overview of Flooding Attack in Optimized link State Routing protocol
During this last decade, mesh networks have experienced strong growth due to their ability to provide an additional and complementary support for existing infrastructure communication systems. In such a network, routers are supposed to be fixed for short (e.g. public safety deployment) or long (e.g. network operator extension) period. This relative stability of infrastructure makes proactive routing protocols appropriate. One of the well known proactive routing protocols is OLSR (Optimized Link State Routing), which routing decisions are based on exchanges of topology information using all-to-all flooding of local information in order for each router to build a global knowledge of the topology. This study first goal is to improve the performance of topology information flooding in OLSR by introducing network coding techniques, which leads to a decrease of signaling overhead.

An investigation into factors determining strategic partnership between university and industry
In this era of global economic competition, universities play a dynamic role. Universities are no longer restricted to conventional activities. University needs to interact with industry as it plays an imperative role to foster progress and development of the nation. University-industry partnership (UIP) has become a dominant factor in technology and knowledge transfer through various channels. The aim of present study was to investigate the opinion of university faculty and researchers on partnership between university and industry. This research aimed at finding (i) the need of university-industry partnership (ii) the factors that hinder university-industry partnership, (iii) the roles universities are playing in research partnerships in general, and (iv) the means to increase university-industry partnership. It was hypothesized that academics are directly associated with industries. A questionnaire, consisting of 21 items on 5 point likert scales was developed to determine the opinion of 40 university faculty members and 10 researchers. The findings reveal the distinctive importance of high quality educational programs, industrial practice, research and development, internship and workshops, international attractiveness, flow of knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit associated with UIP. The study concludes that universities are significantly associated with industries and research and development, publication, licensing and technological advancement paved important stone in UIP.

Lipid and lipoprotein profile in liver diseases
The study was carried out on 55 subjects made up of 27 apparently healthy individuals and 28 subjects who had liver disease. Their lipid and lipoprotein profiles were estimated using standard methods. The result showed that total cholesterol was significantly reduced from 4.71+1.44mmol/l in control to 3.37+1.46 in hepatic disease (P<0.05). Also HDL and LDL cholesterol were significantly reduced (P<0.05) from 0.89+0.37mmol/l and 3.25+1.54mmol/l respectively to 0.31+0.11mmol/l and 2.00+1.30mmol/l while triglycerides significantly increased (P<0.05) from 1.29+0.80mmol/l in control to 2.50+0.89mmol/l in hepatic disease. The result of the study showed that liver diseases can cause lipid dysfunction.

Piperidine Mediated Synthesis of Prenylated Chalcones and 8-Substituted -2, 5-dihydro-2-(4-tolybenzo)-5-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy) phenol-1, 5-benzothiazepines as Anti bacterial Agents
1,5-benzothiazepine is the main seven-membered heterocyclic ring system and having several cardiac, psychotherapeutic activities. Which has been synthesized by catalytic amount of piperidine mediated condensation of dry toluene with Prenyloxy chalcones (3) and 5-substituted-2-Amino benzenethiols (2). The corresponding prenyloxy chalcones (3) were synthesized by piperidine mediated claisen-schemidt condensation of an ethanolic solution of 4-prenyloxy 2-hydroxy acetophenone (1) with aromatic aldehydes. It was planned to use a weaker base like piperidine instead of using strong base to enhance the better yields. The structures have been established on the basis of elemental (C, H, N) analysis, IR, 1H NMR, Mass spectral data. The compounds (3) and (5) were screened for antimicrobial activities against a variety of bacterial agent.

Predictors of interest in using Endosulfan by the farmers –An analysis using fuzzy cognitive maps (FCM)
Fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMS) are fuzzy graph structures representing casual reasoning. FCM was introduced by Bart Kosko in 1986 .A detailed report on the harmful effect faced by the people with the usage of pesticide in India was telecasted in star T.V.dated June 24, 2012 “SATYAMEVA JAYATHE” anchored by filim star Amir Khan. In this paper we study to identify the cause of using Endosulfan which leads to most dangerous side effects in human beings and animals. FCMs are more applicable when the data is an unsupervised one. As this problem involves more uncertainties FCM is one of the best tools to study the problem.

Counselor as Leaders in School
This article discusses the role of the counselor as a leader in the development of TVET in Malaysian universities. Various issues related to the development of children in the area. Today's society thinks that counseling is a professional services performed by a competent and qualified counselors in the counseling field. According to Abdul Halim, (2000) counseling services in Malaysia has just created as a result of the UNESCO declaration to the Ministry of Education through an expert consultant RK MacKenzie from Canada. In 1962 to 1963, he has trained managers from state education departments in matters related to counseling and guidance. As a result of this effort, a book on School Services Guide was published by Macmillan in 1966. Role of the counselor is seen from the four aspects of leadership, the practice of secrecy, selection of participants and follow-up (Fadilah and Maisarah 2002).

Faculty Opinion on emerging Corporatization in Public Universities
In order to independently and sustainably implement their functions in response to reduced financial support from government, public university management is embracing corporate culture, which has been traditionally associated with the private sector. Given the complexity of the university business environment, this paradigm shift may find itself at variance with increasing local democratisation and internationalisation of higher education. This paper discusses opinions on corporate culture in the management of public universities in the context of their quest for world-class status. A survey design was used to collect data based on 16 total quality management indicators between 2009 and 2010. From a design sample size of 100, a 45% response rate was received. Although these opinions are not based on empirical data, findings show that academic faculty lack the sense of belonging and feel generally marginalised when it comes to key decisions that directly affect them. As such they work for survival’s sake and not out of passion. This work culture entrenches the notion of “brains in the drain”, which inevitably undermines quality assurance in service delivery. This critical review paper argues for deliberate investment into symbiotic management systems as a way of reversing this trend.

Determining channel choice and usage intention in a B2C multi-channel environment: A study of Iranian small home appliances manufacturer, Parskhazar Company
Customer channel choice is a critical subject in a multichannel management context. It is important for managers to understand why customers choose a particular shopping channel and how they decide which channel to use. The main goal of this research is investigating the role of channel characteristics as determinant factors of customer channel selection and usage intention in Parskhazar Company. Findings indicate that channel value has the most effect on channel usage intention. Although results refused a direct effect of Perceived channel price on channel usage intention, complementary investigations proved the indirect effect of perceived channel price on customer channel choice and usage intention. In terms of managerial implications, since in our research a direct relationship between perceived channel price and channel usage intention was not proved, the price differentiation policy during their distribution channels can be used in this industry without any problem by charging extra cost in one special channel. Finally, results show that in developing online sales, which are one of the Parskhazar strategic goals, the online purchasing process should be facilitated for Parskhazar customers.

Effects of conservation tillage on soil moisture content, organic matter management, soil erosion and runoff control
The purpose of conservation tillage is to reduce the intensity of tillage operations and increase the amount of crop residue on soil surface. One of the characteristics of soil in arid and semi-arid areas is the lack of organic matter. Crop residue management is one of the soil fertility and improvement methods that is achieved by conservation tillage. Compared to residue burning, maintaining crop residue on or near the soil surface under no-tillage and minimum tillage methods will improve the organic carbon, Soil structure and activity of micro-organisms. Soil organic matter in a temperate and humid area increased by 16% and in a temperate and dry area increased by 10% than conventional tillage systems.
