Shape Classification Using Shape Context and Dynamic Programming
The suggested algorithm for shape classification described in this paper is based on several steps. The algorithm analyzes the contour of pairs of shapes. Their contours are recovered and represented by a pair of N points. Given two points pi and qj from the two shapes the cost of their matching is evaluated by using the shape context and by using dynamic programming, the best matching between the point sets is obtained. Dynamic programming not only recovers the best matching, but also identifies occlusions, i.e. points in the two shapes which cannot be properly matched. From dynamic programming we obtain the minimum cost for matching pairs of shapes. After computing pair wise minimum cost between input and all reference shapes in the given database, we sort based on the minimum cost in ascending order and select first two shapes to check if it belongs to the input class. If it belongs to the input class, then we say that the shape is classified as a perfect match, else it is a mismatch. The algorithm has been tested on a set of shape databases like Kimia-25, Kimia-99, Kimia-216 and MPEG-7 providing good performances for shape classification.

Smarandache - soft Neutrosophic near – ring and soft Neutrosophic (m,n) bi-ideals
In this paper, we introduced Samarandache-2-algebraic structure of Soft Neutrosophic Near-ring namely Smarandache –Soft Neutrosophic Near-ring. A Samarandache-2-algebraic structure on a set N means a weak algebraic structure S1 on N such that there exist a proper subset M of N, Which is embedded with a stronger algebraic structure S2 ,stronger algebraic structure means satisfying more axioms, that is S1 << S2 ,by proper subset one can understand a subset different from the empty set, from the unit element if any , from the Whole set. We define Smarandache - Soft Neutrosophic Near-ring and obtain the some of its characterization through Generalized soft neutrosophic near-field and Generalized soft neutrosophic (r,m) bi-ideals.For basic concept of near-ring we refer to G.Pilz ,for generalized near-field we refer T.Tamilchelvam and for soft neutrosophic algebraic structure we refer to Muhammed Shabir ,Mumtaz Ali,Munazza Naz, and Florentin Smarandache.

Solar Powered Conveyor Belt System Using Positive Output Super-Lift Converter
In the present scenario, availability of power and water are insufficient to satisfy the farmer’s requirements. Traditionally implemented Techniques of irrigation are proving to be less futile as these are not good at multitasking different concerns which are combinations of availability of water, source of energy and timely soil profile analysis. With the merger of automation and the methods of irrigation used earlier. The scope to mitigate issues concerning water and power crisis, is huge. In this paper Internet of Things based solar powered smart irrigation system with monitoring and control features, is designed and implemented. The sensor enabled proposed model of smart irrigation system along with its Android application and ESP8266 as its main controllers. The farmland parameters can be monitored anywhere around the world with the help of IoT technology. The whole concept of this paper is implemented and then only the results are presented.

Solvents Effect, Anticorrosion and Adsorptive Binding of Annatto Dye Formulations on Steel Surface
Annatto extract was investigated as a cheap and ecologically friendly alternative corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion process was monitored with mild steel coupons in 1.0 M hydrochloric acid at temperatures between 30oC to 90oC by weight loss and spectroscopic techniques. The extract effectively inhibited the corrosion of mild steel in the acid at temperatures studied. Inhibition efficiency obtained varied with temperature and extract concentration. Adsorption models were used to predict the nature of the extract-steel surface interaction. Thermodynamic models provide evidence of spontaneous physical and chemical adsorption mechanism with the evolution of heat. Kinetic studies reveal deepening effect on the activation potential well in the presence of the extract. The effects of solvent and synergistic intensifiers on the effectiveness of the dye extract were also assessed. Heavy metal ion composition in the formulation was within acceptable limit of environmental and health safety.

Sorption of chromate and fluoride onto duolite a 171 anion exchange resin – a comparative study
Commercially available anion exchange resin, Duolite A 171 (DLE) has been used for the sorption of chromate and fluoride ions from aqueous solutions. DLE resin possesses an enhanced chromate sorption capacity of 202 mg/g in a minimum period of 60 min contact time and 0.6 mg/g for fluoride with 30 min contact time. Sorption capacity (SC) of DLE resin was compared under various equilibrating conditions like effect of pH and co-ions, temperature, contact time, for the removal of chromate and fluoride. The results showed that DLE resin is more selective for chromate rather than fluoride. The chromate and fluoride sorption was reasonably explained using Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used for the determination of functional groups responsible for chromate and fluoride sorption. Various thermodynamic parameters such as ?Gº, ?Hº, and ?Sº have been calculated to understand the nature of sorption. The sorption kinetic mechanism was studied with reaction based and diffusion based models. The sorption process was found to be controlled by pseudo-second-order and intraparticle diffusion models.

Spectral Clustering in Data mining with the case study of Customer Relationship Management
In Data mining world, Lead generation is a data searching technique which is used to collect relevant customer information (leads), one of the examples for this techniques is contextual advertising. You might have noticed as soon as you open google site to search something, it displays unique advertisement or sponsored link along with search results. This sponsored link is typically based on search text, user logged in (ex: google user), location, browser to name a few. This type of preparing customized advertisement and sponsored links is called as Contextual advertisement and this technique is an example for Lead generation. It is an easy and painless way of attracting people/users and cultivating prospective customers out of them. The key idea of this paper is to bring out the importance of data mining in the field of CRM and also to explain the benefits of M-Clustering algorithm which we propose for data mining which proves to be efficient as it uses clustering approach compared to k-means algorithm. Also, there is a comparison with Newman’s algorithm where the significance is highlighted in terms of training set and historical data handling in M-Clustering.

Spectroscopic, potentiometric and Antimicrobial Activity of Ni(II) and Cu(II) Complexes with Schiff base Derived from salicylaldehyde and 2-aminophenol
The Schiff base chelate of Cu(II) and Ni(II) derived from condensation reaction of salicylaldehyde and 2-aminophenol have been synthesized and investigated by different physicochemical techniques. The resulting complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, FT-IR, melting point or decomposition measurements, solubility in different solvent. The elemental analysis data show the formation of 1:1 metal to ligand ration. The Schiff base act as a tridentate ligand, coordinated through daprotonated phenolic oxygen and azomethine Nitrogen atom. The synthesized chelates were assayed for antibacterial activity against some pathogenic bacteria:Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli, and the fungi: Aspergillums niger and Candida albican, using dics diffusion method. The synthesized Schiff base complexes exhibit higher antimicrobial activity than the free Schiff base due to the chelation.

Static Partitioning of EEG Signals by GA Using Multi_CSP
In this paper a method has been proposed that uses static partitioning for improving classification of time components of EEG signals. The main idea is that different windows of signals have different power in classification. So with removing some ineffective windows from signals, the power of classification might be increased. For finding best combination of windows, Genetic Algorithm (GA) was applied. For extracting appropriate features, Common Spatial Pattern (CSP) was derived for five class problem. It applied onto each window distinguishably, and the final feature vector was obtained from placing these feature vectors altogether. LDA was used for classifying tasks. The proposed method was applied on a dataset of five mental tasks in which 30% of dataset were used for testing system. The experimental results show that window selection by GA will increase the accuracy of algorithm. This technique increased the accuracy from 69% into 95.3% for 25 windows and into 100% for 50 windows. So with changing number of windows, the accuracy of algorithm will be changed. Another important parameter is ’m’ that is the number of spatial patterns selected by CSP.
