Study of interpolation techniques in multimedia communication system - a review
Interpolation is the process of enlargement of images which is used in modern era of communication system to get highly magnified best quality image. In this paper, different types of interpolation algorithms are presented, out of which Bicubic method exceeds all other methods as it eradicates the blurr and stair shaped edges, which were generated when all other interpolation algorithms were applied. Hence it is highly recommended in various Image processing based applications like Satellite Navigation, Television Broadcasting, Computer Graphics, Special Effects etc.

Study of tensile strength and hardness property for PVC reinforced with fiber
Study the tensile strength and hardness of poly vinyl chloride as a matrix and subsidized fiber (short fiber glass - glass fibers are woven mat - fibers, nylon-6) and attended samples fractures different size. (21% - 23% - 25% - 27% - 29% ).A comparison was made of the results of the tensile tests and hardness of materials composite as tests were conducted at room temperature . ( 23+2 c).Results from the volumetric fraction lead to increased resistance to tensile and hardness values. Results of the materials [pvc + f (w .r+N-6)] had its highest value of the tensile strength and material [pvc+ fg(w.r)], had its highest value of hardness.

Subclavian Artery Stenosis: How we treat it
The incidence of stenosis of the subclavian artery represents 3 to 4% of the general population [1]; atherosclerosis is the most common cause. We conducted this study to review the stenocclusive pathology of the subclavian artery, and to expose our experience in surgical and endovascular management. It is a retrospective and analytical study conducted within the department of vascular surgery of Mohammed VI CHU. Surgical treatment consisted of subclavio-carotid transposition in 2 cases, carotid-bypass grafting in one case and angioplasty with stent placement in the latter case. It is important for the surgeon to have a thorough understanding of the anatomy and etiology of subclavian artery stenosis, while considering the surgical options. This case series presents some of the treatment options available to vascular surgeons for the management of symptomatic subclavian artery disease.

Surgical treatment of hallux valgus : About 27 cases
The hallux valgus is defined as a lateral deviation of the big toe over the first metatarsal. It is the static deformation of the most common forefoot. Our study included a retrospective study of 27 cases of hallux valgus collected at the service of academic orthopedic trauma CHU Ibn Sina Rabat between 2010 -2013 with a mean of 4 years. The average age was 44.8% years. The predominantly female was 85% More than half of the forefeet were Egyptians: 85 2%. The predominant morphology of the feet was hollow: 40 7%. The surgical technique the most used was the MAC BRIDE and its variants: 40.8%, followed by technical SCARF: 18.6%. We found 74, 1% of good result. In light of these results, the surgical techniques the most appropriate are those permanently relieving the patient with first the techniques used on the soft-parts.

Synthesis characterzation and biological application of 2,3,4-trimethoxy benzaldehyde semicarbazone ni(ii) metal ions
[Ni(L4)2Cl2], were prepared by reacting 2,3,4-trimethoxy benzaldehyde semicarbazone ligands with NiCl2.6H2O. The IR,UV, Mass and 1H NMR spectra of the complexes have been assigned. Thermo gravimetric analysis were also carried out. The data agree quite well with the proposed structures and show that the complexes were finally decomposed to the corresponding ligands. Complexes were screened for antimicrobial activities by the disc diffusion technique using DMSO as solvent. The activity data show that the semicarbazone metal complexes are more potent antimicrobials metal complexes.

Synthesis of linear unbranched polymers chain free of macrocyclic species and oligomers based on chloro-monomers and TTSBI
A high molecular weight linear unbranched polymers free of macrocycles has been synthesized by long polycondensation time under high-intensity mixing conditions at about 80°C between cheaper chloro-monomers (instead of fluorinated monomers)1 and 5,5’,6,6’-tetrahydroxy-3,3,3’,3’-tetramethylspirobisindane (TTSBI). From the porosity analysis, it is clear that the prepared polymers are analogous to polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIMs) with high surface area (500-700 m2/g). The hydrogen storage capacity of the prepared PIM-Cl(1-7) and were promising (up to 1.19 wt%, 77 K, at 1.13 bar). The results of this study demonstrate that controlling polymerization condition can provide a uniform microporous morphology in the target polymers.

Synthesis, Spectral Characterization and Invitro Antifungal Activity of Novel Metal Complexes
The novel ligand, 2-(6-(2-hydroxy phenyl)-[1,2,4] triazolo [3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazol-3-yl)-N-phenyl benzamide (TTS) (2) was prepared from 2-(4-amino-5-mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-N-phenylbenzamide (1) with salicyldehyde. The transition metal ions were used to synthesize various metal chelates of ligand (2).The synthesized ligand and its metal chelates were analyzed by elemental analysis, spectral study, ratio of M:L and magnetic characterization. Antifungal activities of the entire novel synthesized ligand and its metal chelates were screened.

Teacher factors affecting Implementation of Curriculum in Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutions in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya
Kenya has identified the critical role of TVET in preparing, developing and updating the skills and competences to meet the needs of the changing industrial environment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher factors affecting implementation of curriculum in technical and vocational education and training institutions in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. The target population of the study was 250 respondents comprising of 10 principals, 240 instructors. A sample size of 75 respondents was selected. Stratified purposive and simple random sampling techniques was employed. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Data was analyzed pearson product moment correlation. Findings of the study showed that there was a significant influence of tutor qualification (r=0.555, p =0.00) and tutor experience (r= 0.445, p =0.000) on implementation of curriculum in TVETs. The teacher qualifications and teaching experience influence the implementation of Technical Curriculum. The study concluded that teacher qualifications, teaching experience influence the implementation of Technical Curriculum. TVET colleges should employ more qualified teachers in order to enhance teacher competence in order to spur and sustain students’ interest in technical education. The management should build the capacity of teachers to ensure that community colleges have an experienced pool of teachers that can effectively implement the Technical Curriculum.

The Adolescent Life Satisfaction and Committing to Antisocial Behavior
Concern has grown regarding the behavior among adolescent on society with the level of their life satisfaction. Ecological theory predicts that family, friend, environment, school and self concept may influence the behavior of adolescent on their stage of human development. The current paper explored the impact of life satisfaction towards the level of committing to antisocial behavior among 126 males and 266 female preschool adolescent (N = 400) in Miri, Sarawak. Result indicates that the effects on adolescent life satisfaction with family have negatively associated with the committing to antisocial behavior meanwhile the adolescent life satisfaction on environment didn’t affect the adolescent committing to antisocial behavior.

The Role of Higher Education in Achieving Uganda Vision 2040
The Uganda Vision 2040 is a blue print identifying the development paths and strategies to operationalise Uganda’s Vision statement which is to transform the Ugandan from a peasant to a modern and prosperous country within 30 years. The vision aims at transforming Uganda from a predominantly peasant and low-income country to a competitive upper middle-income country. This paper explored how higher education can contribute to the achieving of the Uganda vision 2040. The findings indicated that higher education influences development of improved technology, knowledge transfer, promotes national unity, promotes democracy, supports innovation and increase productivity which are all important if Uganda is to achieve the Vision 2040. Thus, this paper suggests that for higher education to contribute the achieving of Uganda Vision 2040, it is necessary for the government of Uganda to engage higher education in the process of implementing the vision 2040. The government of Uganda also needs to support the institutions of higher education such that they are able to develop the capacities they need to be able to help the country achieve its Vision 2040.
