A traumatic luxation of the eyeball
The luxation of the eyeball is the dislocation of the globe outside its orbit associated with an incarceration of the eyelid by an orbicular spasm. We report a rare case of traumatic luxation of the eyeball. Patient of 70 years old, followed for heart failure, fell down from his own height and hit the forehead and the left orbital area against the concrete floor so he was transported to the hospital with a left orbital trauma in a context of anxiety. An orbital scan reveals orbital floor fracture accompanying medial wall fracture and a preseptal tissue thickening in the left orbit without damage to the optic nerve. The reduction of the globe was performed under general anesthesia, associated with antibiotic and corticosteroid. The evolution is marked by a complete recovery of ocular motility and normal eyelid function and Improvement in visual acuity.

Neglected rupture of the quadriceps tendon in a patient with chronic renal failure (case report and review of the literature)
Spontaneous ruptures of the quadriceps tendon are infrequent injuries, it is seen primarily in patients with predisposing diseases such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic renal failure. A 32-year-old man had a history of end stage renal disease and received regular hemodialysis treatment for more than 5 years. He was admitted in our service for total functional impotence of the right lower limb with knee pain after a common fall two months ago. The radiogram showed a ‘’patella baja” with suprapatellar calcifications. The ultrasound and MRI showed an aspect of rupture of the quadriceps tendon in its proximal end with retraction of 3 cm. Quadriceps tendon repair was performed with a lengthening plasty, and the result was satisfactory after a serial rehabilitation program. The diagnosis of quadriceps tendon ruptures needs more attention in patients with predisposing diseases. They should not be unknown because the treatment of neglected lesions is more difficult. We insist on the early surgical repair associated with early rehabilitation that can guarantee recovery of good active extension.

Impact of human capital growth on FDI: an econometric analysis
Human capital have become a more sturdy as countries vie for investors investment in an over saturated global market. Most research on foreign direct investment concentrates on social bonds, business relationships and regionalization issues. Little research considers importance of human resource capacity building and its importance for investors within relationships. In this research, we will use secondary data about FDI in Pakistan and human ingeniousness. The result should assist marketers to ascertain whether human capital perceived as important tool for FDI or whether prerequisite for investors. First, conceptual framework was built from the literature included theoretical papers, comparative research reports, and grey literature .Secondly, to investigate the impact of human capital Ingeniousness on FDI, ARDL approach applied on the data collected over the period of 2002-2012.ARDL approach to Cointegration analysis based on ARDL used to estimate relationships among variables. Test results shows that there exists the long run cointgrating relationship among human capital ingeniousness demand, GDP growth and foreign direct investment inflow. This study presents positive and significant impact of human Ingeniousness on FDI of Pakistan. Furthermore, the results indicate that technical bonds interact with social bonds for investor’s solicitation. Human capital allurement are more effective tool in attracting investors attraction and being consider important than those with lower level of Ingeniousness human resources, but may led to more distraction of FDI.

Electrical and optical characteristic of non-linear optical chalcone derivative
Single crystals of (2E)-1-(4-bromophenyl)-3-[4-(methylsulfanyl)phenyl]prop-2-en-1-one (4Br4MSP) was grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique at room temperature. The crystal structure of 4Br4MSP was determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction technique and morphology of the crystal was studied. Optical behavior such as UV-vis-NIR absorption spectra and second harmonic generation were investigated to explore the transmission and nonlinear optical (NLO) characteristics of the material. Thermal stability of the sample is confirmed by TGA/DTA analysis. The dielectric and electric properties of the crystal were studied. The laser damage threshold has been measured by using Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and shows good damage threshold value. Crystals were subjected to microhardness study to explore its mechanical characteristic.

The impacts of climate change on agricultural production and food security: Nigerian experience
Climate change is attributed directly or indirectly to human activities rhesulting in the alteration of the composition of global atmosphere in addition to natural climate variability observed over a comparable time periods. Climate change has adversely affected agriculture and food security in Nigeria and other West African Countries. It is estimated that by 2100 Nigeria and other West African Countries would have agriculture losses of up to 4% Gross Domestic Product (GDP) due to climate change. Agricultural experts has also observed that parts of the Country that experience soil erosion and operate rain-fed agriculture would have decline in agriculture yield of up to 5% between 2000 and 2020. In 2012, most states (Balyasae, Rivers, Bauchi, Kogi, Adamawa and Imo) in Nigeria witnessed serious floodind which affected adversely humans, farm lands and livestocks. Te flood which resulted from excessive rainfall attributed to climate change constituted a threat to agriculture and food security in all the geo-political zones of the Country. Desertification in the Northern part of Nigeria has also dealt a great blow to agriculture. The ravaging impacts of climate change on agriculture and food security calls for coping or adaptable measures such as construction of gas re-injection plants, public awareness campaigns, forest conservation, Taungaya and agrosiliviculture. However, the ultimate remediation is drastic reduction of the release of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Architecture design and time complexity of artificial neural network using evolutionary algorithm
This paper highlights the role of new Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) in designing Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). The proposed EA has been used for two purposes. One is generalization of architecture. In this, the optimal adaptive architecture is achieved by using evolutionary crossover and mutation. The adaptive strategy merges or adds hidden neurons based on the learning ability of hidden neurons or the training progress of ANNs. The mathematical frame work is also discussed. The other is the Time Complexity of ANN to reach the global minima using two selection processes. The proposed EA has been tested on a number of benchmark problems in machine learning and ANNs, including breast cancer, diabetes, heart problems and for time complexity N-Bit Parity is used. The experimental results show that proposed EA can design compact ANN architectures with good generalization ability, compared to other algorithms with good time complexity.
