Frattini Subgroups and its properties
This manuscript deals with the Frattini Subgroups and some results based on frattini subgroups. In this paper we define the Frattini subgroup and then discuss some of its properties. We denote it by . We define nS, aS, aPNS, cS , aCS group. In this we show that nS group is a cS group and if any group G is an nS(cS) group then Fr(G)=E. thus we show that any normal subgroup of an nS-group is again an nS group and direct Product of two nS group is again an nS group. In this we show that if any nilpotent group G is nS then it is elementary abelian group.

Heat Transfer Enhancement in a Circular Tube Using Ribs with Middle Arm
This work presents an experimental and numerical investigation of heat transfer characteristics for horizontal circular pipe of 500mm long fitted with ribs having middle arm with cross section of 5mm width ,5mm length, pitch=80mm, with air as the working fluid. Reynolds number ranged( Re=24253, 26119 and 27984). The steel pipe(ASM4120) was subjected to two constant surface temperatures (673Ko and 973Ko). The experimental data obtained were compared with plain (without ribs). Based on the same coolant flow, the pipe with ribs was found to possess the highest performance factors for turbulent flow. The results show a good agreement between theoretical and experimental bulk temperature by factor 0.9%, 1% for inner wall temperature and 0.8% for average Nusselt number. Using ribs improved the heat transfer in a circular tube. All studies where carried out using workbench program FlUENT14.5 by using K-? model.

Hydrogen Adsorption on Sodium-attached Graphene
First principles calculations based on Density Functional Theory were carried out to study hydrogen storage capacity of sodium doped graphene. The pure graphene exhibits low hydrogen storage capacity hence we modified graphene by doping of sodium. Sodium occupies the empty (hollow) position on graphene with average carbon sodium bond-length of 2.64 Å. This investigation predicts that positively charged sodium atom on graphene physisorbed maximum six hydrogen molecules with the average adsorption energy 0.20 eV/H2 amounting gravimetric density of 9.2 wt%. Mulliken population analysis shows that the charge transfer from sodium to graphene is responsible for higher hydrogen uptake than the pure graphene sheet.

Ideological Aspects of Gender in Translation of Literary Texts Based on Weatherall (2002) Model
This study explored males and females binary translations from perspective of gender and ideology. The investigation of males and females gender based ideological behavior was been accomplished following Weatherall (2002) model. Further, for this purpose, English novels of Wuthering Heights andStrangerwhich have been translated into Persian by male and female translators were selected to be used as the corpus. The sentences, phrases and words of ideology and gender load were extracted and investigated according to the three categories of character description, ideology and gender stereotypes and disappearing of agent effect of Weatherall (2002). The comparisons were accompanied by examples. The comparisons indicated that these translationsare not under gender ideological considerations and neither males nor females describe each other as negative or positive; though, cases of male negative description of males and females negative description of females reported. Moreover, the results of the study indicated that neither males nor females give cause of doing or acceptance of an obligatory responsibility to each other. There were cases of assigning agency roles to cross sex characters in the results, but they were not significant and worth mentioning. Lastly, the translator gender ideology did not affect translation.

Immigration: problems and prospects
The global volume of immigration is high in absolute terms, but low in relative terms. The International Integration and Refugee Association estimated 190 million international migrants in 2005, about 3 percent of The Middle East, some parts of Europe, small areas of South East Asia, and a few spots in the West Indies have the highest percentages of immigration population recorded by the UN Census 2005. The International Organization for Migration said there are more than 200 million migrants around the world today. Europe hosted the largest number of immigrants, with 70.6 million people in 2005, the latest year for which figures are available. North America, with over 45.1 million immigrants, is second, followed by Asia, which hosts nearly 25.3 million. Most of today's migrant workers come from Asia.[1].

Investigating the job-employed fit and the effects on female personnel's emotional intelligence
The job- employed fit is one of fundamental issues in human resource management. It has been improved that, this fit is an organizational necessity for the human source profitability. So, the main aim in this research is to investigate the job- employed fit and the effects on female personnel's emotional intelligence among governmental organizations in Kermanshah. This research is conducted based on descriptive and surveying method; the instruments to collect data include queries; the Salovey & Mayer standard emotional intelligence query is used to investigate the emotional intelligence; and the knowledge, skill and ability queries from international Occupational Information Network (O*NET) are implemented to investigate the job- employed fit, and each query includes, in average, 21 questions. The perpetuity was 0/79 for emotional intelligence query and 0/81 for job- employed fit query and because the Cronbach ? is more than 0/7 for both queries, therefore both queries has enough perpetuity. The considered statistical society includes 300 female personnel from governmental organizations in Kermanshah. Based on random sampling method, some category was selected as statistical sample, and 156 queries were collected, finally. We used Colmogrov- Smirnov test to determine the data normality and the results gained from the test supported it; the research theories were tested using absolute T-test and some positive and considerable effect was demonstrated. The results show that in considered society, the job- fit personnel gain higher emotional intelligence scores. Another result gained in this research indicated that just 40% of female personnel are completely job- fit and therefore these organizations have an unstable situation.

Isothermal equation of state for Vetreloy glasses
The pressure – volume - temperature equation of state (EOS) of Vetreloy glasses is fundamental to high- pressure science because of its widespread use as an internal pressure standard. In the present work an attempt has been made to correlate Stacey K primed EOS (SRKP-EOS) with Kushwah EOS for calculating pressure at different compression ranges from (V/V0 = 1.0 to V/V0 = 0.5) for four different Zr based vetreloy glasses viz. Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5, Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni9Be22.5C1, Zr48Nb8Cu12Fe8Be24, and (Zr0.59Ti0.06Cu0.23Ni0.13)85.7 and obtained result is compared with available theoretical data. The result shows that at compression range V/V0=1.0 to V/V0=0.6 both the EOS viz SRKP-EOS and Kushwah EOS cooperate well with available theoretical data proposed by Vinet but at compression V/V0=0.5 they show a remarkable deviation.
