Isolation, spectroscopic characterization and computational modeling of chemical compounds obtained from fruits of Thevetia peruviana
The aim of this work was to investigate the most effective extraction conditions for the production of thevetia seed protein concentrate of reduced cardiac glycoside content. Alcoholic extraction of the glycosides was studied as a function of time, solvent to meal ratio and solvent composition. Thevetia seed meal was extracted with 10:1, 15:1 and 20:1 solvent to meal ratios, for 45 min, 12, 24 and 48 h. the isolated compounds were characterized by spectral techniques and structure of the compounds were proposed.

Jean Sasson: A New Orientalist (Visions and Beliefs in Muslim Community)
In the last phase of twentieth and beginning of twenty first century, Jean Sasson, the American writer, emerges as new oreintalist on the international horizon through the publication of her books. Just as the Chinese travellers, Fa-Hien and Huen-Tsang gave an elaborate account of fifth and seventh century socio-cultural and religio-political Indian life; Jean Sasson’s writings throw ample light on the religious, social, cultural and political life of the Middle Easterners in the twentieth century. The paper explores the visions and beliefs of Muslim community of the Middle East region as depicted by Jean Sasson in her books. The faith in religion is expressed as great strength of the Arabic people. This faith is the epicenter of their foundation of life-style even in the modern context.

Linear and nonlinear stability analyses of double-diffusive convection in a porous medium layer saturated in a Maxwell nanofluid with variable viscosity and conductivity
The double diffusive convection in a horizontal layer of a porous medium saturated with a Maxwell nanofluid is studied using linear and non-linear stability analyses. The modified Darcy-Maxwell model is used for the momentum equation. The model used for the Maxwell nanofluid incorporates the effects of Brownian motion and thermophoresis. The thermal energy equations include the diffusion and cross diffusion terms. The linear theory depends on normal mode technique and the onset criterion for stationary and oscillatory convection is derived analytically. The non-linear theory based on the representation of Fourier series method is used to find the transient behavior of heat and mass transports. We observe that the transient Nusselt numbers show oscillatory motion when time is small. However, when time becomes very large all the three transient Nusselt values approaches to their steady-state values.

Nietzschean Conceptualization of the 'Renaissance Man' in Hamlet and Doctor Faustus
Sixteenth century Europe is widely recognized by the word Renaissance which made an enormous evolution in cultural, economic, artistic and literary aspects of that age. British literature in particular went under the influence of masterpieces of great men like William Shakespeare and Christopher Marlowe who injected a generous motif to the literary canon of that time. By establishing a peculiar research on the side of the heroes of the two plays i.e. Shakespeare's Hamlet and Marlowe's Faustus, we come to face with the emergence of novel characters who are in need of more precision. In this direction, Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophical thoughts come in handy to researcher's attempt to apply a critical reading of the two plays in a comparative manner in order to shed light on the deep levels of the groundwork of these two plays. For doing so, six fundamental concepts taken out of Nietzsche's theories are being observed along the context of the works each of which though might meet in a number of overlaps, represent the complicated concept of Renaissance Man with a critical and metaphoric perspective. Finally, the outcome is captured as was the ultimate goal of the researcher: a moral implication perceived on the literary basis of the two plays. Without considering any biased tendency towards a specific author or critic, the extracted concepts of the works rely on Nietzsche's enlightenments by expressing life's various ups and downs and by manifesting the outcomes of such jeopardies happened to the heroes which directly target the literary reader on how to supply the eternal pace of life as the mere meaning of humanity.

Tools for Data Collation In the present study data were both ‘primary’ as well as ‘secondary’ sources. The dates were collected primary sources constituted of the respondent of all age groups and the sample size was study has been drawn by using census method. Total sample selected for the study are 9310 respondents, in this study would used family census method. The researcher was selected four Taluks in Puthukottai District and each four Taluks, ten areas have selected based village, urban, semi – urban in this method were selected areas. Design of the Study here, descriptive design will be used to describe the data. The collected data were analysed with the help of descriptive and simple percentage. However, this physiological factor could unmask a preexisting urinary deasise. We report, the clinical case of a patient aged 35, pregnant at 9 weeks, who was admitted to the emergency of renal colic. She had medical treatment without improvement. The evolution was marked by the clinical and biological improvement.
