Transport Layer and UDP
The User Datagram Protocol (UDP) is one of the core members of the Internet Protocol Suite, the set of network protocols used for the Internet. With UDP, computer applications can send messages, in this case referred to as datagrams, to other hosts on an Internet Protocol (IP) network without requiring prior communications to set up special transmission channels or data paths. UDP uses a simple transmission model without implicit handshaking dialogues for providing reliability, ordering, or data integrity. Thus, UDP provides an unreliable service and datagrams may arrive out of order, appear duplicated, or go missing without notice. UDP assumes that error checking and correction is either not necessary or performed in the application, avoiding the overhead of such processing at the network interface level. Time-sensitive applications often use UDP because dropping packets is preferable to waiting for delayed packets, which may not be an option in a real-time system. The Internet has two main protocols in the transport layer, a connectionless protocol and a connection-oriented one. The connectionless protocol is UDP. The connection-oriented protocol is TCP. Because UDP is basically just IP with a short header added.

Variation of the Convergence Speed on Basis of the Local Search Method Used in a Memetic Algorithm. Applying to the Scheduling Tasks Problem
In this paper, we study the variation of the convergence speed on basis of the local search method used in a memetic algorithm (MA); for this reason we compared two memetic algorithms MA1 and MA2 implemented with two different local search methods are descent and simulated annealing successively applied to the scheduling tasks problem. Then we will make a comparison between these two algorithms (MA1, MA2) results, with the genetic algorithm and other metaheuristics previously used to solve the same problem to get an idea on the most efficient methods in term of completion time work for this problem and choose the most effective.

ZnO:Sn deposition by reactive evaporation: effects of doping on the electrical and optical properties
Tin doped zinc oxide thin films have been deposited by reactive evaporation, the deposition has been done at various doping levels ranging from 1% to 8%. The optical properties have been characterized using UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer, the data for transmittance has been used for further analysis using scout. The transmittance of doped thin films has been found to be > 75% while for those of as prepared samples has been found to be even higher. The bandgap calculations have shown that the band gap for as prepared and doped thin films ranges between 2.95 – 3.95 eV. The electrical characterization has been done mainly at room temperature using a well calibrated four point probe. The sheet resistivity has been found to range from 24.3-26.7 Ohm cm. The coating have been found to be suitable for antireflectance as well as transparent contacting oxide applications.

A Comparative Study of Fuzzy Logic Controlled and Traditional Control Techniques based SAF for 400Hz aircraft electric power system
Constant Instantaneous Power Control technique for extracting reference currents for shunt active power filters has been assessed for 400Hz aircraft electric power system. Thereafter, its performance has been compared when optimized using fuzzy logic control. Critical analysis of Comparisons of the compensation ability of these two techniques based on THD and compensation time will be done and suggestions will be given for the selection of best technique to be used. The simulated results using MATLAB model are presented. That will prove the importance of the proposed control method of aircraft shunt SAF in aviation industry.

A correlation based fuzzy model for network intrusion detection
The network intrusion becomes ever growing problem. The complexity present in the collected network data set is absence of clear boundary between anomaly connection and normal connection. However fuzzy logic can well address this problem. In earlier works, combining fuzzy logic and data mining to develop fuzzy rules are explored to address this problem. In this paper, a new fuzzy model is developed to detect anomaly connections. The developed model is tested with NSLKDD data set. The model gives better result.

A meta-analysis of personality tests used by human resources consultancy firms in Kenya
The aim of this study was to determine the relevance of the personality tests used in Kenya for recruitment and placement purposes. The study sought to determine the construct validity of the tests as well as the tests' stability and internal consistency. The tests are published abroad and it is not known whether they are valid with the local population. The population comprised all published personality tests as well as all the Higher Diploma students at The Kenya Institute of Management, Eldoret Branch who were 57 in number (both male and female). A complete enumeration of the students was done. Purposive Sampling was used to select one personality test on the basis of frequency of use by consulting firms. A mock recruitment exercise was conducted during which the test was administered to obtain scores, which were analyzed using the spearman rank coefficient of correlation and factor analysis. The test was found to have very low levels of validity though its level of reliability was satisfactory. With alterations in the content item structure and type, the test can be adopted by the public and private sector for use in recruitment instead of the practice of posting staff.

A study on labour welfare measures in kothari sugars and chemical limited, Trichy
Labour welfare has a special significance as the constitution provides for the promotion of welfare of the labour for human conditions of work and securing to all workers. The various welfare measures provided by the employee will have immediate impact on the health, physical and mental efficiency, alertness, morale and overall efficiency of the workers and thereby contributing to the highest productivity. Labour welfare means activities designed for the promotion of the economic, social and cultural well being of the employees. Welfare measures improve the physical and physiological health of the employees, which in turn enhance their efficiency and productivity. It promotes a real change of heart and a change of outlook of the part of both the employers and employees. Hence, this study was undertaken in order to measure the Labour Welfare provided in Kothari Sugars and Chemical Limited, Trichy. In order to measure the Labour Welfare a Structured Questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the Labours working in that Industry. The data collected were further analysed by using various tools like Percentage and Chi-Square Test.

A study on role of total employee involvement and performance management of employee
The article entitled titled “A STUDY ON ROLE OF TOTAL EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEE” is to study the various factors that are concerned towards the motivation and total employee involvement. The analysis is mainly based on the primary data that is by the interviewing the employees. The researcher has taken a sample size of 164 and has used the stratified random sampling method to select the samples from the total population of 1620. The statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Score Value analysis method, Cross tables, ANOVA, Correlation and t-Test were made use of for the analytical purpose. The study gives the opinion of employees’ about the HR functions like working environment, nature of work performed, working hours, remuneration, working atmosphere, relationship with superiors, internal motivators and external motivators, which contributes towards the motivation of the employees and about the total employee involvement in their work. The researcher from the findings, reveal that the motivation factors such as, working environment, working atmosphere, relationship with superiors, working hours, nature of work performed, remuneration and Total Employee Involvement are above the satisfactory level, except for a few factors like internal motivators and external.

A Study on Time Management Towards Services Industries in Salem District
The banking sector is one of the biggest service sectors in India and now days is in a way to attract the biggest market of Asia in investment. The banking sector today is focusing on how to provide efficient services to its customers. The Indian Banking System consisting of various public and private sector financial institutions whose objective is serving the people for their financial and economic needs. This century has been full of innovations: new technologies, new products, new services and a plethora of new industries have emerged. Yet the call for innovation in business, especially in financial services, has never been more intense. Although research on this topic exists, there is no empirical evidence regarding the critical factors influencing customer adoption of electronic banking innovation in Ghana’s banking industry. The aim of this article is therefore to investigate the factors influencing the adoption of financial innovation in Ghana’s banking industry. Surveys were conducted involving clients of the banks in the country. This study focuses on banking service quality and identified various factors of banking service quality, i.e., access, communication, competence, credibility, reliability, responsiveness, security, tangibility, Courtesy and understanding. Main objective of the study is to understood and analyze the service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction level with banking services on banking sectors.
