Iodination of organic compounds using anion exchange resin supported peroxodisulfate under mild aprotic conditions
Peroxodisulfate was simply supported on a weakly basic ion exchange resin by elution of a column containing the resin with an aqueous potassium peroxodisulfate solution. Resin supported peroxodisulfate was used for mild and selective ?-iodination of 1,3-dicarbonyl and ?,?-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in the presence of molecular iodine in acetonitrile at room temperature. Also direct and efficient iodination of activated aromatic compounds was performed in acetonitrile under reflux conditions.

Learning-based compiler level optimization of branching statement layout using execution patterns and dynamic code reordering
Code layout is an important factor that determines the performance of any application. For branching intensive loops where decisions have to be made among several branching paths (as in real time systems), an optimized layout of the conditional statements can increase the performance largely. Current methods can predict branches dynamically using speculative execution which can be resource intensive. Static branch prediction techniques are not as accurate. In this work a compiler based optimization for branching instructions by code reordering has been proposed. The proposed design consists of a code reordering component that along with the compiler can dynamically generate layout-optimized code, by reordering the conditions in the source program. The reordering is done base on dynamic run-time execution patterns. Based on the current execution pattern and the history, the most optimal program can be run, minimizing evaluation of conditions.

Legal framework for investors protection in India
Investor protection is one of the essential roles of authorities to make them involved in the financial market. Stock market plays a predominant role in the financial market. Investor protection helps to develop the market so that mobilization of funds can be increased. Increase in market potential is another way to increase growth of the market. Every nation has own legislation frameworks for stock market which is varying from country to country. In India, there is a strong need for an effective regulation for stock market so that the investors’ interest can be safeguarded in a better way. In order to regulate stock market and the participants of stock market there are various legislations are framed. It minimizes the risks and protects the investor. An attempt has been made to review the Indian legislations which are standardizing the Indian stock market and the legal formalities to be carried out by the market players.

Maximizing the value from returns by overcoming the barriers faced by reverse logistics: Review of the barriers and conceptualizing the comprehensive managing factors
At present, when contemporary organizations are seeking novel and original initiatives to gain a competitive position in the market, reverse logistics is one of the worth mentioning domains which has been distinctly recognized in this regard lately. As the field is in introductory phases with respect to large scale managerial concerns, it is facing certain difficulties and barriers in conveying the desired benefits for organizations. This study has made an attempt to put all the identified barriers together in the form of a mode. The study has been extended to review these barriers and also confer the unique approach to manage these barriers by conceptualizing the minimum number of managing factors. The study is based on theoretical grounds of introducing top management support, information support system and formalization of the reverse logistics programs to remove problems faced by the successful intervention of reverse logistics.

Mental Health of Women: The Moderating of Self-efficacy
The participants of all the four groups were compared with respect to their mental health. The result indicated that androgynous women showed better mental health than that of sex-typed women. Women with high sense of efficacy showed better mental health and scored higher in almost all dimensions of mental health than less-efficacious women.

Migration and Continuiety: An Anthropological study on Oraon at North 24 Parganas in W.B, India
There are seventy Oraon families have been studied for the present paper.. The study area is located West Bengal and Bangladesh Border site. The Sadder Para (Oraon) of the Village Dhuluni is unit of the present study. The segments or hamlet of the village is completely composed with homogenous population. Only Oraons are living in this area and still now practice their traditional way of life with affluence of modernization. They had been living since hundred years. The people of the -study area- said that they came from Bangladesh due the Indigo tax. Their ancestors were come for cutting the jungle. The opinions of the villagers that their ancestors were not able to pay the Indigo tax and the British emperors not agree to release hard taxation on them. So they had come and find new jobs by the moneylenders or Zaminders in this locality.

Modeling of MOSFET with Different Materials
This paper provides the designing of mosfet with different materials and compare which material is better for the designing. In previous time the mosfet is design by the combination of silicon and silicon oxide now we are using gallium arsenide and silicon dioxide as one combination and gallium arsenide and silicon nitride as another combination.

Nanoparticles dispersed in water based nanoflinds
Silver nanoparticles dispersed in water in presence of trisodium citrate have been prepared and characterised. Aqueous solutions of silver nitrate and trisodium citrate were mixed in various proportions and heated at 30oC for 3 hours. The nanoparticles of silver dispersed in water in presence trisodium citrate were characterised by UV-visible absorption spectra, X-ray diffraction, EDX, and SEM. Nano-silver dispersed in water based nanofluids may used to increase thermal conductivity of fluids.

Nephele: Dynamic Allocation and Parallel Execution Security Model in Cloud Computing
In present year ad-hoc parallel data processing has emerged to be one of the killer applications for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS) clouds. Major Cloud computing companies have started to integrate frameworks for parallel data and making it easy for customers to access these. However, the processing frameworks which are currently used have been designed for static, homogeneous cluster setups and disregard the particular nature of a cloud. Consequently, the allocated compute resources may be inadequate for big parts of the submitted job and unnecessarily increase processing time and cost. In this project the data processing framework to explicitly exploit the dynamic resource allocation offered by today’s IAAS clouds for both, task scheduling and execution is constructed. Particular tasks of a processing job can be assigned to different types of virtual machines which are automatically instantiated and terminated during the job execution.
