A study on the career development in industries
The structural adjustments programmers adopted in a number of countries have brought home the vulnerability of human development variables. The linkages between investments in human development programmes and economic development have become sharper. There have been major international developments-such as the opening of global markets, the increased market orientation of economies and the restructuring in socialist countries-which have given rise to an increased competition, forcing developing countries to produce and market quality products at competitive prices.

Potential of gamma rays to improve grain yield and nutritional quality of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum L. ): A review
Pearl millet is an important food and feed crop mostly cultivated in the semi-arid region of the world. Ionizing radiation has been widely used as a tool in plant breeding programs. Similar to other techniques of crop improvement, irradiation can induce alterations that can modify the chemical composition and the nutritional value of food crops. These changes depend on the irradiation dose and the crop species and give plant breeders the opportunity to select induced desirable mutants. In this paper, we discuss the usefulness of gamma radiation in achieving improvements in the grain yield and nutritional quality of pearl millet.

Analysis of cemex’sstrategies as determinants for market power
This article, through a qualitative and quantitative analysis, focuses on strategies that CEMEX has carried out to determine how they influence their dominance index or market power. The qualitative analysis is based on mergers and acquisitions; meanwhile, quantitative analysis is performed by means of calculations Herfindahl Hirschman Index and the Index of Dominance. Currently Cementos Mexicanos is the industry leader in building's materials with global presence as it produces markets and distributes cement in approximately 50 countries, maintaining business relationships with approximately 108 nations. Its main strategies are based on the expansion and acquisition of companies in the cement industry.

Impacts of acceptance on self-esteem
The present study was designed to explore the impacts of acceptance and rejection on self-esteem of adolescents. In order to measure the self-esteem of adolescents a rating scale developed by Rifai (1999) was used. Factor Loading Self-esteem Scale consists of 26 items and four factors that were; Self-Acceptance (AC), Self-Competence (SC), Physical Acceptance (PA), Social Acceptance (SA) and Academic Competence (AC). The population consists of 46 female and 54 male adolescents. After data collection reliability, mean and SD were computed. Study found that there is a positive relationship between acceptance-rejection and self-esteem. Adolescents, whose mothers are homemakers, get more acceptances from their parents and friends as compared to those adolescents whose mothers are working outside home.

Medicine in the sivatattvaratnakara of keladi basavaraja
The Sivatattvaratnakara, a Sanskrit work of Basavaraja, the ruler of a small ruling Keladi dynasty. In this work he discussed variety of sciences in which the Ayurveda system of medicine is most important one. He deals the subject in the 21st and 22nd Parts of the work. It has been a practice in India to trace the origin of arts, sciences etc., to superior gods and it is believed that Ayurveda also was created for the welfare of mankind by the Supreme Being Brahman. In this work we find a condensed form of the legend related to the origin of Ayurveda. Here Basavaraj gives detail account on the different diseases and healing methods. He was a scholar-king deals with a vast number of subjects in general and particularly all branches of science like Ayurveda (medicine), chemistry, toxicology, typology, weapons, metallurgy, horticulture, child care and sacraments, geography, astronomy, cosmography, astrology etc.

Automatic detection of micro calcifications in a small field digital mammography using morphological adaptive bilateral filter and radon transform based methods
We proposed a new algorithm for detection of micro calcifications using mathematical morphology, adaptive bilateral filter and radon transform. The Adaptive bilateral filter is able to smooth the noise, while enhancing edges and textures in the image. Morphology operations such as dilation, erosion, opening and closing are offering a quality extraction of Shapes. In this method the radon transform based methods is applied to extract the micro calcifications. The performance of the segmentation of micro calcification is to be improved by including the mathematical morphology operations along with Radon transform. Radon transform based methods are used in computer tomography which efficiently produced random projections and give a simultaneous translational rotational alignment in two and three dimensions. The size and shape of the lesions are measured by using canny edge detection methods and segmented results are generated. The proposed method evaluated with usefulness of the system with help expert radiologists.

Studying the Influencing Factors on Online Brand Trust
This study empirically investigated the factors that influence web brand trust specifically regarding online service of Adineh Book Store in Iran. To conduct an empirical investigation a survey of 449 customers was conducted using a questionnaire that its reliability by using Cronbach's Formula was examined. The Pearson’s Correlation was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that security, privacy, brand name, word-of-mouth, good online experience and quality of information directly affect the online brand trust.

Effect of carbon and nitrogen sources on pectinase production by Paecilomyces variotii
Pectinase producing microorganisms were isolated from fruit waste disposable area soil samples of Pazhamuthir Nilayam, Coimbatore, TamilNadu and screened in modified Czapek- Dox media with citrus pectin as sole carbon source. Among the isolates, only four fungal strains showed hydrolyzing zone. The fungal strain showing maximum clearance zone of 36 mm (out of colony diameter of 57 mm) was selected and it was identified as Paecilomyces variotii. The effects of the various carbon sources like dextrose, maltose and cellulose and nitrogen sources like ammonium sulphate, potassium nitrate and urea on the pectinase activity by Paecilomyces variotii were carried out in surface culture fermentation. The results of the investigation revealed that the maximum pectinase production of 9.71 Umg-1protein and of 9.66 Umg-1protein were obtained at both intracellular and extracellular level in 3% dextrose and 3% maltose as carbon sources. Among the nitrogen sources, the maximum pectinase activity of 9.73 Umg-1proteinand 8.65 Umg-1protein was observed in 3% and 2% ammonium sulphate at both intracellular and extracellular level.

Review: malware detection systems in android
Number of smartphones users is rapidly increasing. With this smartphones usage mobile malware attacks are also growing. Any malicious code or program used to access the information, gain the access or disrupt is known as malware. The developers of the malwares use the third party apps in order to inject the malicious contents into the phones and destroy the security. Various malware detecting tools are used to fight against these malwares. Malware detectors use various techniques for the detection of malwares. The main aim of this paper is to put light on the various malwares, malware detection, limitations and the various features involved.
