In silico prediction of immunogenic epitope as vaccine target against fibronectin binding protein of Staphylococcus Aureus
The initial step in an infectious disease is often adhered to and colonization of host tissue surfaces. Staphylococcus aureus, which is a major human and animal pathogenic organism, has been shown to bind to several host matrix proteins and plasma proteins, such as fibronectin, fibrinogen, collagen, elastin, laminin, prothrombin, thrombospondin, bone Sialoprotein and vitronectin . For each of these binding functions, a corresponding surface-associated protein has been identified. The existence of an S. aureus extracellular matrix binding protein with broad specificity that is capable of binding several extracellular glycoproteins has also been reported. The role of some of these proteins in the pathogenesis of staphylococcal infections has been shown in animal models. Most S. aureus strains bind to fibronectin and two highly homologous fibronectin binding proteins (FnBPs), and their corresponding genes (fnbA and fnbB) have been identified. Mutants defective in either of the two genes adhered equally well to fibronectin-coated surfaces in vitro, while a double mutant was completely unable to adhere, indicating that both genes are expressed and contribute to fibronectin binding. That’s why we have chosen fibronectin possible target for vaccine design against Staphylococcus aureus. This proposed target protein for vaccine contained four coils and three strands.

Psychosocial responses among infertile women and normal women
Infertility has a strong and negative impact in several areas of the individual’s life. The infertile women may lose prestige in society, may develop a low self-esteem, and may lose hope for the future. This study compared psychosocial responses in 90 infertile women and normal women. An ex post facto design was used. The subjects of the present study were infertile women in an infertility treatment center in Ahwaz, Iran. Women selected by randomly sampling. The women completed the psychosocial responses. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Differences were found between the groups on the psychosocial responses (self-image/self-esteem, guilt/blame, sexuality problems, and interpersonal relationship).

Hydrogeophysical Approach in Aquifer-Trend Determination around the Western Part of the Lower Imo River Basin Southeastern Nigeria
This geophysical investigation of groundwater is aimed at delineating the aquiferous units around the western part of the Lower Imo River Basin by determining their depths, thicknesses, resistivities and the potential borehole depth at various locations within the area employing the technique of Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) using the Schlumberger array. Twenty two sounding stations were established. Four to six geo-electric layers comprising the top soil, clayey sand, dry sandstone, saturated sandstone, shaley sand and sandy shale were delineated with the later usually occurring as the last layer. The third and fourth layers underlying dry sandstone form the aquiferous unit. This unit was found to have an average resistivity value range of 10.7–6060?m and an average thickness of 32 m. Longitudinal Conductance increases towards the Southeast with a high closure around Umuduru Egbe Aguru. Conversely, Transverse Resistance increases towards the Northwest with a very high closure around Dikenafai and Mgbee axis. These confirm the difficulties often experienced during ground water exploitation in these localities. The Northern part of the study area has high thickness of aquifer units ranging from 50-80m. Similarly too, high depth to water table and consequent high possible Total Drill Depth (TDD) were mapped within the Northern part of the area. The reverse is the case for the South being dominated by the highly prolific Benin Formation. It was advised that care ought to be taken in drilling and casing at shallow aquiferous areas to maintain proper sanitary condition so as to reduce the risk of groundwater contamination.

Leptospirosis now: epidemiology, progress, challenges and research gaps
Leptospirosis continues to be a challenge to health worldwide, among farmers, municipal workers etc. Despite widespread implementation of effective therapy, leptospirosis has not been eliminated or keeping under the control. The outbreaks occurring every year with increasing mortality during the flood and other water oriented natural calamities. Identification of patients with leptospirosis is challenging among the clinicians, due to misdiagnosing or under diagnosing, including non consideration of PUO cases to leptospirosis. Children who develop leptospirosis continue to be especially disadvantaged, with rates of late diagnosis and mortality remaining high. Leptospirosis is not a specified disease in the Millennium development goals, but severity and multiple organ dysfunctions to multiple organ failure induce the researchers and clinicians to concentrate for education and level of improvement of the patient care including immediate therapy. We review data and make recommendations for research on diagnosis, treatment and prevention such us further use of molecular analysis of Leptospira interrogans genome, formulation of newer vaccines and administration of doxycycline chemoprophylaxis to contacts. We also suggest developing the tools for early diagnosis and detection of infection and organ damage and formulation of strategies to manage the chronic complications of leptospirosis such as hepatospleenomegaly, renal failure, respiratory distress and neuropathy.

1960 BC: technology in language classes before computers
Past shapes the future. Knowledge of the past experience has always been a good guide of understanding today and future. Related to this fact, modern Foreign Language Learning and Teaching (henceforth FLLT) and technology have been commonly identified with computer and internet technologies due to the popularity of computational technologies since 1960s. However, before 1960s, technology and FLLT were also bound together as FLLT after 1800s has always paced parallel to the technological inventions. The rapid development of approaches, techniques, and methods has been accompanied by technology, and many technologies have been adapted to FLLT. Beyond any doubt, modern FLLT today is shaped by computational technologies. Nevertheless, the issue of FLLT technology before computers is still vague and blurred. This obscurity dims the view on the relation between modern technologies and FLLT and causes many technological trial and errors today. This study embraces the invention of the computers as a turning point and scrutinizes BC and AD of technology in FLLT by focusing on the impact of technological innovations on FLLT within 1800- 1957 and establishes correlations of past and present experience for better future insights.

The Role of Spirituality in Solving the Contemporary Crises of Human Beings: Using Moulavi’s Approach in Mathnavi
A modern man is different from his ancestors in different perspectives. Though the developments have created new problems and crises ahead of him, development in technology and science has brought up welfare , and has changed the life fundamentally. This study was aimed at investigating the base of spiritual crises and problems in a qualitative manner. Some of the problems ahead of us as human beings are: identity crisis, knowledge crisis, moral and psychological crisis. In this regard, Rumi (Moulana) is one of those people who have referred to all of human beings in all the times. Using the language of flute, he has warned the unawares and has guided them toward the road of bliss. In reaching the aims of the study, the crises were first defined. Later, the solution was offered from Rumi’s view point.
