Consumers Motivators towards FMCG Products in Rural India
India is large population country; approximately 12.6 billion live in India. More population of India approximately 70% live in villages. So manufacturer huge focused on rural market. With more type of promotion manufacturer penetrate in this market. They clearly know that more sale generate more revenue. Now buyer /consumer are more conscious about product so they purchase anything very carefully. FMCGs (Fast moving consumer goods) are very short in life like daily uses thing like Beverages, bakery, sugar, detergent soap. FMCG are also called by consumer packaged goods. Although FMCGs product are non-durable goods buyer don’t think so much for purchase it. But presence of lot of competitor in this market, Buyer is always aware what he or she going to purchase. Buyer behavior and perception is very much affected on product. The objective of this paper analyze to buyer behavior towards FMCG product in rural markets. The paper also highlights the major FMCG products used by the consumers.

Calculation of Corrosion in Oil and Gas Refinery with EOR Method
EOR method evaluation is performing for petroleum gravity, stone type, and tank humectant and tank localities conditions for liquid injection. When the water inject to the tank the interaction could be performed in different ways, if the is humectant, penetrated water canexit petroleum from tank, which is because of capillary absorption. The studies have been done on the tube lines, land and the metal workforces that are related to the oil and gas industries, shows that in most cases, weld lines and edge of a sharp regions has been influencing on location of corrosion and eroding of effective thickness of coating film. In this study we studied EOR methods for dense oil recovery from mold in the breakage tanks. Analyze and comparison of recovery with capillarity of salty water, polymeric solution and hot water on different sample of rocks showed high recovery of dense row oil in the EOR methods, and it is more detected in the diluted row oil. Oil (diluted) can recover by water injection in the sand stone condition and with chemical matter and thermal methods.

Prediction and optimization of micro EDM process parameter using multiple regression and artificial neural network
The main objective of this paper is to find the optimum machining parameter for higher Material Removal Rate (MRR) in micro EDM on 316L stainless steel. The most important parameters like machining voltage, capacitance and sparkgap are considered in this experimentation. The experiments were conducted based on the full factorial design methodology. Multiple regression and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) techniques were applied to predict the MRR. The predicted results are quite closer with the experimental results. S/N ratio was calculated to find the optimum values. ANOVA is carried out and the influence of machining parameters was found. The results show that the voltage is highly significant and the capacitance is the next significant than sparkgap on MRR.

Examine the Effects of Greenhouse Gases on Climate Change
Greenhouse gases have an important role in understanding earth climate history. Based on these studies greenhouse effect which produces heat due to trapping of heat by greenhouse gases in adjusting earth temperature, Climate change refers to the oscillations in earth global or regional climate in time interval and defines those changes that fluctuate with mean atmospheric conditions or average weather (common) in timescale intervals which fluctuate between decades to million years. Researches and specialists believed that with using of pure energies like solar, windy and heat ground energy and etc, instead of energies cause by fossil fuels will impede of environmental protection implication. So the average volume of light shining at a day is 4 kilowatt H/m2 and the average volume of sunny hour is more than 2800 hour at a year. These changes may have been resulted from earth internal processes or forces beyond it or in recent times due to activities related to the man-made climatically changes. Especially in recent application in the subject of environment policy, the expression of; climate change; often refers to the current changes in new climate.

Studying the Designed Parameters of Carbonic Gas Production Unit's Solvents in the Way of Diesel Combustion
Carbonic gas by chemical formula CO2 and having acidic property (weak) has many uses as a primal material or intermediate. The first step in produce CO2 gas is diesel combustion. Basically, the conventional methods of fuel combustion, the burning of excess air for complete combustion is used but the CO2 gas production unit must be careful that the air was completely theoretical and no excess air is consider. Because of the separation of CO2 from combustion gases, Mono Ethanol Amine (MEA) solvent is used. This solvent is an amine alcohol with the chemical formula , that because of having alcohol structure is highly sensitive to oxygen And in contact with free oxygen, the alcohol agent becomes to aldehyde and acid That eventually led to the deterioration of the solvent can cause several side effects such as decrease in production rate, the loss of solvent, the phenomenon of corrosion, foam and …This article examines the designed parameters of carbonic gas production unit's solvents in the way of diesel combustion.

Isolation and Rapid Identification of Candida Species from the Oral Cavity
CHROMagar Candida is a new differential culture medium that allows the isolation and presumptive identification of species of yeast of clinical importance. During the past two decades, there has been a significant increase in the prevalence of fungal infections caused by Candida species. The aim of the study was to isolate and identify Candida species from the oral cavity with CHROMagar Candida. This study was carried out in 30 patients with infections aged 21 to 90 years. Swabs samples were taken from oral cavity and were cultured directly on Sabouraud dextrose agar medium. In this study shows that CHROMagar Candida can easily identify four species of Candida on the basis of colonial color and morphology, and accurately differentiate between them i.e. Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis and Candida krusei. Results showed the prevalence of C.albicans (n = 21, 70%), C. glabrata (n = 5, 16.6%), C. krusei (n = 2, 6.7%), and C. tropicalis (n =2, 6.7%). In this investigation, CHROMagar produced light green colonies and were considered as Candida albicans, Pink with a darker mauve center colonies were identified as Candida glabrata, pink with pale borders colonies were identified as Candida krusei, and dark blue, purple diffusion colonies were identified as Candida tropicalis. CHROMagar is extremely useful in making a rapid presumptive identification of common yeast species. This capability plus the ability to detect mixed cultures of Candida species promises to improve and streamline the work flow in the mycology and clinical microbiology laboratory.

Data Security with Hybrid Aes-Des
The problem with AES, most extensively used encryption, is that it uses many multivariate equations which are linear in nature . Thus it can be broken using algebraic cryptanalysis. This provides a serious threat as AES was considered to be unbreakable and thus it was used in many encryption systems. The DES predecessor of AES has problem of multivariate linear equation and speed. By exploiting the key steps and vulnerabilities in these algorithms it is possible to break through AES and DES secured data.
