Application of Error-resilient Transmission of Sleep Apnea Patient Video with Sound over Mobile Network-A Research Based Review
Mobile video-audio transmission systems have delivered patient video with relevant snoring sound to quantify the severity of the sleep apnea patient over wireless networks, but few have optimized video-audio transmission in combination with transmission protocol over error-prone environments using wireless links. In this paper, the performance of the MPEG (Motion Picture Expert Group)-4 error resilient tools with UDP(User Datagram Protocol) protocol were evaluated over a wireless network to suggest the optimum combination of MPEG-4 error resilient tools and UDP packet size suitable for real-time transmission of video-audio transmission over error-prone mobile networks. Through experimentation, it was found that the packet size should correspond to IP(Internet Protocol) datagram size minus UDP and IP header for optimal video-audio quality. Also, for error resilient tool selection, the combination of resynchronization marker and data partitioning showed the best performance.

Integration of nitrogen sources on okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) grown in sandy regosols
A study was conducted to study the effect of integration of nitrogen sources on okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) grown in sandy regosols. Nitrogen sources farmyard manure, poultry manure, Amutha Karaisal and urea were applied on equal N basis at 135 kg Nha-1. Organic nitrogen (N) sources were used solely and in combination with urea at 50% N from each. And P2O5 and K2O were applied at the rate of 90 kg ha-1 by triple super phosphate and muriate of potash respectively. There were eight treatments replicated thrice. Among the treatments, yield was superior in 100% N supplied by poultry manure and next was followed by 50% N from farmyard manure + 50% N from Urea. The influence of AmuthaKaraisal was inferior in yield than other manures. There was no significant difference in average length of pod, but there was significant difference in average number and fresh weight of pod.

Myxedema Coma, what you need to know: Review.
Myxedema coma, represents the extreme degree of severity of hypothyroidism, whose mortality can reach very high percentages, therefore, it is a true medical emergency. In general, its development is associated with the presence of a triggering factor in a controlled hypothyroid patient and manifests with multisystem alteration. Currently, tools have been developed for clinical diagnosis that use the profile and clinical models, and have good sensitivity-specificity. They allow an early diagnosis which favored the early start of treatment and therefore improves the prognosis. The patient with myxedema coma needs an integral approach, with intensive treatment and close monitoring of hemodynamic parameters. However, the basis of treatment remains hormone replacement, which should be initiated with a combination of levothyroxine and triiodothyronine

Library cooperation and service delivery: Process progress and challenges in private universities in South Western Nigeria
Library cooperation (LC) stems out of the fact that no library can be self-sufficient in terms of funding and resources available for service delivery. Funding level could affect library collection, staffing, facilities, equipment and even buildings which are all areas where the impact of library cooperation could be visible. The level of resources including funding available to Nigerian universities especially the privately owned makes library cooperation an issue for consideration. Resources to meet vital requirements in some of the institutions are not available and the library is always considered as a minor when allocating resources, this further softens the ground for venturing into Library Cooperation. This paper which studied ten (10) private universities in Southwest Nigeria highlights the areas of Library Cooperation among universities, the process, the progress and the challenges. It concluded that libraries in these institutions are still developing.

Survey on Learning Object Repositories using Open Re-Usability Benchmark
Open Reusability Benchmark identifies a number of factors that are required to be present in a Learning Object Repository. A repository must comply with these factors to define a comprehensive and openly reusable Learning Object Repository. A number of existing systems that actually use a database of learning objects and their internal architecture is somewhat available are incorporated in this survey. Each of the studied system is then measured on these benchmarks and a critical analysis is performed on the basis of results.

Influence of Market Accessibility and Price Behavior on Smallholder Cropping Systems: A Case Study in Sri Lanka
This study aimed to assess how markets affect smallholders’ decision-making about their arecanut, pepper and banana smallholders cropping systems in Sri Lanka. An economic assessment of the markets available for different crops was made using data obtained from a market survey and village study. Study found that farmers selected different crops based on market accessibility. Majority of farmers reluctant to grow banana as smallholdings in Pannila, whilst it was a popular choice on smallholdings in Pallekiruwa . Farmers faced high risk with perishables as their price variation was higher than that of storable crops. Study recommend to improve the market infrastructure for enabling farmers’ income.
