Fractal Aperture Antenna for Wi-Fi Application
A new model of fractal geometry for microstrip patch antenna is presented in this paper. The current fractal structure is implemented on patch aperture by placing slots in a systematic order. A commercial substrate material of RT-duroid is chosen with dielectric constant of 2.2 and loss tangent of 0.009. The dimension of the patch aperture is 56.7X42.9 mm. The simulated results show that the antenna is resonating at 2.6 GHz and 2.8 GHz, which comes under Wi-Fi application and a very good performance, is observed with respect to impedance bandwidth return loss, field distributions and radiation pattern.

Management training for magistrates’ clerks: human resource development perspectives
The Magistrates' Courts Service is a local service. People working here are solicitors or barristers; they may have an arts or social sciences background. Addition to these qualifications their verbal communication is excellent but they have low in analytical and numerical skills. After deeply analyzing the given case about Magistrate Courts Service, certain issues which need to be addressed through effective development program in this study. These issues include lack of skills (mainly analytical and numerical), lack of coordination and consensus in most of the decision and activities performed, low coordination, more than required level of independence. Beside this the information on hand, differs greatly in nature and quality which makes it quite unreliable. Investigation report regarding the Magistrates’ Courts Service has proposed a number of options for change in order to improve the working. These changes are required for the management and administration of courts services in more effective way.

Rules concerning individuals prohibited from transaction
The case of prohibition of transaction for real or legal persons is a common case in notary public’s offices. Notary public’s offices avoid doing their routine duties in creating documents when they encounter personal names that their legal actions are banned by judicial authorities and related circulars have been announced. Studying the legal basis of individuals’ transaction restrictions, the limitation of basic conditions of transaction correctness, the position of legislator’s Injunctions to stop transactions and similar issues, bring this point to mind that doing transactions and transferring properties in these situations is correct, and such injunctions cannot form a reason to nullify the transaction.

One consistent information criterion for the model selection
Information criterion, KIC, for the model selection based on kullback-leibler risk symmetric by cavanagh, be present for large sample. KIC as an asymptotically unbiased estimator kullback-leibler risk symmetric, is consider divergency between the true model and the candidate model. It is an inconsistent information criterion. All the criteria that exsist based on kullback-leibler risk (symmetric or asymmetric)are inconsistent. In this article based on information criterion KIC is defined consistent information criterion, MIC. This criterion, MIC also is made based on kullbake-leibler symmetric. At the end these two information criteria for linear regression models has been consider by simulation monte carlo.

Kant's view of the law and the ethical obligations
In a time that various moral schools boasted in the west, 'hedonism' school did its work outstandingly more than others. Plato that knew ethics as a category of 'aesthetic and beauty' and Aristotle school that introduced moderation as a moral pattern and moral data filled everywhere; Immanuel Kant's moral school (1724-1804), famous and great German philosopher, stepped onto the arena and with a new speculation caused a revolution in thinking world and plane of ethics that it has been compared to Copernican revolution in the world of the heavens. By establishing metaphysic and categorical doctrine and deontology in plane of ethics he introduced moral action in acting according to intent and fulfillment of responsibility of conscience and he believed that because reason is a general endowment therefore rules and laws should be general. But it is important to know that what rules and laws of reasons are and how they can be obtained. Kant spoke about reality, law and social relations beyond evaluation of reason, action and reaction of human's wisdom. He knew that reality and law after criticism and analysis of wisdom and thought are recognizable and constant. From this viewpoint, Kant believed that human makes his aim and has a natural value that undoubtedly distinguishes him from other creatures. The writer intends to criticize and analyze some moral opinions of Kant from his philosophical viewpoint in moral plane and state of human attainment to real perfection and felicity in the shadow of practical reason.

Homogeneous chemical reaction on unsteady flow past an accelerated vertical plate with variable temperature and thermal radiation
An exact analysis of unsteady radiative flow past a uniformly accelerated infinite vertical plate with variable temperature with uniform mass diffusion is presented here, taking in to account the homogeneous chemical reaction of first order. The plate temperature is raised linearly with time and the concentration level near the plate is also raised to . The dimensionless governing equations are solved using Laplace-transform technique. The velocity, temperature and concentration fields are studied for different physical parameters like thermal Grashof number, mass Grashof number, Schmidt number, Prandtl number, radiation parameter, chemical reaction parameter and time. It is observed that the velocity increases with increasing values of thermal Grashof number or mass Grashof number. But the trend is just reversed with respect to the thermal radiation parameter. It is also observed that the velocity increases with decreasing chemical reaction parameter.

Crunch branding: The innovative HR Tool to lead Indian Inc in creating favourable Employer branding and Employee retention
Innovations are increasing being looked upon to solve many an organizational problems, be it product development, service delivery ormanaging human resource. The importance is the third aspect is felt more strongly due to the fact that talented manpower which fits the organizational culture and value system is hard to find and retain. The HR professionals are adopting innovative HR practices apart from an attractive and competitive salarypackage to attract and retain talent. But one major grey area that is ignored is the image the employer is conveying to attract the desired pool and the image the present employees foster. With the serious talent crunch faced by India Inc innovative HR practices has to be adopted to create a favorable Employer brand. This paper focuses on the innovative HR practice which can be adopted to overshadow the grey areas .We, authors have coined the term ,”Crunch branding” which will be a effective tool to be used for employee retention.

Physicochemical characterization of the Jubilee crude oil
The physicochemical parameters and some contaminants of crude oil samples from the Jubilee oil field at Cape Three Points, western region and Saltpond oil field in Central region of Ghana were analyzed to classify and assess the quality of the crude oils. The physicochemical parameters determined were density, specific gravity, API, pour point, total sulphur content, salt in crude, total acid number, viscosity, reid vapour pressure and ash weight whereas the contaminants measured were water and sediments. Results from the physicochemical parameters for both samples showed a perfect Pearson’s correlation (r ?1). Low water and sediments levels (<1%) were recorded for both crude oils. This is an indication of low or minimal microbial growth and reduced ability of both crude oils to serve as a collector of water soluble metals and salts. This enhances the quality of the crude oils making them less fouling and corrosion resistant at high temperatures. High API values (API>30), coupled with low specific gravity, viscosity and pour point for both crude oils make them light crude oils. The sulphur concentration for both samples were low and within globally accepted range of 0.1-0.5 wt. % for sweet crude oil.

Assumptions of Children about Parental Competencies in 21st Century
The aim of present study was to examine the expectations of children about parental competencies in 21st century. The study was based on the purposive sample of150 students of grade 8 to 14 from schools and colleges located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The age of students ranged from 13 to 19 and above. The assumptions of the children about their parental competencies needed in 21st century were measured through administration of a questionnaire. Results revealed that children assumed their parents more competent in 21st century. Findings further depicted that as children grew up, assumption of children about competencies of their parents’ decreases. Results showed that children assume more competencies in their fathers as compared to their mothers.
