Studied jurisprudence, law, citing preemption
Pre-emption, right of possession, and one of the two partners, the property is non-transferable, and pre-emption, the excesses and the pair is strengthened, and the evidence of that agreement, because of tradition and the public, and contrary to nature principle. Conditions, non-transferable, being capable of being divided, joint property, common to transfer shares to buy and sell, buy or sell a joint share transfer of common shares, the limited number of participants, not more than two persons, is due to be Muslim and be able to pay the price . For absent, ignorant, beggars, insane, kids, travelers and headed orphan, is fixed, and for being a neighbor to neighbor, is not constant, and also for those who are devoted to them, not as a pre-emptive . Qualities get it, be immediate, definite and certain to bring about the condition, and the purchase and sale ( the authority and dominance of the demise of the person signing ) flows, and how it is transmitted, is the inheritance, the heir to the size of each share would be before citing the preemption, the client do anything, could be due to demand, and is perfectly in sales, if before the violation, the customer is guaranteed and if a natural disaster, provided both are mediators, the catch and release it, and the difference in the price quote, the customer promises to share, and, in some cases, such as if the intermediary does not claim the power, and the transmission is not part through sales and property usurpation if preemption is void, and survivorship Eghaleh and terminate the transaction can not be canceled and the sales price is the same as the wedding date has been set.

Investigation and evaluation of the sedimentation and flushing in stream dams (Case study Dez stream dam)
About 1% of the total storage capacity in the world’s reservoirs is lost annually due to sedimentation. Sediments can also block intakes in reservoirs and damage tunnels or turbines. One of the most effective techniques to remove these sediments is flushing, whereby water level is lowered sufficiently to re-erode deposits and flush them through the intakes. Outflow sediment discharge may well be related to the parameters such as the sediment characteristics in the reservoir, sediment discharge and hydrological conditions. In this paper, investigation and evaluation of sedimentation and flushing in Dez1 stream dam are considered. Sensitivity analysis of the mathematical model is evaluated for input parameters variation on sedimentation and flushing in reservoirs. Results shows that the rate of sediment flushing is strongly associate with grain size of sediment. This paper shows that flushing can retrieve about 50% of beneficial storage of reservoirs.

Estimation of heavy metal contents in surface water of river Cauvery in Salem, erode and Namakkal district, Tamil nadu, India
Heavy metals find their entry into fresh water bodies form various sources like agricultural run off, mine discharge, chemical weathering of rocks and soils, wet and dry fallout of atmospheric particulate matter and in recent times more through anthropogenic activities. In the present investigation, River Cauvery one of the major rivers in India is chosen and an attempt has been made to analyse the heavy metal load of the river determined through surface water analysis. The results showed that all the metals are within the prescribed limits set by Bureau of Indian Standards and WHO 2006. However, presence of these heavy metals even in smaller quantities in surface waters is a warning signal sine there is a danger that the sediments may have more concentration of these metals. Because heavy metals pollution is less visible but its effects on the ecosystem and man can be intensive and very extensive when compared to other types of aquatic pollution. Hence, it is suggested that concerned authorities should wake up and take steps to contain the quantum of such heavy metals present in surface waters.

Analysis of Heat Transfer using Radiation in Circular Finned-Tube Heat Exchanger
Transferring heat using conduction and convection requires the presence of a temperature gradient in some form of matter ,while the heat transfer by thermal radiation requires no matter. It is extremely important process, and from physical sense it is perhaps the most interesting form of the heat transfer modes. It is relevant to many industrial heating, cooling, and drying processes, as well as to energy conversion methods that involves fossil fuel combustion and solar radiation. In this paper, our objective is studying the radiation in Circular Finned-tube heat exchanger. Finned-tube heat exchangers are predominantly used in space conditioning systems, as well as other applications requiring heat exchange between two fluids. One important widespread use is in cooling applications. The results show that the heat transfer in the mode of the radiation is just about 2% compared with forced convection , but when there is natural convection in the system the term of radiation is considerable.

Distributed virtual machine allocation using DRR algorithm in cloud computing
In private cloud during FFCS registration large amount of students are trying to register their subject at same time from different places so heavy load is departing to server due to this heavy load to resources the server unable to give where response to students which lead to the problem student can’t register properly within given time or wait for long time until server recover from this problem. This problem can be solved by allocating the resources properly to server this comes under the infrastructure as a service (IaaS) we can use and allocate a various kind of resources. This paper proposed solved this problem efficiently according virtual machine is distributed in hierarchical architecture using dynamic round robin algorithm[DRR] , resources will be allocate efficiently so the load will be distributed to various virtual machine then student need not to wait for long time and they can register properly within a given time. Finally implemented on Simulator Cloudsim 3.0. Experiment result show DRR can achieved resource allocation efficiently in cloud computing.

A Novel Nanometric Efficient Reversible Low Power Parity Preserving Full Adder/Subtractor
In this paper, a new 5×5 reversible parity preserving gate is proposed and employed to realize 1-bit reversible parity preserving full adder/subtractor. The proposed 1-bit full adder/subtractor is implemented using VHDL and compared to previously presented designs in the literature. The results show that the proposed design is more efficient in terms of number of DC inputs/outputs, delay and quantum cost. Also two reversible parity preserving four-bit parallel adder/subtractor and carry skip adder/subtractor are designed applying the proposed scheme and compared to the former designs.

An Inventory Model for Non instantaneous Deteriorating items under the effect of Price with Partial Backlogging and shortage
This paper presents an inventory model for deteriorating item having price dependent demand and partial backlogging. The study of inventory system with deteriorating item has a special significance as it influences the profit and revenue of a retailer. It has been observed that some time item does not start to deteriorates as it comes to the storage so we have consider non instantaneous deteriorating item and its rate of deterioration varies linearly with time. The proposed model has been developed to determine optimal order quantity and optimal selling price for which profit can be maximized. The model is solved analytically by maximizing the total average profit. Sensitiveness of the parameter has been tested by sensitivity analysis and numerical example has been illustrated to explore the solution of the model.
