Unusual case of repeated hematemesis: A case report and a review of the literature.
Castleman’s disease is a rare pathology of unknown etiology with different clinical manifestations, which creates both diagnostic and therapeutic dilemmas. It’s abdominal localization is rarely described. There are no characteristic signs in imaging, and the diagnosis of certainty is histological. The management of Castleman's disease and its prognosis differ depending on whether it is localized or pluricentric. The localized form usually develops favorably after surgical excision. We present a particular case located in the mesentery, revealed by repeated hematemesis.

Q-Absorbance ratio and Chromatographic Method for the Analysis of Aspirin and Salicylic acid
Two simple, specific, precise and accurate methods were developed for the analysis of Aspirin (ASA) in bulk and formulation forms in presence of its degradation product salicylic acid (SA). The first method was based on determining Q-Absorbance ratios at two wavelengths; 251.4 nm (iso–absorptive point, ?1) and 275.6 nm (?max of ASA, ?2) for aspirin and salicylic acid to obtain their absorptivity valueswhich form the basis for their concentrations calculations. Beer’s law was obeyed in the concentration range 50-450µg/ml and 10-90µg/ml for ASA and SA, respectively with correlation coefficient not less than 0.999. The second method based on development of stability-indicating chromatographic method (HPLC) reliable for the assay of aspirin in presence of salicylic acid. The stability-indicating property of the developed method was achieved on a C18 column (250*4.6mm) and a mixture of methanol and 1% acetic acid (60:40 v/v) as mobile phase at 1ml/min flow rate and detector set at 298nm. The constructed calibration curves were linear in the concentration range 1000-5000µg/ml and 30-270µg/ml for ASA and SA, respectively. The developed methods were optimized and validated in accordance to ICH guidelines. The validated methods were applied for the assay of ASA in five brands low dose formulations as well as to identify and quantify any SA present using standard reference materials.

By the end of 2012, it will account for nearly half of the world's Smartphone market. Along with its growth, the importance of security has also risen. Security is one of the main concerns for Smartphone users today. As the power and features of Smartphone’s increase, so has their vulnerability for attacks by viruses etc. Perhaps android is more secured operating system than any other Smartphone operating system today. Android has very few restrictions for developer, increases the security risk for end users. Antivirus Android apps remain one of the most popular types of applications on Android. Some people either like having that extra security or just want to be extra cautious just in case and there is nothing wrong with that. In this list, we’ll check out the best antivirus Android apps and anti-malware apps on Android! The efficiencies of these applications have not been empirically established. This paper analyzes some of the security tools written for the Android platform to gauge their effectiveness at mitigating spyware and malware.

Assessment of Myocardial Viability with Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography about 218 patients
Stress echocardiography (DSE) is an investigative technique that is perfectly integrated into the diagnostic and prognostic assessment of many heart diseases, including coronary disease based on cardiac ultrasound images. Dobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) is very useful as a first-line test to detect a contractile reserve to better specify the potential benefit of revascularization This is a retrospective, descriptive and analytical study on patients collected in the laboratory of non-invasive Cardiology explorations hospitalized and/or followed in consultation or referred to the CARDIOLOGY B department IBN SINA university hospital, over a period of 2 years between January 2018 and December 2019. Method: Our service admitted 218 patients for pharmacological stress echocardiography with Dobutamine for viability. Objectives: The objective of our study is to report the activity of our service concerning the assessment of Myocardial Viability with Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography by specifying the clinical, electrical, echocardiographic and angiographic aspects as well as the results of the stress echocardiography. Results: Men and an average age of 64 years dominated the epidemiological profile of our patients; hypertension is the most common risk factor. Coronary arteriography shows: 43% of our patients had bitruncated coronary lesions. All our patients benefited from the same protocol in the assessment of myocardial viability with low-dose dobutamine stress echocardiography, 46% of viability positive in our series. None of our patients went through complications. These are probably explained by the low doses of dobutamine.
