Investigating the Impact of Task-based Instruction on Iranian L2 Narrative Oral Production
This study sought to test Robinson’s (1995a; 2003b) cognitive hypothesis by investigating the effect of task complexity on L2 narrative oral production. In order to homogenize the participants, Cambridge Placement was taken from among 74 students of the Iran Language Institute and 44 of them were chosen. Independent sample T-tests were used for between group comparisons. According to the hypotheses, Pre-task planning time allowed second language speakers to activate words and apply a series of problem-solving mechanisms prior to task performance and may take stress away from L2 speakers so that they can meet task demands and hopefully, stretch their interlanguage. The data can shed some lights on how production is affected by different degrees of cognitive complexity and also in pedagogic contexts can be easily manipulated to promote fluency and accuracy if planning time is provided.

Toxicity of Heavy Metals in Human Being
Clean water is absolutely essential for healthy living. Adequate supply of clean drinking water is a basic need for all human being on the earth. Yet it has been observed millions of people worldwide are deprived of this. Freshwater resources all over the world are threatened not only by over exploitation and poor management but also by ecological degradation. The main source of fresh water pollution can be attributed to discharge of untreated waste, dumping of industrial effluent, and runoff from agricultural field. Industrial growth, urbanization and increasing use of synthetic organic substances have serious and adverse impact on fresh water bodies. Developed & developing countries suffer from problems of chemical discharge into the water sources mainly ground water1, and agricultural runoff in water sources. Polluted water causes problem in health. Nowadays heavy metal pollution2 is a serious and most dangerous threat3 to human being which can be prevented by taking some measures. Many areas of ground water and surface water are now contaminated with Heavy metals that have in adverse effect on Health. This study aims to detect the possibilities of ground water quality deterioration due to improper waste dumping with special reference to heavy metal pollution. Since it is well established fact that the heavy metal ions are potentially toxic4,5 to human health and could be quite detrimental for human life.

Production and Analysis of Soap using Locally Available Raw-Materials
The use of locally available raw materials in soap production was carried out. The soap was prepared using sheabutter oil (SBO), palm kernel oil (PKO) and plantain peels. The physicochemical parameters of the oils were analysed. The saponification values of the oils 175.30±0.81mgKOH/g (SBO) and 249.18±1.40mgKOH/g (PKO), and the iodine values 65.99±1.27 I2/100g (SBO) and 18.58±0.86 I2/100g (PKO) agreed with those found in literature. The free fatty acid (FFA), acid value and Relative density were found to be 1.719±0.009, 3.60±0.06mgKOH/g and 0.90±0.02 for PKO and for SBO the corresponding values were 5.499±0.113, 11.78±0.56mgKOH/g and 0.91±0.07 respectively. The alkali was extracted from the plantain peels ash and used to saponify the oils for the production of soap. The soap produced was analysed by testing its hardness, moisture and foaming stability. The results indicated that the soap produced by SBO:PKO (50:50) showed a very good properties, hence regarded better compared to the soap produced by SBO and PKO separately.

Policy lid Exclusion in Housing Sector and Rural development: A study of Osmanabad District of Maharashtra
Housing is many things to many people. The National Rural Housing and Habitat Policy sees housing and shelter as ‘basic human needs next to only food or clothing’ putting makaan in its familiar place beside roti and kapda. In India as per estimated by working group for rural housing for XII five year plan there is 43.67 million household shortage for the year 2012-2017 working group also further estimated that 39.30 million of shortage of houses for the BPL families in India. The central government having a scheme for the rural household called Indira Awas Yojana for addressing the issues of housing in rural areas. The Maharashtra Government took a decision in the year 2011 that the priority for allocation of IAY should be given to those Gram Panchayat where less houses require to construction. This decision of the state government is creating social exclusion of the people from below poverty line. There is another decision of the state government is that if any village wanted to implement rural development scheme in the village is require that 60 per cent of the household should have a own toilets, this decision created 621 gram panchayat of Osmanabad District non availability of fund for rural development scheme from Government. In this paper we are analyzing how the government decision affect development in the Osmanabad district by focusing on faulty policy designing and budgetary allocation which creating social exclusion of people from implementing government scheme for rural development.

A comparative study of the physicochemical and bacterial characteristics of the three drinking water sources distributed in Haret-Hreik city, Lebanon
The physicochemical and microbial characteristics of drinking water in Haret-Hreik city (Lebanon) have been studied by taking 45 samples from the three different sources of water distributed in the city. Physicochemical parameters include pH, electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solid (TDS), total hardness, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and chloride. Microbial characterization includes total coliform count, fecal streptococcus count, and identification of some fecal coliform species such as Escherichia coli. Physicochemical and bacterial analyses indicated clearly that municipal water is not safe for domestic use and to be drunk. It contains a high amount of dissolved inorganic substances, with EC, TDS, and chloride average concentrations equal to 2983 µs/cm, 1908 mg/L, and 1147 mg/L, respectively. These values exceed the limits described by the WHO. In addition all samples were contaminated by high amount of total coliform, with averages ranging between 216 and 4166 CFU/100 mL. All municipal water samples were contaminated by fecal Streptococcus, indicating the pollution of drinking water by fecal material from warm blooded animals. The analyses of water at the exit of commercial treatment companies showed that the treated municipal water satisfies the physicochemical guidelines of the WHO. However, all samples were contaminated by total coliform, and 60 % of samples contained fecal Streptococcus. Thus, the UV disinfection process in all the commercial companies is defective and replaced at time, in order to remove all coliforms. Moreover, the only safe water in Haret-Hreik city is that distributed by Abbas Water Project. Analyses revealed the absence of any bacterial contamination and the respect of the WHO physicochemical limits.

Synthesis & Biological activities of 2,4,5-Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde Thiosemicarbazone
The synthesis and Biological activity of 2,4,5-trimethoxy benzaldehyde Thiosemicarbazone ligands have been reported. The Infrared and Elemental analysis have been assigned. The data agree quite well with the proposed structures. The group sensitive fundamentals are compared with those of similar molecules already reported in the literature. Ligand were screened for antimicrobial activities by the disc diffusion technique using DMSO as solvent. These Schiff base has been studied for their anti-bacterial ,anti-fungal, and anti oxidant activity. The antifungal activity of the said ligand has been screened against Aspergillus flavus, Asperjillus niger and Antibacterial activity tested against Vibrio harveyi , VibrioVulnificus, Escherichia Coli, Bacillus pumilus.The anti oxidant activity againt catalase assay.
