Generic Skill in Co-curriculum in Order to Produce High Quality Graduate
Implementation of generic skill in co-curriculum activities among student is to enable the country to realize National Education Philosophy in the context of producing student balanced in term of physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social which will be more competitive in the advent of a borderless world. Therefore, the direction of this writing is to unravel the relationship between curriculums with generic skills in producing high-quality graduates.

Efficacy of Intramuscular Tramadol Injection as Labour Analgesic and Labour Accelerator in Latent Phase of Labour and Mode of Delivery
To prove the efficiency of Intramuscular Tramadol injection as labour analgesic and labour accelerator in latent phase of labour and mode of delivery .This is a prospective observational study done during Oct 10 to Sep 11. 100 pregnant women who were booked in this hospital. Out of 100 patients, 26 % had mild pain relief, 38% had moderate pain relief and 36% had no pain relief. Mean duration of I stage was 256.09 minutes and II stage was 25.54 minutes. Mode of delivery – normal delivery was 88.1% and LSCS was 9.1%.

On Decomposition of Neo-Curvature Tensor Field in Finsler Recurrent Spaces
Takano [1967] has studied the decomposition of curvature tensor in a recurrent space. Chandra [1972] has defined Neo-covariant derivative and its applications. In this paper, I have studied decomposition of Neo-curvature tensor field in Finsler recurrent spaces and several theorems have been established.

Synthesis and Characterization of Transition Metal Complexes of Substituted Furoinhydrazones
Recently, the synthesis of 2-hydroxybenzoinhydrazone, 2-hydroxybenzoinphenylhydrazone and 2-hydroxybenzoinsemicarbazone with hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine and semicarbazide hydrochloride in presence of aqueous sodium hydroxide in DMF-water (80%) medium respectively. Similarly, furoinhydrazone, furoinphenylhydrazone, furoinsemicarbazone were synthesized by the interactions of furoinbenzoin with hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine and semicarbazide hydrochloride in presence of aqueous sodium hydroxide in DMF-water (80%) medium respectively. The synthesis of 2-hydroxybenzoin and furoinbenzoin were carried out by the known literature method. The structure of all the synthesized compounds were justified on the basis of chemical characteristics, elemental and I.R. and NMR spectral analysis.Benzoin hydrazone and its metal complexes were synthesized from substituted benzoinhydrazone. They were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral analysis. The synthesized complexes were screened for antimicrobial activity. At a concentration of 1000µgm/ml. Which was serially diluted to determine their MIC value .

The relationship teacher-pupil as a resource in the transitions school and school dropout prevention
In the relational experiences it is by the adult who is dependent the performance of the report and its intensity. These experiences are fundamental in the development of personality and academic skills, helping the student to face major evolutionary transitions in the school. If the teacher will show willing and able to read and respond appropriately to the messages and demands of the child, he will improve development of social relationships with peers, the academic skills such as attention, motivation, self-esteem, emotional intelligence and self-regulation. The adult must be able to communicate acceptance and emotional warmth, offer help, regulate the child's behavior.

Variable Equation of State for Anisotropic Dark Energy Models in Kantowski-Sach Space Time
We investigate dark energy models in an anisotropic Kantowski-Sachs space –time with a variable equation of state(EoS). The EoS for dark energy ? is found to be time dependent and its existing range for derive models is in good agreement with the recent observations. Under the suitable condition, the anisotropic models approach to isotropic scenario. We also find that during the evolution of the universe, the EoS parameter for DE changes from ?>-1 to ?=-1 in first model whereas from ?>-1 to ?<-1 in second model which is consistent with recent observations. The cosmological constant ? is found to be a positive decreasing function of time and it approaches a small positive value at late time (i.e. the present epoch) which is corroborated by results from recent supernovae Ia observations. The physical and geometric properties are also discussed.

Co-management as a Strategy of Environmental Conservation of Fisheries Resources in Beaches in Mbita, Kenya
Little is known on effectiveness of community involvement in the management of Lake Victoria which supports over tens of millions of people. Co-management approach in fisheries management was adopted due to failure of the traditional fisheries management approaches. The continued decline in fish catch despite the implementation of the concept of co-management triggered the current study in beaches of Mbita District, Kenya. The objective of the study was to investigate the extent to which co-management has contributed to environmental management in beaches of Mbita District. The results of this study are useful in the formulation of policies on the management of fisheries resources at the beach and similar environments in the neighbourhood and beyond. They make important inputs to the body of existing knowledge on beach management. A cross-sectional survey design was used as a research design due to the expansive coverage of the study area. The research instruments were mainly questionnaires. The total population of the study comprised of 9,360 fisheries stakeholders who are members of 62 beaches in Mbita District, Kenya. A sample size of 384 was statistically derived from the target population to represent the entire population. Statistical sampling method was used to sample the beaches in the three divisions proportionately according to their percentage weight in terms of population size. Furthermore, a statistical theory sampling technique was used to sample beaches due to large numbers and expansive distribution along the shores of Lake Victoria. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and findings presented in tables. The study found that co-management approach had positively influenced fisheries resource’ conservation in Mbita District; and it established that co-management as strategy is effective in awareness creation in environmental management among the fisheries stakeholders and is key to a safe and healthy environment and active involvement of natural resource users such as the members of Beach Management Units (BMU) in environmental management. .Environmental management and participatory formulation of fisheries laws and regulations had been enhanced at the beaches in the district. The study recommended further study on co-management in other types of natural resource.

Significance of Periodontal Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics in Adjunctive Orthodontic Treatment
Introduction: Coordination and team work between periodontists and orthodontists plays vital role to boost clinical outcomes of mutual therapies concerning interdisciplinary. Furthermore, imprints on orthodontic therapy by reduction in usual treatment time and resisting anchorage loss Methods: Teamwork of orthodontia and periodontia specialties can create imprints to improve periodontal health as a result of orthodontic treatment. However, equal and reciprocal important that maintenance of periodontal health boosts orthodontic treatment success. Hence, it clears that, interdisciplinary approaches of periodontology and orthodontia plays major role in existing treatment alternatives like periodontal accelerated osteogenic orthodontics (PAOO). Results: PAOO technique may defined as modified decortication with bone grafting augmentations to facilitate faster orthodontic treatment outcome than conventional approaches with least trauma to root and underlying and associate structures. This technique utilizes natural bone remodeling process i.e.( transient nature of demineralization-remineralisation process in healthy tissues). Implications of PAOO technique in healthy hard and soft (bone and periodontium) tissue leads to supplementary advantages like reduced orthodontic treatment time, increased bone volume and post-orthodontic stability. Conclusion: Pedestal of existing literature, our aim is to present a comprehensive knowledge and idea of PAOO technique for clinician and readers.
