Modeling of catalyzed activated carbon scrubber and green fuels emission analysis
Over population created sudden rise in energy demand, as a result of which the depletion of fossil fuels has started. In aspect to meet the energy crisis renewable energies in all forms are available in abundance on the earth. Modern era paved a way for the Plant Biomass to satisfy the needs. Major out- come of this project is “Production of Green Energies through Physico-chemical process, biological fermentation process and thermo-chemical process which results in obtaining liquid, gaseous and solid fuel. This project emphasize on the scrubbing of the pollutants like CO2, Soot particles emitted during combustion of fossil fuels and green fuels using the Activated Carbon which is obtained as a by-product of the end process. In this project a scrubber is designed; fabricated and it is filled with the catalyzed activated carbon in different proportions. Carbon adsorbing capacity is tested. The result of the project is plotted as graph and discussed. The efficiency of scrubber over various gas parameters was estimated. This enhances net Carbon emission and Carbon footprint maintenance by waste harvesting and energy conversion process for sustainable future.

Interband absorption coefficients in a strained Zn0.2Cd0.8S/ZnS quantum dot
Interband optical absorption coefficients in a strained Zn0.2Cd0.8S/ZnS quantum dot are discussed theoretically taking into account the internal field induced by the spontaneous and piezoelectric polarizations. The effects of geometrical quantum confinement on the exciton binding energies in ZnxCd1-xS/ZnS quantum dot are investigated for various confinement potentials and thereby the interband optical transition energy associated with the photon is brought out. The effects of quantum confinement on the heavy hole exciton are brought out here. We calculate the oscillator strengths for the heavy hole and light hole excitons and the total nonlinear optical absorption coefficients in a Zn0.2Cd0.8S /ZnS quantum dot with the incident photon energy taking into account the effective mass anisotropy of holes. Our results bring out that the oscillator strength depends on the geometrical confinement, electron and hole wave functions and the interaction between them, and the nonlinear optical absorption coefficient shows larger values for smaller dots.

Real time industrial automation using embedded PLC
Industrial automation is the use of machines, control systems and information technologies to optimize productivity in the production of goods and delivery of services. The correct incentive for applying automation is to increase productivity, and/or quality beyond that possible with current human labor levels so as to realize economies of scale, and/or realize predictable quality levels. In the scope of industrialisation, automation is a step beyond mechanization. Whereas mechanization provides human operators with machinery to assist them with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases the need for human sensory and mental requirements while increasing load capacity, speed, and repeatability. Generally PLC Is used for the task of industrial automation, here we introduce new concept in automation is use of “Embedded PLC”for the industrial automation which overcome all the limitation of conventional PLC. For the purpose of automating some task we use neumerous wired or wireless sensors with Embedded PLC. It provide smooth control over the Industrial Systems. After investigated the conception and features of PLC and embedded system, in this paper the development of low-cost embedded PLC for Industrial Controls & Monitoring. This paper describes the real-time industrial automation using Embedded PLC.

Spectrophotometric methods for the quantitative estimation of paliperidone in formulations
Two simple, sensitive and economical spectrophotometric methods have been developed and validated for the determination of Paliperidone in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The methods were based on the formation of colored complex of Paliperidone with different reagents. The absorbance of the formed color complex is measured at the wavelength of maximum absorbance of the complex against the reagent blank treated similarly. These methods have different linearity ranges observed in the concentration ranges of 8 – 28 and 4 – 14 ?g/mL with correlation coefficients 0.9995 and 0.9998 respectively. Statistical analysis proves that the proposed methods are reproducible and selective for the estimation of Paliperidone in bulk drug and in its tablet dosage form.

Secure storage of data in cloud
Cloud computing provides the way to share distributed resource and services that belong to different organizations. Since cloud computing share distributed resources via network in the open environment thus it makes security problems. All types of users who require the secure transmission or storage of data in any kind of media or network. Since, the data transmissions on the internet or over any networks are vulnerable to the hackers attack. I’m in great need of encrypting the data. I propose a method to build a trusted computing environment for cloud computing system. In this method some important security service including authentication, encryption, decryption and compression are provided in the cloud computing system. Need of this software is divided in to three modules: Encryption, Decryption, and Compression.

The Prevalence of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Hyderabad Sindh
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We have studied 276 cases in Hyderabad to investigate the persistence of TB and potential threat aspects for condensing TB, within which the positive kinfolk’s history of TB proves to be substantial threat factor. Previously diagnosed patients were poorly obedient to anti-TB treatment. This study focuses the exposure of convicts to TB due to the presence of highly transmittable cases. This study sturdily specified the necessity of an effective treatment program in the broad-spectrum community. This study was conducted in medical units 1of Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro. Out of total, 274 patients studied, majority of the patients were from poor, deprived and lower social class. To control this infection early diagnosis of the disease and its treatment under the supervision is very important.
