The relationship between pronunciation anxiety and multiple intelligences
In foreign language learning a negative correlation has been reported between language anxiety and both oral performance (Liu, 2006; Wilson, 2006; Woodrow 2006) and self-perceived levels of speaking ability (Kitano, 2001; MacIntyre, Noels, & Clement, 1997; Piechurska-Kuciel, 2008). In this study, we investigated the relationship between pronunciation anxiety and multiple intelligences. Participants are 40 students who are at Intermediate level. This study was conducted in Khorasan foreign languages institute in Kashmar. Participants were given researcher-made questionnaire on pronunciation anxietyand the Gardner multiple intelligence questionnaire. Then the students were asked to answer the questions. This research uses information from students to explore the relationship between pronunciation anxiety and multiple intelligences. The data from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. The findings showed a significant correlation between pronunciation anxiety and inventory academic success; the other intelligences showed no significant correlation with it.

The relationship between teachers ‘ability and Iranian EFL students ‘motivation
Different characteristics of teachers are perceived as important factors for motivating students to learn. According to Meek (1989), Escalante explained that "a teacher has to possess love and knowledge and then has to use this combined passion to be able to accomplish something" (p. 47). Mckeachie (1999)notes that : interaction , particularly with peers , is an important motivator for many students. In this study, we investigated the relationship between teachers’ ability and students ‘ motivations. Participants are1000 students at Intermediate level. This study was conducted in Khorasan foreign languages institute in Kashmar. Participants were given questionnaires and asked to answer the questions. This research uses information from students to explore the relationship between teachers ‘ability and students ‘motivations. The data from the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. After analyzing the data, it was clear that there is a significant correlation between teachers' ability and students' motivation.

Design and control of grid interfaced voltage source inverter with output LCL filter
This paper presents design and analysis of an LCL-based voltage source converter using for delivering power of a distributed generation source to power utility and local load. LCL filer in output of the converter analytically is designed and its different transfer functions are obtained for assessment on elimination of any probable parallel resonant in power system. The power converter uses a controller system to work on two modes of operation, stand-alone and grid-connected modes, and also has a seamless transfer between these two modes of operation. Furthermore, a fast semiconductor-based protection system is designed for the power converter. Performance of the designed grid interface converter is evaluated by using an 85-kVA industrial setup.

Seismic attenuation (Q) Estimation from VSP Data using Kolsky’s attenuation and dispersion model
P- and S-wave attenuations are studied using vertical and horizontal vibrator sources and zero offset VSP data from the Ross Lake heavy oilfield, Saskatchewan. We find that the S-wave shows a larger amplitude loss and phase change than the P-wave over the same depths. This suggests that we will need to pay attention to attenuation in matching the phase of PP and PS images. A new approach to spectral ratio method has been developed to calculate a robust continuous interval Q factor from zero-offset VSP data. We also establish an estimate quality indicator (QQI) curve to highlight where we can obtain a reasonable Q factor. Poor Q estimates may arise from casing-bond problems, multiple casing areas, or source inconsistencies. Our VSP-derived Qp curve shows an inverse linear relationship with the VSP-derived Vp/Vs curve. Finally, the bulk value of Qp, Vp/Vs and Vp are estimated for three main geological formations in this oilfield.

Problems associated with female genital mutilation and educational performance. A case study of Ethiope east local government area, delta state, Nigeria
Majority of the females in Ethiope East has undergone Female circumcision either while as teenage or at the point of getting married orduring conception. Female circumcision is a practice that needs to be discouraged. This would only be possible through public enlightenment campaigns and sensetisation programs to mother and school students alike. The study focused mainly on the causes of Female Circumcision in the area and the consequences of the practice to the victim and the society at large. The rate of this practice was equally looked at and recommendations were also advanced towards discouraging of this practice. In order to achieve this task, a field survey was carried out with various methods. The use of questionnaires, oral interview, direct observation, and archival methods were used in gathering the data. For convenient purpose, six communities were selected in Ethiope East. The communities are Orhoakpor, Kokori Inland, Okpara Inland, Ovu, Eku and Abraka Inland. The data gathered from the field were presented in tables. The Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient was used for the testing and validity of the data to determine the degree of relationship between the data.

The investigation of the relation between Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Constant Development
Recently, Information and Communications Technology has played an important role in different aspects of human life. In particular, since mid-1990s ICT has increased Total Factor Productivity (TFP) in many countries of the world. ICT through capital deepening has the feature of the so-called knowledge commodity and can increase the factors productivity in the economy [1].The world in 21st Century is a world full of Competition development of markets, appearance and Circulation of superior technology and extension of Commerce. Condition for Success on this area is Profit of opportunities and Pacify of in front of challenges and these necessitate that the process of Social–Economic development with Strategic approach to definition of international new Condition and recognition Changes in Composition and relations procedure of economic, political, global and regional issues and also with an attitude towards the most important subjects and problems of national economy, rout of performance of technological–structural Changes and responsibility to necessities of Constant growing and development, Smooth the economy of Country away. Since the good of development is empower so con stat development is a development which focus on continuance development of peoples request and satisfaction with increasing of quality of human's life. Deny and threaten the ability of next generations for satisfaction of their own needs. Entering to third millennium and facing up to critical phenomena for becoming global and development of information and communication technology and using of these two phenomena have been Caused moving communities towards informational societies and this information technology has become the main motivation of world economy and constant development without reliance on application of ICI almost will be impossible. Mainly industry of information and Communication technology has created more revolution in human's life at new term than mechanics in industrial revolution period and this industry has wonderfully affected both private and social life. In this essay is attempted mean while defining development and Constant development is considered to information and communication technology for achieving constant development with a look at twenty years vision of Iran.

Second Life
This paper discusses Second Life, an interactive platform where college students can take advantage of learning opportunities. My interest in distance education presents Second Life as a very useful platform that could promote education at the university level. Through a very modern internet interactive platform, it has the potential of becoming a very useful avenue where virtually all subjects can be addressed. As an educator, I have found the use of Second Life more positive than negative. Second Life helps the students to explore the world around them using the virtual world, by combining the use of games and other interactive instruments. Virtual worlds are not limited to games, but, depending on the degree of immediacy presented, can encompass computer conferencing and text-based chat rooms. Literature shows that there is an ever-increasing growth of people accessing Second Life for educational advantages.
