Rodent and insectivore population of the Yangambi Biosphere Reserve
This study aims to contribute to the knowledge of Rodents and insectivora population of the Yangambi Biosphere Reserve (YBR). Some aspects have been treated and are related to diversity, reproduction, structure of Rodents and insectivorous populations aforesaid Reserve. Sampling collection place from 22nd to 25th September 2019 using trapping technic trapping in parallel and horizontal lines using Sherman and small Victor traps. For a total of 489 harm-trap, 43 specimens were captured, with a success of captures of 8,79% testifying an abundance of the Rodents and the Insectivora of the YBR. The 35 captured Rodents belong to 5 genera and 5 species (Hybomys lunaris, Hylomyscus stella, Lophuromys luteogaster, Praomys. cf. jacksoni and Stochomys longicaudatus) and 8 Insectivora are regrouped in Crocidura sp. On the whole, the ecological indices of Shannon-Wiener, Simpson and Equitability show that the biodiversity of small mammals is high. The analysis shows that the reproduction of males and females is higher, during the period of study. The average of litters varies according to species (1 to 2 embryos). Finely, some stability was observed in the structure of Rodent and Insectivora’s populations where the sex-ratio was in balance, because the difference was non significantly among males and females individuals and we had observed some stability in population’s structure by the presence of 3 classes who are: the adults (26 individuals), the subadults (2 individuals) and the young (8).

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of process approach to English language writing skills on student performance within selected secondary schools of Kenya. The objectives were to determine the students’ performance in the writing test before and after instruction using the process approach, and to analyze the effect of process approach on students’ performance in the writing test in English language in selected secondary schools in Kenya. The study sample comprised 232 students and 2 English language teachers from the 6 counties. A written task and lesson observation was used to collect data which was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics that included t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Data analysis revealed that process approach to writing skills had a significant effect on students’ performance in the writing test (t = .000, p< 0.05). It was concluded that process approach improved students’ performance in writing skills. Based on these findings it was recommended that teachers of English language should use process approach to improve students writing skills. To cater for this, English language curriculum developers should allocate more time for teaching English language in secondary schools in Kenya.

Onchocerciasis and ocular manifestations in the city of Inga in the Democratic Republic of Congo
Onchocerciasis is the second leading cause of infectious blindness in the world after trachoma. A parasitic disease caused by a nematode specific to humans, Onchocerca volvulus, it is transmitted by the female black fly in places close to fast-flowing streams. This affection is serious by its ocular complications which earned him the name of river blindness. The World Health Organization estimates that 120 million people are exposed to onchocerciasis and about 18 million people are infected, of whom more than 99% live in intertropical Africa. Among them, 350 thousand are blind. The aim of our study is to determine the types of ophthalmological lesions in patients with onchocerciasis in the city of Inga in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our series includes 100 patients, having benefited from a complete clinical examination and an ex-blood biopsy to confirm the onchocerciasis diagnosis. The prevalence in our study is 58%. The average age of our patients was 39.12 ± 15.71 years. We noted a male predominance with a sex ratio of 2.62. People working in fishing are the most affected by onchocerciasis, ie 44.85%. 27 out of 58 patients, ie 46.55%, benefited from mass treatment with Ivermectin. The lifespan of patients in the city of Inga was 24.71 ± 9.5 years. Ocular manifestations were 67.2%. The city of Inga is a known endemic focus for onchocerciasis (Prevalence 58%), ophthalmological manifestations are frequent in the city of Inga (67.2.%, 13.7% of blind people). The treatment of masses with ivermectin remains the only means of preventing the ophthalmological complications of onchocerciasis, hence the importance of good awareness-raising so that the population living in endemic regions participates in the treatment of masses.

Metastatic gastric linitis plastica from breast cancer: A case report
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. In Morocco, it is a real public health issue. It is responsible for lymphatic, bone, pulmonary, hepatic and cerebral metastases; gastrointestinal metastases remain however rare (0.3%) . Gastric linitis plastica is the most frequent form of gastrointestinal metastasis. The diagnosis of gastric linitis plastic is based mainly on endoscopy and histology.Immunohistochemistry plays a fundamental role in differentiating primary from secondary gastric cancer.Therapeutic modalities usually include palliative chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. A 27 years old female patient, admitted to the hospital because of developing progressive distension of the abdomen associated with abdominal pain, asthenia, anorexia and weight loss, she denied having haematemesis or jaundice. On examination, the patient appeared pale, cachectic with significant loss of body fat and muscle but she was haemodynamically stable and afebrile. His abdomen was soft, but tender. No masses or organomegaly were palpated. On percussion, a shifting dullness was observed, which suggested ascites. Normal bowel sounds were present. at chest examination a right breast mass was noted.Initial investigations showed a hypoalbuminemia (14g/l), a low hemoglobin (9 g/dl), CT scan showed diffuse thickening of the gastric wall and a large peritoneal effusion , indurated right-sided breast mass (estimated at 2 cm) was noted on breast radiological investigations. This examination was followed by upper endoscopy, which showed thickened, erythematous and rigid gastric mucosa extending from the gastric fundus to the distal body with poor distensibility. Pathologic evaluation of breast mass biopsy revealed infiltrating ductal carcinoma that tests positive for the human epithelial growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) on immunohistochemical studies. Gastric biopsies showed an adenocarcinoma with the presence of signet ring cell type . Immunohistochemistry excluded gastrointestinal origin. There was a strong immunoreactivity for estrogen and progesterone receptors, cytokeratin (CK7) and HER2. Histological exam concluded for metastatic breast cancer with gastric linitis plastica. After Multidisciplinary team meeting, it was decided to combine chemotherapy with hormone therapy. The patient died before the treatment was started.

Victimology in sexual harassment: Case of clothing of students in university areas of the city of kindu
It's normal. Human beings are social and interact with others. In addition, clothes have a lot of impact on the person who wears them and they can reveal a lot of things through the way they dress. But we may think less often of the good Lord, of the fact that our soul does not go without our soul. We also sometimes forget that our little comforts or our personal desires should not come before charity towards others or even the respect we owe ourselves, as creatures of God. Unfortunately, today's society emphasizes the false, ugly and indecent more than the true, the beautiful and the good, and this is what makes it difficult for many women to dress in a fashionable way. Really feminine and modest. Because the youth of tomorrow needs a model, a model to follow and imitate for the future and good functioning of our society.

Exploration of the Dynamics of Healthcare Performance Management in Sub-Saharan Africa
In a professional human resource context, management practices refer to the employment acquisition and retention policies and strategies, implemented by organizations to improve organizational effectiveness and thereby improve institutional performance and quality. The limited studies on healthcare management practices in developing countries led to undertaking this study. The aim of this qualitative descriptive study was to explore management practices that influence the employee output in terms of health worker performance, specific to the quality-of-care within the Dakar-Senegal region. The theory of performance was served as a theoretical lens. Two research questions principally guided this study: 1) how do healthcare workers describe management practices that affect healthcare worker performance in Senegal? 2) how do healthcare workers describe management practices that affect the quality-of-care in Senegal? The focus of this study was on clinicians in various healthcare organizations in the region. The research for this study included one-on-one interviews and a focus group. The frequency of repeated words or phrases from the primary qualitative data were used to categorize data into themes. The major themes that emerged from the data analysis were (a) willingness to communicate within the organization and work as a team in the workplace, (b) expanding the knowledge and training skills for positive organizational operations (c) restoring an effective organizational structure in promoting learning/growth, increase efficiency, quality, flexibility, and performance, (d)productivity, and organizational commitment are based on the leadership, (e) transparency and leadership must be maintained for effectiveness, and (f) lack of trust tends in reducing workers' capacity and creating discomfort. These themes clarified how management practices may influence healthcare worker performance and quality.
