The study of the relation between organizational justice and knowledge management
The main aim of this study is analysis of relationship between organizational justice and knowledge management. This analysis is based on descriptive analysis and from survey branch. Information gathering means is questionnaire, and in order to organizational justice analysis Chester and Ted (2007) 20 scores questionnaire is used and for knowledge management evaluation is the 21 questions questionnaire of Proset et al. For determining acquired data Kolmogorov -Simonov test is used and results confirm data normality. Used test in this analysis are correlation spearman test, line regression test, T-test and Friedman test and with using related test confirmed research propositions; results shows that in the aim community with improving organizational justice and knowledge management in staffs is increased too, line-regression results between organizational justice and knowledge management shows that between inter organizational justice as a independent variable and knowledge management there is linearity relationship.

Innovation and Challenges in Indian Banking
Indian banking system touches the lives of millions and has to be inspired by larger social purpose and has sub-verse national priorities. Technology has been playing a crucial role in the tremendous improvement of banking services and operations. The specific objectives of this research are to study the bank marketing mix strategies, current challenges and to identify and analyse service innovation initiatives in selected banks. The study is a conceptual one based on survey of literature. Two models of innovation 4P’s of Innovation model by Bessant and Tidd (2007) and Six Dimensional Service Innovation Model by Pim den Hertog et al., (2010) were used in the study. It is observed that banks in India are moving towards sustainability through social banking and innovative service operations and offerings. It is found that both types of banks have embraced service innovation as a part of their future banking strategy and are moving continuously towards customer-centric and service-centric banks. Indian banking industry has moved way ahead both in terms of offering value added services and delivering quality service. The most pertinent challenge is the very presence of large number of un-remunerative branches, low productivity, overstaff and the archaic methods of operations. All these factors have affected the productivity and profitability of the bank concerned.

Prevalence of Dengue in Dehradun City, Uttarakhand
Mosquito-borne disease, especially malaria and Dengue fever causes serious public health problems in district Dehradun, one of the most populous district of Uttarakhand states after Haridwar. Aedes aegypti mosquitoes act as the major vector of Dengue fever in this city. The present study on prevalence of dengue in Dehradun city was undertaken between January 2012 and December 2012 to assess the distribution pattern of dengue vectors and their seasonal variations. Indoor resting mosquitoes were collected from four selected localities by aspirator and torch light in morning hours (06:00-08:00hr). A total of 971 houses were searched during house to house larval and adult survey. Aedes breeding could be detected in 226 houses. In all, a total of 684 domestic water containers were searched, out of which 93 were found positive. The overall house index (HI), container index (CI), Breteau index (BI) and pupal index (PI) were 23.27%, 13.60%, 9.58% and 5.87% respectively. The study revealed that Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus are well established in Dehradun city with most of the areas showing high adult and larval indices.

Estimation of some metal and quality profile of Cocoa beans in Ghana
Toxic heavy metal monitoring in the environment and food is a key requirement for protection against the hazards of metal toxicity. The concentrations of heavy metals (Mercury, Copper and Cadmium) and other elements (Vanadium, Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium and Chloride) in cocoa beans from 73 district representing six of the seven cocoa regions for the 2011/2012 light crop year were analyzed using Neutron Activation procedures to look at the distribution of metals, especially heavy metals in the beans meant for export. Certain basic quality parameters such as pH, moisture and percentage fat content were also measured. Analysis of cocoa beans yielded the following results; Calcium (Ca; 2155 -5863, average 3443.20 mg kg?¹) showed the highest concentration, followed by Magnesium (Mg; 2147 to 4601 mg kg?¹, average 3227.02 mg kg?¹) and Aluminium (Al; 32.86 -147.40, average 54.32 mg kg?¹). Manganese (Mn) was also found to range between 19.66 -50.01; average 35.40 mg kg?¹. Vanadium and chloride were on the average 0.20 and 82.37 mg kg?¹ respectively. Amongst the heavy metals analysed, Cadmium (Cd) was in the range of <0.01 and 48.30 µg kg?¹, well below the proposed MRL of 0.6 mg Kg?¹ whereas mercury was below 0.01µg kg?¹, the detection limit of the NAA method used. Copper (Cu) was in the range of 10.04–26.76 mg kg?¹ in the beans analysed. Fat content of the beans were higher than 52.63% with a pH range of 4.52-5.58, typical of Ghana’s cocoa. The results showed that heavy metal concentrations in the beans are generally low with accompanying high quality indicators. Although levels of these heavy metals are very low, a potential danger may emerge in the future depending on the management of soil pollution since soil-to-plant transfer of heavy metals is a major pathway to product pollution.

In this study, two stages of random sampling technique were used. Stratified random sampling technique and Simple random sampling technique was used to select the employees of selected companies. Creeping flow past a porous sphere with solid pore embedded in porous medium
The solution of the problem of slow flow of an incompressible viscous fluid past a porous sphere with solid pore embedded in another porous medium is investigated. The Brinkman equation for the flow inside and outside the porous sphere in their stream function formulation is used. Explicit expressions are investigated for stream function, shear stress and normal stress for inside and outside region. The drag force experienced by a porous sphere with solid pore embedded in a porous medium is also evaluated.

Payoff in Oligopoly Markets’ A Mathematical Model
Game Theory may be applied in situations in which a Decision Maker (DM) must take into account the reasoning of other Decision Makers. It has proved to be an enormously fruitful approach to the analysis of a wide range of problems. Any situation in which rivals make strategic choices, to which competitors will respond, can be assessed using game theory analysis. An Oligopoly is a market dominated by a few large suppliers. The degree of market concentration is very high (i.e. a large % of the market is taken up by the leading firms). Firms within an oligopoly produce branded products (advertising and marketing is an important feature of competition within such markets) and there are also barriers to entry. Another important characteristic of an oligopoly is interdependence between firms. This means that each firm must take into account the likely reactions of other firms in the market when making pricing and investment decisions. This creates uncertainty in such markets - which we seek to model through the use of game theory. The purpose of this paper is to develop a purely mathematical approach to determine a Payoff for oligopoly market. The model developed allows the researcher to derive Payoff Matrix in an oligopoly market using only assumption about each firm.

Formulation of an Ideal Technical Solution for E-Waste Reverse Engineering for 2050 to Sustain Environmental Safety
Research and development in electronics and its allied subjects have changed life styles of modern society. Though modern man has got many physical and mental comforts from exponential revolution in consumer electronics products, they did bring in some hazardous side effects on environment and human health. Disposal of E-waste has become a major problem across the world and is growing at alarming proportions. The accumulation of e-waste causing biggest harm to environment is the dumping of hazardous materials. The main aim of this theoretical concept research paper is to study, analyse, discuss existing E-waste recycling methodologies and conceptualise and formulate an ideal permanent technical solution for E-waste hazards faced by all nations across the world. Future projections of ever increasing E-waste for India, China, Europe, USA and the world for 2050 are included in this paper. In this paper a known novel recycling technical solution is re-invented through which 100% E-waste is processed to extract each and every material used in the fabrication process. An attempt is made to present and discuss an ideal technical solution which will give rise to discarding of E-waste into environment is either nil or minimal. At the same time it is expected to result in employment generation with marginal profits and surely acceptable to all players of consumer electronics industry. Implications of implementation of proposed ideal technical solution, commercial and societical are also included here.

Solving Problems of Computer Networks' Planning Using Elastic Networks Method (Part I)
This part of research focuses on analysis and evaluation for synthesis problem of a computer network heterogeneous structure. Where the core of the network has a ring topology, the network lower level-topology tree, and this paper composed of two interrelated parts. Firstly, this part of presented herein addresses one of problems concerned with planning of computer networks with heterogeneous structure associated with cost effectiveness. However, the second part presents other side of the computer networks' structure problem associated with optimality of network size. Specifically, at this first partfocusing attention on the cost effectiveness problem of networks' structural features using modified elastic net method. Itadopted modified method applied for reaching shortest path topology of computer network backbone structure via computing method of weight coefficient values. That solution characterized by introducing additional Synthesized weight coefficients' values taking into account the amount of internal network nodes' demands/ traffic. Interestingly, obtained solution esults after simulated experiments proved to take the advantage of better cost effectiveness(lower cost) of designed network structure , rather than other well known applicable solutions to date.
