Selection of Canal Alignment and Fixing the Canal Cross-Section by Using GIS Techniques and BIM Tools
GIS assist in specific planning and decision making processes in irrigation through the input, spatial analysis & output of relevant information. The real strength of GIS is its ability to integrate information. This integration power makes the scope of GIS almost infinite. The unique integration capability of GIS allows disparate data sets to be brought together to create a complete picture of a situation. GIS technology illustrates relationships, patterns & connections that are not necessarily obvious in any one data set but are amazingly apparent once the data set are integrated. The GIS based systems helps in selection & fixing of the various canal alignments in a command area. Building Information Modeling(BIM) tools is an intelligent model based process which is very helpful for planning & designing purpose. The cross-section of the canal has been fixed along the final selected alignment by using BIM tools. The aim of this study is to present the applications of GIS techniques along with BIM tools for fixing of the canal alignment and also designing a canal cross-section in Somnala Minor Irrigation Scheme of Gosikhurd Indira Sagar Project.

Organizational Entrepreneurship: Concepts, Theory and Perspective
Research on entrepreneurship has always been a controversial topic in economic theorizing. The significance of entrepreneurship is emphasized by almost all authors working on innovation economics, nevertheless, most of the research work comes to an end at a purely appreciative level. Today, and social systems are encountered to complex and obscure challenges. Fast environmental changes also cause the future social systems, especially the organization, unpredictable. In addition, the competitive field intensification, the product's life-cycle decrease and the social expects increase, makes these systems more complicated and obscured. In order to survive and continue the life, the organizations and companies have to make entrepreneurship and creativity in respond to the challenges. This could be gained just by organizational entrepreneurship, as a stimulus motor for the organization and the country improvement by the means of organizational entrepreneurs as the main core of entrepreneurship in organizations. The basic factor of organizational entrepreneurship is to determine the opportunities and take advantage from them. Although, today, entrepreneurship is known as a commercial and economical issue, it is still used to gain the opportunities. Regarding to organizational entrepreneurship literature and organizational entrepreneurship evolutions and presenting the organizational entrepreneurship and at last the entrepreneurship encouraging methods in organization and providing the proper bed in this regard, this paper tries to facilitate gaining the economic value.

A study into the effects of cultural factors on consumer’s behavior in the information and communication technology industry (Case study of mobile phone)
Looking at markets at global level, every country has its own norms, traditions, and habits. If we look at market at nation level, every market is different from other market in that it has its own norms, traditions and habits which influence individuals’ purchase behavior in a given market. If selling company fails to undertake a thorough investigation into how buyers think about their target market and how buying behavior should be and how to use company’s products, they will encounter astonishing situation in which they have to pay huge costs. The present applied research concerns Management and Economy students of Islamic Azad University (Science and Research Branch). The sampling method of the study is a stratified random method. For variable measurements, a questionnaire was used; the reliability of the questionnaire was measured by Cronbach’s alpha, the amount of which was obtained 93 percent, indicating an acceptable reliability. For field operation part, a number of 246 questionnaires were completed. Non-parametric methods were also used for data analysis, and then the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured and confirmed. In this regard, the value of Cronbach’s alpha was obtained 93 percent, which indicates an acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. For inferential and testing hypothesis part, we used Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Spearman, structural equation modelling and Friedman. The results of hypothesis test led to the rejection of a number of hypotheses and significance of the relationship between variables. In the end, using structural equation modelling, researcher’s proposed model was fitted.

Status of Cooperative Learning Implementation and Its Challenges in Secondary Schools of Harari Regional State, Ethiopia
The main purpose of this study was to assess the current status of cooperative learning implementation in secondary schools of Harari regional state. Hence, it examined the extent to which stakeholders: mainly teachers, students and school leaders perform their roles with regard to the implementation of cooperative learning. In addition to this, it tried to look at factors affecting the implementation of cooperative learning. To accomplish this purpose, the study employed descriptive survey research design. The study was carried out on 4 secondary schools which were selected through stratified random sampling techniques. Then, a total of 277 individuals were participated in the study. Among them, 70 teachers and 200 students were included in the sample through stratified random sampling technique. Additionally, 4 principals were included through purposive sampling while 3 supervisors were included through available sampling techniques. Questionnaire, semi-structured interview, document analysis and observation checklist were used to collect the necessary data. The analysis of quantitative data was carried out by using percent, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regressions while qualitative data which was obtained through open ended questions, interview, document analysis and observation checklist were analyzed using narration. The result of the study revealed that, the three responsible stakeholders: Namely, students, teachers and principals are sometimes (moderately) performing their roles. Regarding factors affecting the implementation of cooperative learning, the study indicated that, student related, teacher related, classroom related, and support related factors have their own effect on the status of implementing cooperative learning. Besides, the result of multiple regressions showed that, classroom related, student related and support related factors are significant determinants of the overall status of cooperative learning implementation while teacher related factors do not have significant effect on status of cooperative learning implementation. From the results of the finding, it is possible to conclude that, the status of cooperative learning in the study area is moderate due to the indicated factors affecting its implementation. Therefore, it is recommended that, the government in cooperation with universities located in the study area and non-governmental organizations that work to support quality of education need to provide technical support to teachers and school leaders on how to organize students at the time of practicing cooperative learning and managing the practice of cooperative learning in general through the provision of training opportunities. In addition to this, it is better if school leaders in collaboration with teachers work on raising the awareness of students towards the implementation of cooperative learning.

Scaled Quantum Chemical Calculations and FT-IR, FT-Raman Spectra, Thermo Dynamical Behavior, HOMO-LUMO and Electrostatic Potential Surface Analyses on N,N-Dimethyl-M-Anisidine
In this work, the experimental and theoretical vibrational spectra of N,N-dimethyl-m-anisidine (NNDMA, C9H13NO) (3-methoxy-N,N-dimethylaniline) were studied FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of NNDMA in the liquid phase have been recorded in the region 4000–400 cm?1 and 3500–50 cm?1, respectively. The structural and spectroscopic data of the molecule in the ground state have been calculated by using density functional method (B3LYP) with the 6-31G and 6-311++G(d) basis sets. The complete assignments were performed on the basis of the potential energy distribution (PED) of the vibrational modes, calculated with scaled quantum mechanics (SQM) method. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies show that charge transfer occur in the molecule. Besides, molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) and thermodynamic properties were performed. The other molecular properties like Mulliken population analysis and polarizabilities of NNDMA were reported.
