This study is quasi-experimental, and the preliminary and final test design (pre-test and post-test), with two experimental and control groups with 24 people. Data, enjoying Spss22, and dependent t-test, were analyzed. Results indicate that all the research hypotheses were confirmed, and the results dependent t-test to check the exercises common of taekwondo and plyometric, water and land-based aerobic capacity Taekwondo, agility Taekwondo, the speed of the Taekwondo, and be anaerobic Taekwondo, respectively, significantly, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000 and 0.001, impacted, and all the means of the experimental group, in all the research hypotheses, more than the control group, and this suggests that the effect of the exercises common taekwondo and plyometric, on land and water, the is all dependent variables.

Estimation of Aquifer Hydraulic Properties and Protective Capacity of Overburden units From Geoelectrical Sounding: Case of Groundwater Aquifers, Nkanu-West LGA, Enugu, Nigeria
Estimation of Aquifer Hydraulic properties and protective capacity of overburden units in groundwater aquifers of Nkanu-West local government area, Enugu state has been carried out. The project area lies within latitude 060 25I 00IIN to 060 38I 00IIN and longitudes 0070 13I 00IIE to 0070 24I 00IIE with an area extent of about 489.4sqkm, over two main geological formations. A total of seventy-eight Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) were acquired within the study area, employing the Schlumberger configuration. Resistivity and thickness of aquiferous layers were obtained from the interpreted VES data, using the INTERPEX resistivity software. The resistivity and depth to aquiferous layer varied from 50 to 1250?m and 40 to 180m respectively across the study area. Knowing resistivity and thickness, it was possible to compute transverse resistance and the longitudinal conductance. Using the relationship between transverse resistance and transmissivity, it was possible to estimate the aquifer hydraulics (transmissivity and the hydraulic conductivity) and the protective capacity of overburden units from VES data. Transmissivity ranges from 15m2/day to 140m2/day while hydraulic conductivity ranges from 0.5m/day to 8.0m/day. Based on transmissivity classifications, the study area is rated low to moderate groundwater potentials. The longitudinal conductance (ranging from 0.01?-1 to 20?-1) of the area enabled the protective capacity of the aquifer to be classified as moderate to good. Contour variation maps of apparent resistivity, overburden depth, transverse resistance, longitudinal conductance, aquifer transmissivity and hydraulic conductivity were constructed. The various constructed contour maps, the estimated aquifer hydraulics and overburden protective capacity, will serve as a useful guide for groundwater exploration and development in the study area.

Structural and optical properties of nanocrystalline pbs thin films prepared by chemical bath deposition method.
Nanocrystalline PbS thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) method by varying synthesis temperatures. The influence of the synthesis temperature on the structure and optical properties of PbS nanostructures were investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the PbS nanostructures correspond to the various planes of a single phase cubic PbS. It was observed that the decrease in the synthesis temperature resulted into extra diffraction peaks which may be due to the presence of the impurity phases. The morphological properties of the films are observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization. UV-Visible spectroscopy is done to measure the absorption and transparent properties of all the prepared systems. The optical band gap of all the prepared systems is also calculated and correlated with the structural properties.

The wrong determination of objectives in teaching
The following paper gives us a meaningful example of how in many cases the teacher sets the task to realize the objectives of the wrong and impossibles with students. So it shows how as is achieve in incorrect definition of determination of objectives without achieved basic purpose of the text on the teaching theme in question. Based in this it is achieved to give suggestions on how to analyze the scientific material given to us in the text of the Knowledge of Nature of the elementary school in order to define the objectives required on request of the process of the stable assimilation of the teaching material by the students. For this , on the basis of many teaching experiments and concrete didactic treatments in this field with students and teachers, the article argues on how , in this direction, we constantly encounter incorrect determinations which leads in a non-well treated teaching process. This article indicates that, rather than identifying the essence of the thing, they focus on some completely different findings that cant be reached not only by the students but also from the best specialists of the actual field worldwide. This paper shows how much concetrated and logical must be the teachers while compiling the teaching-plan of their classes in order to make the lesson easier for the students and not to face , either them or themselves, off with “ the impossible”.

Health Implication of Adequate Meal for Under 5 Children and Sustainable Human Resource Development in Orashi Region of Rivers State, Nigeria
The study investigated the health implication of adequate meal for under 5 children and sustainable human resource development in Orashi region of Rivers State, Nigeria. The study adopted the descriptive survey design for a population of under 5 children and teachers/minders across private Nursery schools in the study area. Multistage stratified random sampling technique (in five phases) was used in the selection of 240 under 5 children, 72teachers/minders from 24 randomly selected Private Nursery schools and 72 Nutritionists from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Port Harcourt. Three instruments via “Children Adequate Meal Checklist” (CAMC) administered to under 5 children aided by their teachers/minders, “Sustainable Human Resource Development Inventory” (SHRDI) administered to teachers/minders and “Nutritionists Adequate Meal Inventory” (NAMI) administered to Nutritionists were validated by 2 Home Economics experts, with the reliability coefficients of .571, .856 and .684 for the CAMC, SHRDI and NAMI instruments respectively were used. Datacollected was analyzed using frequency count, simple percentage, mean and standard deviation to answer research questions 1, 3, 4 and 6 and multiple linear regression analysis to answer research questions 2 and 5 at 0.05 level of significance. The study revealed that appropriate feeding pattern with food like: apples, cakes, eggs, milk, vegetables, bread and margarine, rice and tomato sauce, etc. filled with essential nutrients such as calcium, minerals, vitamins, protein, iron, water, fats and oil, and carbohydrates have traits that could lead to thesustainable human resource development of the under 5 children in Orashi region of Rivers State Nigeria. The study recommended amongst others that parents should provide their children with foods rich in calcium, minerals, vitamins, protein, iron, water, fats and oil, and carbohydrates rich foods that aid proper digestion, absorption and utilization, and commensurate growth, productivity and human development.

The Oil Industry and Urbanization in the Niger Delta: Rivers State Experience from 1967-2015
The paper examines the role of Oil Industry in the growth of urbanization in Rivers State. Concentration of oil industry in the Niger Delta with emphasis on Rivers State is as a result of its natural endowment in Oil and gas which leads to the influx of people into the area. Modernization theory as applied in the work explains the linkage between urbanization and oil industry. Despite the adverse effects of oil industry, the paper argues that its influence creates wealth through employment opportunities. Through urbanization, there is increase in crime rate, high cost of living, poor living condition, high unemployment rate and neglect of the traditional economy. To achieve the desired result in this work, primary and secondary sources were adopted. In view of the problems associated with oil industry and urbanization, the paper recommends that forty percent (40%) of the work force should come from the host communities. To decongest Port Harcourt city and its environs, the government and the management of oil industry operating in the state should endeavour to develop satellite towns in the local government areas. There should also be an enabling law to control high cost of living ravaging the state.

Bio-Degradation of Crystal Violet Dye Using Bacillus Pumilus and Micrococcus lylae
World population growth and increasing needs to various industries have led to the accumulation of a wide variety of contaminants in the environment and natural resources. Synthetic dyes have been widely used in many industries. The contamination of receiving water bodies by heavy metals constitutes a major environmental concern as these contaminants are extremely toxic, recalcitrant, and exhibit a tendency to bioaccumulate. Although heavy metals can be removed from industrial wastewater by a range of physicochemical treatment technologies such as precipitation, ion exchange, adsorption, electrochemical processes, and membrane processes; however, regulatory standards are not always sufficient. As an alternative, biological treatments are a relatively inexpensive way to remove dyes from wastewater. These methods have the advantage over such as low operating cost, minimization of the concentration of pollutant and high efficiency in detoxifying very dilute effluents. In this paper, two types of bacteria were tested in the removal of crystal violet dye from textile effluent. Complete physico-chemical characterizations of the effluent have been measured. Bio-Log identification indicated that the two bacterial isolates are Bacillus Pumilus and Micrococcus lylae. Removal efficiency was 89.47 % and 88.4% respectively. Complete characterizations of such type of bacteria have been tested.

The Effect of Test Task Types on Reading Performance Of Iranian EFL Learners
Test-task characteristics have been considered as an important factor affecting the test takers’ performance on a test (Bachman, 1990, p. 156). Response format is one part of test-task characteristics that affects the performance of test takers. This study investigates whether the kind of response format would affect the performance of test takers. For this reason two test methods - - multiple-choice and free-response - - have been compared. The tests, together with a checklist of test taking strategies were administered to forty undergraduate English students of Rasht Azad University. The analysis showed that two tests with identical content but different formats did not yield measures of the same trait. In addition, the discrimination indices showed that two reading tests could discriminate students differently. This was more investigated by analyzing data obtained from the checklists of test taking strategies.
