A study of human hip joint problems during manual material handling using soft computing systems
Importance of ergonomics study in manual materials handling rises from the prospective risks human workplace accidents and injuries. Specifically lifting the materials from one place to other, diverse activities such as pushing, pulling, lowering, and holding, turning and carrying of weights. A risk to many humans are considered to be the prime cause of hip pain, joint impairments, stress and strains, sprains, dislocation of the lumbar spine disc, hip bone fracture, joint inflammation, tear of muscle tissue, contusion, and nerves problem due to often leading activity limitation and workplace accidents. This types of activities leads to increased worker reimbursement and loss of productive man hours. About one third of all jobs in engineering, production and business involve human in Manual Material Handling work. A finite elements model analyze the stresses in human hip joints using Image processing techniques, soft computing like MAT Lab and ANSYS. The more effort is to be taken for data collection and also during finite element modeling. A biomechanical model proposes the development and optimizing the lifting posture for minimum effort. This model is used to predict the lifting capabilities of each and every individuals. Future study can be extended for loading of the muscles strength in human.

Performance of Stock Markets in the last three decades and its analysis
Stock market refers to the market where companies stocks are traded with both listed and unlisted securities. Indian stock market is also called Indian equity market. Indian equity market was not organized before independence due to the agricultural conditions, undeveloped industries and hampering by foreign business enterprises. It is one of the oldest markets in India and started in 18th century when east India Company started trading in loan securities. During post independence the capital market became more organized and RBI was nationalized. As we analyze the performance of stock markets in the last three decades, it comes near enough to a perfectly aggressive marketplace permitting the forces of demand and delivers an inexpensive degree of freedom to perform in comparison to other markets in particular the commodity markets. list of reforms undertaken seeing the early nineteen nineties include control over problem of capital, status quo of regulator, screen primarily based buying and selling and threat management. Latest projects include the t+2 rolling settlement and the NSDL was given the obligation to assemble and preserve an important registry of securities marketplace participants and experts. stock exchanges facilitates the purchase and sell of shares, debenture and financial securities . There are 19 stock exchanges all over India. all the matters and activities which effect the stock exchanges are controlled , directed and supervised by the governing body. Brokers are the most important intermediary in stock market. Stock market of India is governed by Securities contract regulation act 1986, SEBI act 1992 and depository system 1996. Commodities are a Bodily or digital market place for buying and selling and trading. They are of two types - tough and soft commodities, they are of two types - tough and soft commodities. The deposit structure, market share, BSE statistics and net worth requirements are expressed by various pie-charts and bar graphs.

Right atrial mass mimicking atrial myxoma revealed by heart failure
Right atrial myxoma is a rare disease and its clinical presentation is not specific. The usual mode of revelation is heart failure. The differential diagnosis of myxoma can be a thrombus, especially in case of atrial fibrillation. Trans-thoracic echocardiography allows diagnosis. Treatment by surgical excision should be done quickly to avoid complications. We present a case of a 44-year-old woman who was admitted to intensive care unit for heart failure. The echocardiography and Computed tomography (CT) showed a right atrial mass mimicking atrial myxoma. She died a few days later.

Petrophysical Evaluation of Etu Field Coastal Swamp I Depobelt Niger Delta, Nigeria
Etu field is located along the proximal margin of the Coastal Swamp I depobelt, a subbasin within the Niger Delta clastic wedge formed by margin collapse into underlying undercompacted shale. A Petrophysical framework evaluation for Etu field was constructed by combining data from Seven (7) Well Logs within hundreds of meters thick, define layers of reservoirs and sealing strata formed during episodic progradational and retrogradation of deltaic shorelines. The quality of the reservoirs are moderate to good and in some distal reservoirs, they are excellent. The average porosity values are approximately the same, but have variation in permeability which could be as a result of compaction of older reservoirs on the proximal part of the field. A total of thirty seven (37) reservoirs between 3000-4500 (m) were demonstrated. Sixteen (16) of the reservoirs are oil bearing, Six (6) are gas bearing while Fourteen (14) are water saturated

Assessments of the Relationship between growth, phonological and Yield Attributes of Two Sorghum Cultivars (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) and Plant Population at Gash Delta , Eastern Sudan
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of varying plant population of two sorghum cultivars on growth and yield at three sites(Degain,Tendeli 8 and Tendeli 12) within the Gash delta Eastern Sudan , during 2014/15 and 2016/17) seasons. The RCBD design used for split-split plot trail. The treatments include two cultivars (Tabat andAklamoi) and three planting densities spacing within the row of 30, 45 and 60 cm between holes. Correlation analysis technique has been used for finding association between agronomic characters in the three sites. Generally the mean number of tillers, phonology, seeds/panicle, panicle length and 100-seed weight had positive strong significant correlation with plant height, and phonological attributes but they had moderate positive correlation with LAI, panicles/m2 and grain yield/ha. 100-Seed weight and panicle length were positively correlated with all characters except stem diameter, panicles/m2 and grain yield/ha. Likewise, LAI and number of tillers had significant and positive correlation with all characters. Grain yield per hectare was positively and significantly correlated with most of the studied traits. Results of analysis revealed significant and positive correlation among the variables and showed that these variables could play a vital role in increasing yield of sorghum hybrid.

Optical and microphysical analysis of aerosols in Sahelian Zone: Case of the Ouagadougou City in Burkina Faso
This paper analyzes aerosols in the Sahelian zone, particularly in Burkina Faso, based on in situ measurements of the AERONET network made from 1999 to 2006. Indeed, we characterize aerosols by studying their optical and microphysical parameters measured on the site of Ouagadougou (12.2° N, 1.4° W). Thus, several types of days were defined based on the daily averages of optical thicknesses observed. Therefore, cases of days with AOT values > 1 and possibly beyond 2.5 or 3 are associated with desert dust occurrences confirmed by the Angstrom coefficient(?440-870 < 0.5) and the single scattering albedo (SSA> 0.9) observed mainly in Winter (DJF) and then in Spring (MAM). These huge falls of mineral dust are due to the proximity of this zone with the Sahel, Burkina Faso being particularly located in the Sahel, as clearly shown by the back-trajectories of the air masses drawn at 300 m, 1.000 m and 3.000 m of altitude. These wind trajectories reveal the presence of desert aerosols in all periods, with an influence in Summer due to distant transport at high altitude, nearly 3.000 m, in thin dust, whereas in Winter and in Spring, dust is generated by low-level winds from the North and Northeast. However, mixed days corresponding to AOT values ? 0.5 and ?440-870 ? 0.5 are dominated by more scattering fine desert particles mixed with too much thin combustion aerosols. The combustion particles are due to transports from the Southern part of the country to the Gulf of Guinea, mainly in Winter, Spring and Autumn.

Prevalence and antibiogram of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in a tertiary care hospital in Central Nepal.
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the major causes of nosocomial infections worldwide and is responsible for significant morbidity and mortality of the patients. It is usually resistant to many antibiotics and therefore diseases caused by MRSA are more difficult and expensive to treat than methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). The aim of this present study was to determine the prevalence of MRSA infections and their antimicrobial susceptibility pattern in our hospital located in Central Nepal. Clinical specimens received from October 2016 to March 2017 in Bacteriology Laboratory of Microbiology, College of Medical Sciences-Teaching Hospital. The specimens were processed and identified by standard laboratory procedures. The antibiotic susceptibility testing of all included staphylococcal strains was performed by modified Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method. During this study period, a total of 173 isolates of S. aureus were studied and 75 (43.35%) were found to be Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA). In our study maximum percentage of S. aureus (49.13%) and MRSA isolation (49.33%) were from pus and wound swab. The majority of the samples were obtained from surgery (53.19%) and ICU (19.15%). In the study penicillin, oxacillin resistance was observed to be 100%, 43.35% respectively against the organism. About 50–55% of MRSA were resistant to erythromycin, gentamicin and ciprofloxacillin while less than 30% were resistant to levofloxacillin. However, this present study also indicates the emergence of Vancomycin Resistant S. aureus (VRSA)-9.25%. To reduce the prevalence of MRSA and its spread to community as well, the regular surveillance of hospital-associated infections, isolation of patients who carry MRSA, monitoring of antimicrobial susceptibility pattern and formulation of a definite antibiotic policy may be helpful.

The assessment practices of SHS mathematics teachers in two districts in the central region of Ghana
The purpose of this study is to find out whether Senior High school teachers integrate assessment in the teaching and learning of Mathematics. Acquisition of Scientific and Mathematical knowledge is based on effective use of assessing students’ learning outcome. Therefore, there simply cannot be any meaningful learning of mathematics without using assessment. In this study Assessment Practices means what teachers use assessment to do in the teaching learning of Mathematics. A sample of 160 teachers in two districts in the Central Region were used. This comprised of 92 Beginning and 68 Experienced teachers. Questionnaire was the main research instruments used in this study. The questionnaire was administered to 160 mathematics teachers in the two districts in the Central Region of Ghana. The design used in this study is a cross-sectional survey. Data collected from the respondents were analysed using frequencies, percentages means and standard deviations. It was found out that majority (136 out of 160) of the Senior High School mathematics teachers do not frequently integrate assessment in the teaching and learning of mathematics. They rather see assessment as an added on activity which mainly comes at the end of the teaching learning process. Based on the findings, it was recommended that Senior High School mathematics teachers be equipped to carry out assessment practices that will enhance students learning in mathematics.
