Effect of methanol and ethanol extracts of Raphia vinifera fruit mesocarp on the hematological parameters of wistar albino rats.
Hematology refers to the study of the numbers and morphology of the cellular elements of the blood; its studies are useful in the diagnosis of many diseases as well as investigation of the extent of damage to blood. Raphia vinifera have been employed in the management and treatment of various ailments. This study aimed at determining the effect of methanol and ethanol extracts of Raphia vinifera fruit mesocarp on the hematological parameters of wistar albino rats. Twenty one (21) healthy male wistar rats (166-274g) were randomly assigned into three groups (n=3) thus: control, methanol and ethanol groups with 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg and 1000mg/kg dosages. Both methanol and ethanol groups were treated with daily oral administration of 0.1ml of the extracts for 14 days. Blood samples were collected from each animal through cardiac puncture for hematological analysis. In red blood cell indices, the mean values of RBC, HGB, HCT, RDW-CV and RDW-SD of both methanol and ethanol extracts shows higher values than the control. Meanwhile, MCV, MCH and MCHC of the ethanol extract increased when compared to control. White blood cell indices result shows higher values of GRA in methanol and ethanol extracts compared to the control, and WBC, LYM and MON shows increase in 1000mg/kg of ethanol extracts compared to control. In platelet indices, there was an increase in methanol and ethanol extracts of the plant comparing with the control on PLT count, PCT, PDW. Also, MPV and P-LCR exhibited higher counts of 100mg/kg ethanol extract. In conclusion, methanol and ethanol extracts of Raphia vinifera fruit mesocarp shows increased in red blood cell and platelet indices counts while ethanol extract shows increased in white blood cell indices counts compared to the control. In methanol extracts 50mg/kg dose exhibited better count than other doses, while ethanol extracts, 50mg/kg exhibited better counts in RBC indices, 1000mg/kg in WBC and 100mg/kg in platelet indices. In comparison, ethanol extract exhibited better counts than methanol extract. We therefore recommend that R. vinifera fruit mesocarp should be consumed in moderate quantities for hematological benefits.

Studies on Variations of Physico Chemical Parameters of Pond Water Samples Collected From Different Ponds at Tirunelveli Corporation, Tamil Nadu, India
The aim of the current study was to determine the common physico-chemical parameters ( pH, Electrical Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen content, Biological Oxygen Demand, Total dissolved solids, Hardness, Alkalinity, Acidity) of two different pond water systems - Nainaarkulam and Udaayarpatti kulam at Tirunelveli corporation were analyzed fortnightly from April to June 2019 and found that the water body that receives vegetable garbage, scrap, refuge and organic wastes from the main market of the town was more polluted than the other sites. Both water bodies varied according to the surrounding environments during the period of study. These results were used to inform the common people and decision-makers of the state environmental agencies.

Removal of Some Heavy Metals from Medicinal Plants (Indigofera Tinctoria & Acalypha Indica) Using Activated Carbon as Adsorbents
Heavy metals may be harmful to humans through ingestion of medicinal plants containing metals through atmospheric pollution, pesticides and chemical fertilizers root uptake, ingestion of plants splashed with contaminated soil. Metals of concern are arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), Mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb). Removal of the heavy metal ions from contaminated medicinal plants Indigofera tinctoria and Acalypha indica by adsorption technique. It is the best, economically viable and efficient method. It, therefore, becomes necessary to remove these heavy metals from medicinal plants by an appropriate treatment before consuming.

Prime Labeling of Snow Graph S_(n,1,m)
A graph G=(V,E) with n vertices is said to be admitted prime labeling if its vertices can be labeled with distinct positive integers not exceeding n such that the label of each pair of adjacent vertices are relatively prime. Some previous work on prime labeling includes prime labeling of bipartite graphs and ladder graphs. In this work, a new graph called Snow graph which is a union of wheel and star graphs is introduced. A theorem is given to obtain a prime labeling for this graph and an algorithm for prime labeling is given.

The brunt of tax on middle class
In this Research paper an attempt has been made to study and determine the position of Middle class of the country in the current taxation system prevailing in the country. Taxation system in India is undergoing revolutionary changes. Tax holds paramount significance in the economy and in the welfare of the country. Tax is an important source of revenue to the government. Every taxpayer is liable to pay a compulsory charge known as tax. The present paper focuses on the tax burden on the middle Income group person especially salaried class. It is a well-known notion that the middle income group mostly consist of salaried class personals who gets a fixed income in their current account so “they have to pay tax” if they are incurring taxable income. Lower class group is mostly exempted from tax liability whereas higher income group especially business class fills low return. The study also reflects tax effect on individual, salaried income personal and on GDP of the country.

The Role of Transit Oriented Development in the Urban Area Development wth Railway-Based Transportation
The aim of this study is to optimize or exploit the use of land in around the city of Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area with eight principles of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) namely walkable, cycle, connect, transit or public transport, shift & transit, mixed use development, and compact. This research is a literature study with more in-depth interviews, and a triangulation process. In-depth interviews are carried out with some resource persons from the transportation regulator. The result shows the very high need for TOD area around the new and existing transit stations which are served by a regular and efficient transit system.
