No human being is born and lives individually. Being a social animal, every individual is highly dependent to the other people around him and also the amenities at the place of living and also working. This concept has named as social support and it has defined by many researchers Social support in the workplace can come from many sources. The most commonly explored sources are supervisors and coworkers. The present study on “A Study on work social support and performance of employee in automobile industry “The main objective of the study is to understand the level of work social support an employee perceives inside the organization. The study is to find out satisfactory level of the work social support and performance in organization. The main objective of study is to analyze the sources of work social support in the organization. The primary data were collected from the questionnaire and the secondary data was collected from company catalogue, websites and books. The collected data was analyzed using simple percentage, weighted mean, regression, correlation, ANOVA. The study helps to suggest the company that the overall performance of the company was good but there is need for better motivation system. Also there should be more training programmer which helps employees to improve their productivity. The researcher hopes that the findings and the suggestions given to the company might help the organization for the betterment of its growth. Major findings shows that most of the employees are satisfied with the management practice, IR, etc. They are proud to say that they are employee of Roots industries.

A Survey of the Relationship between Stress Management and Workforce Productivity of one of Iran’s Industrial Parks
The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between stress management and workforce productivity of Amol Industrial Park located in Mazandaran Provine. The total number of universe of the research was 250 top managers, middle managers and supervisors shouldering a responsibility in the before-mentioned Industrial Park and the number of the sample population was determined through Morgan sample population volume table (n=150). For data collection, Background Information questionnaire, Stress Management and Workforce Productivity questionnaires were used. As for analyzing the data gained after collecting the questionnaires; Descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Pearson Correlation Test, One Sample t Test, Independent Samples Test and Regression Tests were used for hypothesis testing. The results from analyzing the Sub Hypotheses of the research demonstrated that there was a positive and significant correlation between Respectful and responsible manager (P=0.005), Managing and communicating existing and future work (P=0.002), Managing the individual within the team (P=0.01), Reasoning/managing difficult situations, (P=0.004) and workforce productivity in the universe of the research in hand. As for analyzing the Main Hypotheses of the research; the results demonstrated that there was a positive and significant correlation between stress management and workforce productivity in the universe of the research in hand (P=0.001). The results also demonstrated that there was no significant difference between the opinions of male and female managers about the level of workforce productivity and stress management being put in practice in the before-mentioned Industrial Park. And finally the results indicate that the level of workforce productivity and stress management being put in practice in the before-mentioned Industrial Park is not under the influence of any of Individual characteristics of managers (e.g. Age, Education Level, Job Title, Employment Background and Employment Status).

A volumetric and viscosity study for the binary mixtures of Benzaldehyde and Pentan-1-ol at 303.15, 308.15, 313.15K and 0.1MPa
Densities (?) and Viscosities (?) of binary mixtures of Benzaldehyde with Pentan-1-ol have been measured as a function of mole fraction at atmospheric pressure and at different temperatures of (303.15, 308.15and 313.15) K. Using the experimental data, excess volumes (VE) and deviations in viscosity (??) have been calculated. McAllister's three body-interaction model were used to correlate the kinematic viscosity of the systems. The excess volume data was fitted by means of the Redlich-Kister equation. It was found that in all cases the experimental data obtained fitted with the values correlated by the corresponding model very well. The molecular interactions existing between the components were also discussed.

Activity-Based Segmentation among European Tourists Visiting Phuket Province, Thailand
European tourist markets have continuously played a significant role in generating revenue for the Thai economy. However, the penetration of this tourism market segment is not so easy because Thailand has faced both direct and indirect rivals and neighboring and overseas rivals. Tourism market segmentation is considered an effective and important marketing tool to promote marketing strategies to meet the more specific needs of tourists. The objectives of this study were to segment European tourists visiting Phuket Province, and to compare these segments according to demographic variables and the level of destination satisfaction and loyalty. The hierarchical cluster analysis was utilized to segment tourists based on activities and clusters/segments and was compared in terms of demographic characteristics using Ch-Square statistic and destination satisfaction and loyalty using one-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that five segments of tourists were identified: ‘recreational tourist?, „fuzzy tourist?, „sports tourist?, „cultural tourist? and „leisure tourist?. According to the Chi-Square statistic, no significant differences in terms of demographic variables were found across the five segments. In addition, the result of ANOVA revealed that no statistical differences were found among segments across all items of destination satisfaction except for worthwhile experiences.For destination loyalty, significant differences in the intention and willingness to pay to revisit Phuket were found among these segments.

Acute respiratory distress revealing dandy walker syndrome : One case report and recent review of literature
Dandy-walker syndrome is a rare disorder characterizsed by complete or partial agenesis of the vermis, cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricule and an enlarged posterior fossa. The precise aetiology is unknown, although there have been reports of associations with risk factors like maternal virus infections (rubella, toxoplasma and cytomegalovirus) and alcohol consumtion [1]. It describe a rare case of five months old boy with acute respiratory distress with the exploration objective a Dandy-walker syndrome.A five months old boy with no medical history was admitted to the intensive unity care fot an acute rispiratory distress, the exploration of the respiratory distress lead as to realising a cerebral CT scan which objictived dilatation of the ventricular system and enlargement of the fourth ventricular and vermin hypoplasia related to Dandy-walker syndrome.A dandy walker is a rare condition and the image found may not be the cause of the acute respiratory distress. Clinical presentation and prognosis depends on the prenatal and early diagnostic dering the first year of live and the treatement is surgical

Assessing determinants of green practices adoption: a conceptual framework
The raising of environmental issues has drawn attentions of businesses to participate in green practices. The conceptual framework of this paper underpinned the theory of Resources Based View (RBV) by identifying four firms’ key resources namely physical capital resources, human capital resources, organisational capital resources and financial resources. In this article, these four resources were proposed to be positively influence fast food restaurants to adopt green practices. This is in line with the literature whereby resources played as productive assets role in helping firm to accomplish activities. Activities that will be discussed in this study are adoption of green practices. If this is true, then the conceptual framework is expected to show positive results, indicating that firm resources determine the adoption of green practices among fast food restaurants. Hence, fast food restaurants should manage and utilise resources to adopt green practices in their daily business operations.

Asymptotic Non-Linear Models for Uniformity Trial Experiments
Uniformity trials are needed to determine suitable shape and size of the plot for fertility variation in land. The suggested model is more adequate model over well known Fairfield Smith variance law and also removes all the objections by Cochran (1977) for Fairfield Smith variance law model. Beneficial effects of walnut shell extract on glucose and lipids profile in diabetic rats compared with Glibenclamide
Diabetes mellitus is the most prevalent endocrine disease result in blood glucose increment, carbohydrate, lipids and protein metabolism disorders. Primary and effective cure for diabetes is insulin and hypoglycemic drugs usage, but these compositions have some undesirable side effects. Herbal medicine is the oldest kind of diseases cure has recognized. However, rational prescription of effective medicinal plants for diabetes cure requires precise information of action mechanism of these plants. In present study, diabetes induced in rats, and then hypoglycemic effect of walnut husk hydroalcoholic extract and blood lipoproteins (LDL, HDL, VLDL), triglyceride and total cholesterol changes were evaluated by enzymatic kits. The results showed significant reduction of glucose, triglyceride, VLDL and LDL levels in extract group in comparison with diabetic control(P=0.001). Glucose and LDL reduction by walnut shell are similar to glibenclamide effect. And TG, VLDL reduction by walnut are more than glibenclamide effect. Walnut also could increase HDL levels significantly in comparison with diabetic control (P=0.001) that this effect is similar to glibenclamide effect on HDL. In summary, the positive effects of walnut green husk suggest a possible role of this plant in improving glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetics.

Comparison of proposed canal alignments in a command area using buffer analysis and BIM tools
With the rapid technological growth in the computer industry over the last decades, spatial related problems and issues have found their way into computer-based systems used to store and manipulate geographically referenced data, these systems which are commonly referred as Geographical Information Systems (GIS) have become widely established in many disciplines. GIS is a powerful software tool, by using this technology it is very convenient to assemble maps quickly from predefined layers, add data from coverage, shape files, geo databases, preparation of models etc. The GIS can be used for identifying suitable locations for buffers. The use of technologies such as GIS can also be very effectively used for fixing the canal alignment. A buffer analysis tool in GIS is a proximity analysis used to create polygons based on a specified distance from the original geometric feature and the output is a large zone or region that surrounds and encompasses the feature. The Buffer output is often used to determine any feature that are within a specified distance of a point, line or polygon. Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is an intelligent model based process which is very helpful for planning and designing purpose. The aim of this study is to present the applications of buffer analysis which is basically a GIS software tool along with BIM tools for comparing the proposed canal alignments in Somnala Minor Irrigation Scheme of Gosikhurd Indira Sagar Project.

Coupled Cluster Predictions of Spectroscopic Parameters for (Potential) Interstellar Protonated Species
Most of the interstellar protonated molecules that have been shown to be astronomically detectable based on recent studies could be termed as 'non-terrestrial' species as a number of them are yet to be probed in the terrestrial laboratory, thus, the rotational transitions required for their astronomical searches are not available. In this study, the coupled cluster variant CCSD(T) together with the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set has been used to predict the spectroscopic parameters of four known neutral interstellar molecules and their corresponding protonated analogues of which two; H2NCO+ and H2COH+ have been astronomically detected. The protonated analogues of H2NCN and H2CS are potential interstellar species from recent studies. The predicted rotational constants/transitions are in good agreement for those with known experimental data, thus, these spectroscopic parameters could guide the astronomical searches and laboratory measurement of these species without experimentally determined spectroscopic constants.
