Effects of Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance in the County Government of Taita- Taveta in Kenya
Culture is a complex issue that essentially includes all of a group’s shared values, attitudes, beliefs, assumptions, artifacts, and behaviors. Culture is broad — encompassing all aspects of its internal and external relationships—and culture is deep in that it guides individual actions even to the extent that members are not even aware they are influenced by it. Scholars tend to agree that the root of any organization’s culture is grounded in a rich set of assumptions about the nature of the world and human relationships. This study sought to establish the effect of organizational culture in the performance of the County Government of Taita Taveta. The research design which was employed is a descriptive one involving a cross sectional survey. The target population was 1,513 staff of the County Government. The sampling technique to be used will be stratified random sampling. Also, Primary data collection will be used and the data collection instrument to be utilized will be a structured questionnaire. The sample size will be 384 employees across the cadres of the County Government. The data will be interpreted, analyzed using standard deviation and the linear regression analysis model and then presented using tables, charts and graphs.

Electromagnetic Transitions and Structures of even–even 76-90Kr Isotopes within Interacting Boson Model
The Interacting Boson Model is applied to the even isotopes . Excitation energies, electromagnetic transition strengths, quadrupole and magnetic dipole moments, and ?(E2/M1) multipole mixing ratios, monopole transitions and mixed symmetry states have been described systematically. It is seen that the properties of low-lying levels in these isotopes, for which the comparison between experiment and IBM-2 calculations is possible, can be satisfactorily characterized by the Interacting Boson Model-2.

Evaluation of physical properties of SBS modified bitumen and effect of aging
The failures of the bituminous pavements are not only due to increase in traffic but also due to extreme climatic conditions prevailing in the country. The addition of polymers to bitumen can improve the quality of binders and enhance the properties of binders used in the road construction. Bitumen ageing is one of the principal factors causing the deterioration of asphalt pavements due to the prolonged exposure to air and environmental conditions. Short-term ageing occurs when binder is mixed with aggregates in a mixing facility. Long-term ageing occurs after pavement construction and is generally due to environmental exposure and loading. The properties of bitumen mainly depend on the age of bitumen. Therefore there is a need to study the properties of modified bitumen before and after ageing. In this paper the effect of Aging on the physical properties of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified bitumen is discussed.

Exact solution of unsteady a flow past parabolic started isothermal vertical plate with variable mass diffusion
The theoretical solution of flow past a parabolic starting motion of the infinite vertical plate with isothermal vertical plate and variable mass diffusion has been studied. The temperature of the plate is raised uniformly and species concentration level near the plate is made to rise linearly with time. The dimensionless governing equations are solved by using the Laplace-transform technique. The effect of velocity profiles are studied for different physical parameters like thermal Grashof number, mass Grashof number, Schmidt number, and time. It is observed that the velocity increases as the value of the thermal Grashof number or mass Grashof number increase. The trend is just reversed with respect to the Schmidt number.
