Nowadays organizations are starting to realize the importance of using more data in order to support decision for their strategies. The size of data in world is growing day by day. Data is growing because of vast use of internet, smart phone and social network. Big data is a collection of data sets which is very large in size as well as complex. Generally size of the data is Petabyte and Exabyte. Traditional database systems are not able to capture, store and analyze this large amount of data. As the internet is growing, amount of big data continue to grow. Big data analytic provide new ways for businesses and government to analyze unstructured data. Nowadays, Big data is one of the most talked topic in IT industry. It is going to play important role in future. Big data changes the way that data is managed and used. Some of the applications are in areas such as healthcare, defense, traffic management, banking, agriculture, retail, education and so on. Organizations are becoming more flexible and more open. New types of data will give new challenges as well.

Disease progression is a complex process which involves multiple sequential steps leading to cellular changes, altered signaling pathways and metabolic events. Cancer is a very wide spread disease in the world. Among the various types of cancers, ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death in gynecological malignancies. Biomarkers are cellular, biochemical, molecular or genetic alterations by which a normal, abnormal or simply biological process can be predicted or monitored. Various Biomarkers like Cancer Antigen 125, HCG, Human Kallikreins, Membrane Tyrosine Kinase Receptors, HE 4 and Mesothelin etc. are used to identify pathological processes before individuals become symptomatic or to identify individuals who are susceptible to cancer.

The implantable port chamber catheters are useful for repeated intravenous treatment, they are placed surgically, percutaneously or radio-guided, they can cause variable complications (infection, thrombosis, malposition, product leakage ...). The occurrence of malposition of the distal portion of the catheter is a rare complication. We report a case of malposition (intra-dural and extra medullary position) whose mechanism have not been determined.

The central issue in this work is to examine the role the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) played in the 2015 Presidential election in Nigeria. To unravel this, we employed the historical and phenomenological method in our analysis and arrived at the finding that CAN ahead of the 2015 presidential election was divided along denominational and ideological lines and consequently could not speak with one voice. Given this finding, the paper maintains that the age-long denominational rivalry between the Catholic Church and Protestants is far from being over; hence the difficulty in arriving at a unanimous decision. The paper concludes with Darrel Lee that “the body of Christ can only thrive when believers work together in harmony” (Ehianu, 2007:119)

The comparative genome analysis of Streptococcus pyogenes and Streptococcus equi sps equi 4047 depict exon, Untranslated Region (UTR), conserved noncoding sequences (CNS), contigs, mobile genetic elements, Insertion sequence (IS) elements, transposons, plasmids and shows high degree of heterogeneity evidenced by the large number of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Thus UTR, CNS, and IS elements can be used as drug target.

Sometimes BMI at almost the marginally end values of the standard prescribed intervals may wrongly categories a person either into normal or overweight category. This may be sometimes due to either wrong measurement of BMI value or wrong diagnosis of medical practitioner. This may lead to the wrong treatment of the patient. This is a frequent event everywhere in the world. To overcome such type of problems, it is observed that a soft computing approach can only provide a better satisfaction. Since it is a medical diagnosis problem, and since for almost all the medical problems the concerned physicians do always have some amount of hesitation (at best it could be nil), we have no other soft computing theory as our option but the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory of Atanassov only, for approaching towards a satisfactory solution.
