Importance of Women in open Drama
Most of our revelations, such as the basic plot of the epics, have emphasized the importance of women. Especially in the plains, the importance of women as a culture of this land has been depicted. Whether they are mythological or created in epic storylines, women are given importance in everything. "Durula Dusyas, who was engaged in drawing Draupadi's clothes, had the holy mantle of Bharatangane, the young Drupadaje's husband, always ready to protect her dignity. There is no time to be humiliated by a dog like you. In this case, the woman feels helpless and speaks with self-confidence, but the words of believing in God in such a dire hour are appropriate according to the portrayal of the character.

Input-output linearization of an induction motor using SVM method
This paper presents the non-linear control of an induction motor (IM). The objective of nonlinear control is to can control separately flux and the speed, several techniques of control are used for (IM), The technique of control oriented flux (FOC) which permits the decoupling between input and output variables, so (IM) is assimilate to continuous current motor , this method has a problem is how exactly oriented the axis d on the flux .However, feedback linearization amounts to cancelling the nonlinearities in a nonlinear system so that the closed- loop (CL) dynamics is in a linear form . A goal of feedback linearization is to can controlled separately flux and the speed ,the motor model is strongly nonlinear then it’s composed to the autonomous and mono-variables too under systems so every under system presented an independence loop of control for each variables is given . The space vector modulation [SVM] method gives a good tracking for the non linear control, SVM became a standard for the switching power converters and important research effort has been dedicated, tens of papers, research reports and patents were developed in the theory of space vector modulation.

Khillah Extract as Green Corrosion Inhibitor for Zinc in Aqueous Solutions
In this work, Khillah extract was examined as green corrosion inhibitor for zinc in 3.5 % NaCl and 16 ppm solution by using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrochemical frequency modulation (EFM) techniques. Results obtained showed that the extract of Khillah functioned as an effective and good inhibitor. The inhibition efficiency was found to increase with increase of extract concentration reaching maximum inhibition efficiency 87.2%. The adsorption of the inhibitor molecules on the zinc metal surface obeyed Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Polarization data indicated that this extract acts as mixed type inhibitor.

Knowledge Discovery in a Stock Data using Moving Averages
Association rules mining algorithms can be used to discover all item associations (or rules) in a dataset. Majority voting is adopted as classification technique and on the basis of voting pattern, the consequent is chosen. The moving averaging is applied on the obtained consequents to identify the emerging pattern. Four moving averages on the basis of Fibonacci sequence are applied. It has been observed that number of trades is more in lower range of moving averages as compared to higher range and a longer days averaging has not been yielding good returns. It has been observed that the accuracy level is higher in case of smaller duration whereas the error rate is on the higher side in case of longer period averages.

Measuring job satisfaction: the case of malaysian workers
This study aimed to examine the impacts of employee’s rewards and employee’s motivation on employee’s job satisfaction between public and private sectors in Malaysia. A total of 689 employees from both sectors participated in this study. While hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to test the relationship between employee’s rewards, employee’s motivation and employee’s job satisfaction, gap analysis was utilized to determine the significant differences on the levels of employee’s rewards, employee’s motivation and employee’s job satisfaction between both sectors. The result revealed that (1) employee’s reward is positively related to motivation; and (2) both employee’s rewards and employee’s motivation are found to have positive significant influences on employees’ job satisfaction. The t-test result revealed that employees in public sector scored significantly higher on the levels of employee’s rewards, motivation and job satisfaction.

MHD Flow through Porous Media past an Impulsively Started Vertical Plate with Variable Temperature in the Presence of Hall Current
In the present paper, MHD flow through porous media past an impulsively started vertical plate with variable temperature in the presence of Hall current is studied. The fluid considered is electrically conducting, absorbing-emitting radiation in a non-scattering medium. The Laplace transform technique has been used to find the solutions for the velocity profile and Skin friction. The velocity profile and Skin friction have been studied for different parameters like Prandtl number, Hall parameter, magnetic field parameter, Thermal Grashof number, and time. The effect of parameters are shown graphically and the value of the skin-friction for different parameters has been tabulated.

Modeling of laser tissue interaction by the Monte Carlo Method
The study of the physical process of a pulsed laser interacting with human brain tissue is important to identify the energy transport of photons in a strongly diffused zone. The purpose of this article is to describe by a numerical simulation method (Monte Carlo), the light bundle formed by the source-detector pair by scanning a portion of the volume of diseased tissues. In the present simulation, we use the experimental results: the absorption and scattering coefficients respectively ma and ms. We follow the paths of a random walker and we plot for each event as a first step, the relative fluence rate, the reflectance and the transmittance of the signal in terms of respectively depths of penetration and the times expressed in (ps) using a cylindrical geometry. The second step is to study the distribution of the photons of the recorded at different positions, dependent primarily on the ultra-short pulsed laser source in femtosecond wavelength of 800nm. We consider the spherical coordinates (R,q,j) and time t. Thereafter, we compare these results with those calculated with the Cartesian coordinates (x,y,z).

Molecular structure and vibrational assignments of L-tyrosine: a detailed experimental and density functional theoretical study
L–tyrosine (C9H11NO3) is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids. L- tyrosine has been crystallized in silica gel by double diffusion technique which had rosette like shape. Crystal structure and spectral properties are analyzed using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-Vis transmittance studies. Optical band gap energy of L –tyrosine crystallite is estimated as 4.28 eV. In this study, the structural properties of L-tyrosine (C9 H11 NO3) have been studied using density functional theory (DFT) employing B3LYP exchange correlation. The geometry of the molecule was fully optimized at B3LYP/ 6-311G (d,p) level of theory. The optimized geometrical parameters obtained by DFT calculations are in good conformity with single crystal XRD data. The vibrational frequencies were calculated and fundamental vibrations were assigned based on the scaled theoretical wavenumbers. 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) chemical shifts of the molecule were calculated by using the gauge-invariant atomic orbital (GIAO) method. A study on the electronic properties, such as HOMO and LUMO energies were performed by using DFT approach. Finally, geometric parameters, vibrational frequencies, chemical shifts and absorption wavelengths were compared with available experimental data of the molecule. Quantum chemical parameters such as the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO), the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy (LUMO), energy gap (E), dipole moment (µ), electro negativity (?), chemical potential (Pi), global hardness (?), softness (?) and natural atomic charges were calculated. A good correlation was found between the theoretical data and the experimental results. The thermodynamic properties of the studied compound at room temperatures were calculated.
