Financial development and economic growth nexus: ARDL and VECM Analysis
This study examines the short and long run causal relationship between financial sector development and economic growth in Nigeria using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach to cointegration analysis, Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), on yearly data over the period 1981 to 2017. Two factors from Cobb Douglas production function (labor and capital), and oil prices are used including an index of financial intermediary development constructed from six indicators of financial intermediary development using principal component analysis. The results show that financial sector development index; both capital market and banking sector development are insignificant in influencing economic growth in Nigeria. In general, the results highlight the weakness of the Nigerian financial sector in stimulating economic growth through resource mobilisation and allocation and presents oil sector as the dominant factor driving economic activities in Nigeria. The study recommends the need to establish financial institutions that would strengthen and resolve the institutional and structural problems in the economy and create structures that would sustain other causal factors that mediates growth and financial intermediation where appropriate.

Spider web based path planning for mobile beacon assisted-sensor localization
In wireless sensor network Localisation is described as a crucial service and energy demanding process in sensor network. GPS-equipped node where used for localisation process, in order to reduce the cost and increase the life time of the network, the mobile beacon localization is considered to eliminate GPS nodes. A localization error control scheme, namely "Spider Web", based on which the mobile beacon trajectories along a predefined spider web intersection path. The accuracy of the localization of nodes, time consumption of mobile beacon is efficient and localization error ratio is controlled. Based on the results, the spider web algorithm is efficient in localization accuracy and time, energy, consumption of mobile beacon, throughput and packet delivery ratio than Z-power algorithm.

Women and Psychology: A Narrative Analysis
Over centuries the field of psychology has been dominated by men. For a long time, women have been labeled as inferior and men have dominated the field of psychology. Male superiority and dominance has infiltrated the social structure and reduced the role of the female in society. Myths of Social Darwinism based on sexual selection among other attributes saw the females struggle over centuries. There were many others who refuted this myth including Helen Thompson, Mary Calkins, and Mary Putnam Jacobi. Their theories include equity model and relational theory that has left the women fighting for equality based on early concepts of feminism. The main purpose of the paper is to investigate the history of women psychology and liberation of feminist in research and psychology. Narrative analysis of various literature from different nations on feminism, women and psychological research. The findings indicate that feminism is a thing of the past, there has been development in gender equality. Both men and women have been given equal chances in practicing psychology and more scholarships have been given out to women to encourage them to participate in research and psychology. Continuous empowerment has encouraged women to grow and develop their self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-esteem.

Growth and Yield of Green Pepper (Capsicum annum) as Affected by Frequency of Organic Fertilizer Application
Most organic vegetable farmers in Central Luzon apply the required amount of organic fertilizers only once during planting. Hence, nutrient requirement of vegetables during vegetative or reproductive stages are no longer available. This condition seriously affects the growth and development of vegetables and subsequently affecting the yield performance that may result to low yield. In order to reduce the effect of nutrient deficiency on organic vegetable production particularly on green pepper, the research aimed to: a) establish frequency of organic fertilizer application employing split application; and b) determine the yield performance and net return based on the different treatments used. The research was conducted for two consecutive dry seasons (2014 and 2015) under full organic system. Twice application of the recommended rate of organic fertilizer obtained the highest yield of 4.21 t/ha while thrice application of the recommended rate of organic fertilizer obtained the second highest with 4.14 t/ha. Basal application obtained the lowest yield of 3.89 t/ha during the first trial. Second trial of the study showed that comparable yield was obtained by twice application and thrice application with 5.03 t/ha and 5.02 t/ha, respectively. Basal application consistently produced the lowest yield. Cost and return analysis of 1000 m2 green pepper following the different treatments evaluated showed that the highest net income during the first trial was obtained from twice application of the recommended rate of organic fertilizer with PhP7,740.00 net income with an ROE of 85.05% which was lower than the ROE of the basal application with 89.76%. Lower net income was obtained from basal application of organic fertilizer due to lower yield obtained. Second trial showed that the highest net income was obtained from two split application of the recommended rate of organic fertilizer with PhP11,020.00 registering an ROE of 121.09%, the highest among the three treatments evaluated.

Study of Unsteady Gravity-Driven Convective Flow and Heat Transfer of Optically Thick Nanofluid Past an Oscillating Vertical Plate in Presence of Magnetic Field
The unsteady gravity-driven convective flow and heat transfer of optically thick nanofluid past an oscillating, vertical plate is considered. The flow is confined to y > 0 where y is the coordinate measure in the normal direction to the plate. The fluid is assumed to be electrically conducting with an uniform magnetic field applied in a direction perpendicular to the plate. The resulting equation is solved by making use of Laplace transform method. Velocity profile and temperature profile are drawn for different values of radiation parameter and magnetic parameter.
