Perceptions of unorganised retailers in Chennai city on organised retailing
Retailing is an interface between manufacturer & consumer, who insures the easy flow of goods to the customer. Retailing is one of the largest sectors in the global economy and is going through an evolutionary stage in India. Retail is currently a flourishing sector of the Indian economy. The Indian Retail industry has grown at a 14.6% CAGR during FY 07-12. This growth can be directly credited to the emergent Indian economy as well as increase in Private Final Consumption Expenditure (PFCE) and bring revolution in Indian peoples’ consumption pattern. This tendency is expected to continue for at least the next two-three decades, magnetizing huge attention from entrepreneurs, business heads, investors as well as real estate owners and builders segments of the economy. Consumers’ perceptions about these retailers are determined by number of factors like format or size, proximity, varieties available as well as intangible factors like the store atmosphere, complaint handling, etc. It is essential to examine perceptions of unorganized retailers on organized retailers because most of unorganized retailers and unorganized retailer’s forums argue against organized retailing. This study is an attempt in this regard.

Evaluation of Intraosseous Neurofibromatosis of the Mandible (type 1) Using Cone Beam Computed Tomography Images: A Case Report
Neurofibromatosis type 1 is an autosomal dominant neurogenic disorder, which is occurring one in every 3000 of population. We present a 37-year-old man with complaint of hard speech and several masses in his tongue. Neurofibromatosis rarely occurs as intraosseous lesion in its primary form that in this case, it has appeared as unilacular and well-defined radiolucency in panoramic view. Cone beam Computed tomography (CBCT) was carried out for better evaluation of the extension of mandibular lesions. The aim of this article is to report a sporadic case of NF1 in a family, with multiple soft and hard tissue lesions, and eliminate the complications and functional impairments.

Multilayer L and Square slot Broadband antenna with Radom and effect of Ground Plane for S-C-Band application
A Broadband multilayer antenna for C-Band applications is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna is composed of a FR-4 and air gap Dielectric material, two square slots, two L-Slot, and a Radom. By introducing the two parts, the impedance bandwidth of the antenna can be significantly enhanced. Analysis done with and without ground plane. Simulation results show that the proposed antenna can operate from 3.2GHz to 4.8 GHz with low VSWRs ? 2. Stable antenna gain (dB) is also achieved over the entire operating frequency band. Furthermore, the size of the proposed antenna is very compact, which is only at the centre of the operating frequency band.

Effect of Crude Oil Price on Agricultural Productivity in Nigeria (1981-2010)
This study examined the effect of crude oil price on agricultural productivity in Nigeria between 1981 and 2010. Agricultural productivity (proxy as agricultural GDP) was specified as a function of factors such as exchange rate, crude oil price, capital stock, labour, land and fertilizer. Quantitative estimates, based on Augmented-Dickey Fuller (ADF) unit root test, Co-integration and Error Correction modelling, indicate that the exchange rate, capital, labour and trend are the major determinants of agricultural productivity in the long-run, while price of crude oil price is the most important determinant of agricultural productivity in the short–run. The results further shows that the error correction mechanism (ECM) indicated a feedback of about 112.5% of the previous year’s disequilibrium from long-run domestic agricultural production.

Image Tag Refinement with Ranking based Multicorrelation Tensor Factorization (RMTF) Model
Web 2.0 has become principle tool for accessing information. With Photo sharing websites like Flickr, Picassa, Zoomr images uploaded by user and their tags are available. But Missing tags and Noise problems among image and tag make it difficult to retrieve relevant image based on user’s preference. This requires tags refinement. We propose a model that utilizes Ranking based multicorrelation tensor factorization model for enriching tags pool. This model does it by constructing ternary relation between User, Image and Tag. RMTF does qualitative analysis on available tag set and find positive example and negative example by finding user, image tag interrelations. Tags are compared based on context relevance and semantic relevance. The proposed model finds better result than previous solutions. Given module is tested for multiple word query and shown attractive results.

Ab initio and density functional theory studies on selected thioaldehydes and thioketones
Ab initio and Density functional theory with three basis sets have been used to study seventeen isomers comprising of six thioaldehydes and eleven thioketones, relative stabilities of the isomers and electronic properties of the molecules are reported. The results revealed that there is an increase in C=S bond length as the number of carbon atoms increases, although C=S bond lengths for thioaldehydes are shorter than that of the corresponding thioketones analogues. Generally, thioketone isomers are more thermodynamically stable than that of the corresponding thioaldehydes. The rearrangement of thioaldehydes to thioketones would be feasible and exothermic since both ?G? and ?H? have negative values. 13C NMR of thiocarbonyl carbon atoms and UV-visible absorption (?max) showed similar trend when plotted against C=S bond length, thus the electronic properties and chemical reactivities of the molecules would be predominantly governed by C=S group.

Compare Hot Forming and Cold Forming Rolling Process
In metalworking, rolling is a metal forming process in which metal stock is passed through a pair of rolls. Rolling is classified according to the temperature of the metal rolled. If the temperature of the metal is above its recrystallization temperature, then the process is termed as hot rolling. If the temperature of the metal is below its recrystallization temperature, the process is termed as cold rolling. In terms of usage, hot rolling processes more tonnage than any other manufacturing process, and cold rolling processes the most tonnage out of all cold working processes. This article describes the use of advanced tubing inspection NDT methods for boiler and heat exchanger equipment in the petrochemical industry to supplement major turnaround inspections. The methods presented include remote field eddy current, magnetic flux leakage, internal rotary inspection system and eddy current.

Which One is Successful in the Nano Technology Revelation, Oil Industry Managers or Leaders?
Management nowadays is something more than a job or a profession and it became the combination of science, art, skill. Managers in such a complex and dynamic industrial societies of these days, regarding the increasing knowledge in all fields and unreliable conditions of global competitive, cannot succeed just by using managing skills and there is no option but using leadership skills. Management is the art of making others do the job for you, but leadership is the process of influence others in the way that they conduct the work of their own accord and prefer the organization's interest to their own in all areas. A manager needs four skills: understanding, humanity, technical, and specialist. So he can do his duties such as planning, coordinating, organizing, controlling and supervising leadership and guidance, budgeting and industrial innovating. the manager's characteristics are (managing knowledge, art, experience and intrinsic management competency; however a leader must have characteristics such as great intelligence ,self-control ,self-confidence, charm ,speech influence ,high understanding ,emotional stability in addition to above items) and therefore ,when science and technology leaders come to an agreement and experience the deepest human relationship with their employees ,they achieve the most successful outcomes. The fast changes are permanent in the nowadays industrial world and leaders most perform different roles in this changing world so they can be successful in all aspects. Effort for success in the new science, specially nano technology and it`s application in the petroleum industry, definitely needs to such leaders who can lead the employees through the recognition of their potentials and used each of them in its place and to help leaders to achieve results.
