Mechanical Equations with Two Almost Complex Structures on Symplectic Geometry
An almost complex manifold is a smooth manifold accoutred with smooth linear complex structure on each tangent space. Almost complex structures have important applications on symplectic geometry. M is a symplectic manifold such that it accoutred with a closed nondegenerate di¤erential 2-form then it called the symplectic form. Symplectic mani- folds arise naturally in abstract formulations of classical mechanics and analytical mechanics as the cotangent bundles of manifolds. In classical mechanics, dynamic movements with Euler-Lagrange and Hamilton equa- tions is found. We, using two complex structures, examined mechanical systems on symplectic geometry.

Mechanical Properties of Self Compacting and Self Curing Concrete
self compacting concrete, also referred as self-consolidate concrete, is able to flow in and consolidate under its own weight and is almost completely while flowing in all type of formwork. It is cohesive enough to fill the spaces of almost any size and shape without any segregation and bleeding. This makes SCC particularly useful wherever placing is difficult, such as in heavily –reinforced concrete members or in complicated work forms. In this study it is proposed to place the constituent material by mineral admixtures and adding chemical admixtures. Also, it is proposed to use self curing compound instead of normal curing concrete. Self compacting and self curing concrete specimens in size of cubes (150mmx150mm x150mm), cylinder (300mm x150mm), and prisms (500mm x 100mmx100mm) were cast and tested. The ANN modeling also derives and compares the results.

Appling Grid Computing for Video on Demand Performance Enhancement
Video on demand (VOD) service is widely used nowadays to watch online videos. Video on demand has evolved as a major Problem implementation for network. This research aims to design a suitable grid computing system to enhance performance of video on demand. The goal of using Grid computing system is to create the simple but large and powerful virtual computer with large collection of heterogeneous systems sharing resources. User can submit request for video to grid server without necessary knowing where it will be execute. It is the responsibility of the grid server to distribute request among several servers (clusters). The results we get optimize resource usage, load balance, and time delay for delivering video file. The MATLAB simulation program is designed to compare old server performance with Grid server performance focusing on time delay and system throughput, which decreases Video delay 60 % - 70%.

The Effect of Role-Play on Promoting Functional Use of L2 in Low-immersion EFL Context of Iranian High school Learners
This study focused on the impact of role-play on Promoting Functional Use of L2 in Low-immersion EFL Context of Iranian High school Learners. Role-play was supposed to have a great impact on the understanding and producing linguistic functions and speech acts. Among all the functions introduced by Halliday (1985), three were utilized in this research. Heuristic function which deals with the use of language to ask for information about things, informative function dealing with the use of language to inform about external things, and the Interactional function which has to do with the use of language to interact socially with others. About 100 students, 60 females and 40 males high school students, were asked to participate in this research. Having assigned them into two groups of control and experimental ones, pre-test and posttest were run. In order to evaluate the results, ANCOVA test was administered. The results showed that gender had no significant effect on role-playing the Halliday’s functions. Furthermore, it was statistically proved that role-play would lead to a better production of speech acts, especially the three functions utilized in this study. Besides, Implementing Role-play could affect and enhance the scores of Iranian EFL learners. This study would have been a great help to teachers to run their classes more efficiently and proficiently. Key words: Functions, Role-play, Low immersion contexts, gender

Comparative Study of post-colonial Elements in The works of Jhomapa Lahiri and Mehrnoosh Mazarei
East with ancient civilization and reconciliation culture always had been the centre of crisis and unrest. While the West especially The USA with a few antiquities has reached to an unbelievable development. It is possible to say that after the world war second, after a while it achieved a degree of development and stability. This achievement was a kind of temptation to the people of the East in order to travel and get some of these gifts. Immigration for having a better life was one of the concerns of eastern people and also is. Not only Eastern immigrant will face some economical and political problems, but also the crisis of Identity. According to Erick Erickson’s idea (1902 –1994 ) one of the biggest part of human’s identity is the social and cultural part, which prepare the opportunity to express and recognize two other optimal factors such as: biology and inner feeling. The cultural and social backgrounds are formed and grown in the family foundation and bigger one the society. If we take account the society foundation where the person grow as a main part so we can accept the social identity of a person as a national identity. For example: Iranian, Indian, Afghan and others. Eastern immigrants always faced the challenge of East and west culture and most of them had to accept the two identities which lead to Transnational-identity. Some of these immigrants with passing the level of adaptation with a new culture, suspended their national identity and adapted to the new identity while in others this process has not completed yet. It means their inner feelings do not accept this process. Keywords: Identity, Culture, and costum

Investigation of the relation between knowledge management and organizational commitment and professional commitment of staff
Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to find important information, select, organize and publish them; and it’s a proficiency that will be necessary for actions like solving problems, dynamic learning, decision making. Knowledge management can improve a wide range of organization performance properties by enabling company to more intelligent performance, but it’s not enough alone; because knowledge management to be useful needs undertaking staff to organization and their job, that accept the knowledge management process with spirit and heart and perform it(Wiig, 1999:14). With considering the importance of this topic, the current discussion will study the relation between knowledge management and professional commitment of staff at a petroleum company in the south of Iran. Formation of this study was based on this question that with considering the importance of professional commitment and organizational commitment of staff, what the relation between knowledge management and professional commitment and organizational commitment of staff is. The tools of data collection in order to knowledge management evaluation is the 21 questions questionnaire of Proset et al., to evaluation of professional commitment and organizational commitment, that’s combination and native 27 questions questionnaire of Allen and Meyer et al.; the stability of professional commitment and organizational commitment obtained 83% and the stability of knowledge management evaluation was 0.87 and because of being Kronbakh alpha of questionnaires both more than 0.7, both questionnaires had obligatory stability. To determine being normal, the data obtained of Colmogroph -Smirnoph was applied and confirmed the results of being normal test. Hypothesizes of the study were examined by performing of Spearman correlation test and their significant and positive effects were proved, this means that knowledge management totally has a direct and significant relation with organizational commitment and professional commitment.

Issues of Indian Dalit elderly require different perspective for study
Population ageing is the most significant emerging demographic phenomenon in the world today. In 1950, the world population aged 60 years and above was 205 million (8.2 per cent of the population) which increased to 606 million (10 per cent of the population) in 2000. By 2050, the proportion of older persons 60 years and above is projected to rise to 21.1 per cent, which will be two billion in number. Old age presents its special and unique problems but these have been aggravated due to the unprecedented speed of socioeconomic transformation leading to a number of changes in different aspects of living conditions. The needs and problems of the elderly vary significantly according to their age, socioeconomic status, health, living status and other such background characteristics. The most of the study is only considering all elderly same factors for study of the issues and problems of elderly. The Indian society structure is form on the basis of the caste of the people. The whole society divided as per their role and function in the society. The allocation of the resources also divided as per the caste, the Dalti in India are the most vulnerable communities in the India due to various reasons. The women condition of the Dalit women elderly are facing multi level exclusion on the basis of the gender, caste, economic, caste atrocities and social exclusion. The paper is demanding that while studying the issues of Dalti elderly need different perspective for studying the issues and problems of the Dalti elderly.
