Erwinia Species on Lagenaria Siceraria Causing Soft Rot of Fruit in Eastern Zone of Nepal and Adjoining Area of India
Soft rot of fruit causing disintegration of cells and dissolution of middle lamellae due to the action of enzymes secreted by Erwinia sp.The colour of fruit also changes to brown- blackish in a part or the whole part damaging tissues of the fruit and the watery secretions leads to 10-15% loss in the productivity in the Districts of Sunsari and Morang of Province No. 1 and adjoining area of India. Bacterial wilt is also produced by Erwinia sp. Singh (1968)16. Toxins also produced by Erwinia sp., which cause disturbance in metabolic activity of Lagenaria siceraria (Mol.) Standl. Erwinia sp. is seed borne and soil borne pathogen.

Ileocaecal intussusception on a lipoma, a case report.
Contrary to the primitive forms of the infant Acute intestinal intussusception is a rare entity in children. Adult, showing 10% of all intussusceptions and 4% of intestinal obstructions in adults. And an organic lesion is often found at the point of weakness of the intussusception in 80% of the cases at the adult. Malignant tumors represent the first etiology of intussusceptions, especially in the colon, whereas they are secondary to a benign lesion (especially in the hail) in 25% of cases. Treatment is always surgical in adults and leaves no room for reduction by hyperpressure under radiological control.

Radiation-induced osteosarcoma of the mandible: A case report and review of the literature
We report the case of a 69-year-old man with radiation-induced osteosarcoma of the mandi-ble diagnosed four years after radiation treatment for squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. Although radiation therapy is a proven treatment modality for malignancies of the head and neck, it can have adverse effects. Late complications in bone following radiotherapy include osteoradionecrosis, radiation-induced osteitis, and osteosarcoma, which is an uncommun tumor, diagnosed by meeting certain diagnostic criteria. The mandible is a location very sensitive to radiation effects.

Bone metastases from cervical cancer: a case report and review of the literature.
Bone metastases from cervical cancer are rarely seen, their frequency is rarely observed, their frequency is estimated to average 3-4% of bone metastases. The most common locations of these metastases are in the spine and pelvis. We report the observation of a 51-year-old patient treated in 2015 for stage IIIa cervical cancer with chemo-radiotherapy combination. Six years later, she was admitted for low back pain. A thoracoabdomino-pelvic CT scan was performed objectifying a lytic tissue mass of the vertebral body and posterior arch of 3rd lumbar vertebra with endocanal extension. The patient underwent a bone biopsy, the histological study of which confirmed the epidermoid nature of a carcinomatous proliferation of cervico-uterine origin given the context. The originality of this observation lies in the bone location of these metastases and the interest of the CT scan in the diagnosis, as well as in the delay between the complete remission and the appearance of the bone lesion. The occurrence of bone metastases during cervical cancer has a very poor prognosis.

Exploration of the Adoption of Digital Technology in Education Among Indigenous People in Guyana
Educational capabilities vary in diverse geographical regions. Training is critical to standardize and optimize educational practices for desired outcomes. In Guyana, indigenous Amerindian preservice teachers need to acquire the skills and overcome the technological barriers to better prepare learners beyond the classroom. Even though internet access would allow indigenous Amerindians in Guyana to develop technology literacy skills and access educational resources, Indigenous pre-service teachers have a low rate of technology adoption in the classroom. The purpose of this basic qualitative study was to discover the perceptions of indigenous Amerindian preservice teachers on the adoption of digital technology in the classroom. Rogers’s diffusion of innovation theory and David and Venkatesh's technology of acceptance model were used to understand indigenous Amerindian preservice teacher perceptions about the use of digital technology, in respect of perceived barriers, and the coping and adopting mechanism throughout their pedagogical practices. Ten Indigenous Amerindian preservice teachers participated in this qualitative study. Semi-structured, interviews were the primary data collection tool. Open coding was used to generate themes and analyzed emergent coding. The findings from this study indicated that the rate of adoption of digital technology could accelerate if (a) training is strategic, (b) there is a reduction of institutional barriers, and (c) professional practices are aligned for educational growth. This study potentially contributes knowledge to education and leverage and adoption of digital technology, to advance understanding of learning and pedagogical best practices. The findings may contribute to positive social change in that professional development centers can improve skills that provide flexible learning for improving access to psychological therapies to integrate digital technology beyond the classroom. and serve as a catalyst to promote growth by capacity building.

The COVID- 19 Pandemic, Preventive Approaches, Perspective
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused lots of crises, losses, and damages to the people's livelihoods. Undoubtedly, vaccination is the most essential and urgent solution but this solely may not resolve the issue in long term. Since the uneven and partial distribution of approved vaccines further complicates the issue. Besides, none of the present vaccines confer cent percent immunity. Furthermore, there are concerns about the longevity and efficacy of these vaccines as the new variants may evade current vaccines. Moreover, there is a minority of people with allergic reactions to these vaccines, and the side effects of the present vaccines in the long term are not yet known. Indeed, a multilateral approach is required to manage this pandemic. The COVID-19 is primarily a respiratory disease. The establishment of reliable procedures for regular disinfection of the respiratory system may help restrain the pandemic. In this proposal piece, a condensed description of traditional approaches to respiratory infectious illnesses is provided. These may inspire the development of preventive packages to protect people fairly against this contagious disease.

Nodular fasciitis of the neck: Case report
Nodular fasciitis is an unusual benign reactive process of the soft tissues related to the fascia and characterized by fibroblastic proliferation. Its rapid growth can be deceptively similar to that of soft-tissue sarcomas. The importance of this diagnosis is primarily in its recognition, separation from a wide differential diagnosis and avoidance of unnecessary additional surgery. We report a case of a rare localization of this tumor in the neck observed in a six years old child.

Prevalence and epidemiological aspect of iron-deficiency anemia in children aged 7-24 months at HGR-kindu
this is a public health problem, because of a total of 546 infants aged 7 to 24 months, anemic explored, and 38.1% had iron deficiency anemia; 40.3% iron deficient without anemia and 21.6% of non-deficient anemic infants based on the following indicators: Hb ? 11g/dl; VGM ? 74 fl and low serum iron ? 37ug/dl. Among the risk factors observed in this study: age (7-12 months), low level of education of mothers, large household size in relation to household income and early and late partial weaning with food supplements not suitable. This study tends to show the major place of sociodemographic factors in the genesis of iron deficiency anemia in our environment and especially the role that breastfeeding plays in avoiding the early onset of iron deficiency anemia in children.

Synthesis, Spectral Characterization and Antibacterial Properties of Isomeric Mixture of Nickel(II) Complexes
Isomeric Nickel (II) complexes of toluic acid hydrazide-hydrazone, HL have been synthesized through one pot synthesis. The ligand, HL and the complexes were characterized with FTIR, Uv-Vis, NMR and Mass Spectroscopies, Melting point, solubility, metal conductance, percentage metal and elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility. The solubility test revealed that the compounds were generally soluble in DMSO hence the molar conductance of the complexes in DMSO showed that the complexes are electrolytic in nature. The mass spectroscopy, percentage metal and elemental analyses conformed with the formulated masses, while the compounds were stable at room temperature. The FTIR spectra of the ligand proved it to be bidentate and the ligand, HL coordinated to the Ni(II) ions through while the electronic spectra peaks showed that Ni(II) complex isomer I and Ni(II) complex isomer II assumed tetrahedral and square planar geometries respectively. The NMR spectra of Ni(II) complex isomer I gave broad bands due to paramagnetism while Ni(II) complex isomer II revealed the relevant peaks. The antibacterial activities of the compounds showed the complexes are more active against the ligand, with Ni(II) complex isomer 1 showing greater activity against k.pneumoniea.
