Analysis of the business intelligence function, the inventors and innovators sanandaj city
Business Intelligence, a framework consisting of processes, tools and various technologies that convert data into information and information into knowledge are needed. Research, applied research, and data collection methods, descriptive - correlation survey, which examines how business intelligence among inventors and innovators has Sanandaj. The population have all inventors, entrepreneurs and successful scientists are in the city of Sanandaj, the number was 150, of which, according to Cochran's sample size calculation formula, 108 seats, as the sample was selected. The results of this study also showed that, among the decision criteria inventors, inventions and innovations, there is a significant relationship. So that, between process knowledge and ingenuity and invention, between ingenuity and invention to solve complex problems, and explore the power of ingenuity and invention, and the strengthening of the decision and the ingenuity and invention, there is significant relationship.

Studying the delay reasons of the civil projects (Case study: Dam construction Industry of Kermanshah Province)
Whereas any delay in the civil projects result in the consumption of the state resources, decrease of profit, and loss of the opportunities, recognition of the delay factors will be of fundamental importance. In this study, after studying some of the dam-making projects of Kermanshah Province, 9 factors were introduced as the principal factors as follows with the respective priority and effectiveness: 1- Lack of suitable financing 2- Difficulties concerning ownership of lands 3- Postponed payments due to contractors 4- Lack of enough skill and experience in some of the contractors and week management practiced by them 5- Lack of efficient human force 6- Lack of materials 7- Lack of machinery 8- Inconsideration of the project shortfalls by the Client 9- Economic status and raised prices.

Colic pseudo tumoral metaplasia of the bladder mucosa
Colic metaplasia of the bladder urothelium is a rare benign tumor. It is most often asymptomatic and discovered in a prolonged chronic inflammatory context. However, there are some rare proliferative forms with a polypoid aspect more or less exuberant. We report a case of colonic metaplasia of the bladder mucosa producing a pseudo-tumoral appearance, with review of the literature.

Exploring the data access control for multi-authority cloud storage with efficient revocation
Business record (BR) is an emerging patient-centric model of information exchange, which is outsourced to be stored at a third party, such as cloud providers. To assure business data control over access to their own BRs, it is promising method to encrypt the BRs before outsourcing. To achieve scalable data access control for BRs, we leverage attribute based encryption techniques to encrypt business file. In data owner, the users divide to the BR system into multiple security domains that reduces key management complexity for owner and users. A degree of privacy is guaranteed by exploiting multi-authority ABE.

Cover change analysis of mangrove forest and surrounding land cover of Mtwapa creek, Kenya
Cover change study was carried out within and adjacent to peri-urban mangroves of Mtwapa in Kilifi County using medium resolution Landsat (1990; 2000), SPOT (2009) imageries and a mangrove species vector map of 1992. The objective of the study was to assess the temporal mangrove cover change with respect to the immediate land cover changes surrounding the creek. Between 1992 and 2009 Mangrove forest cover saw a loss of 21%. Land-cover from 1990 to 2009 revealed high rate of upland deforestation (3.85% yr-1) and an increase in agricultural land (13.9% yr-1). There is need for reforestation and conservation of the remaining patches of upland forests as well as establishment of riparian zones to enhance soil retention to minimize sedimentation.

Modeling and design of state feedback with integral controller for TRMS (Twin Rotor MIMO System)
This paper presents the modeling and design of State Feedback with Integral controller on Twin Rotor MIMO System. In this two SISO systems are considered (i) main rotor (ii) tail rotor. Main Rotor is used to control the pitch axis and the Tail Rotor is used to control the yaw axis. By using the state feedback the both the axis are controlled as desire. The main aim of this paper is to compare the control performance between State Feedback and PID controller that is designed with Relay feedback method. The entire work has been carried out in MATLAB environment and the performance is compared in the terms of settling time, peak overshoot, offset and overall performance. The regulatory response of the system is also presented.

KNN based classifier systems for intrusion detection
This paper describes a hybrid design for intrusion detection that combines anomaly detection with misuse detection. The proposed method includes an ensemble feature selecting classifier and a data mining classifier. The former consists of four classifiers using different sets of features and each of them employs a machine learning algorithm named fuzzy belief k-NN classification algorithm. The latter applies data mining technique to automatically extract computer users’ normal behavior from training network traffic data. The outputs of ensemble feature selecting classifier and data mining classifier are then fused together to get the final decision. The experimental results indicate that hybrid approach effectively generates a more accurate intrusion detection model on detecting both normal usages and malicious activities.

Agro- escalation android-web architecture
The application takes care of certain problems in agriculture and health care by concurrently capturing images, audio and video and sending them to a specified server. Agricultural Scientists or doctors can view or listen to this images/video/audio information and provide proper solutions, accordingly. The Technology used is Content Based Image Processing which matches the histogram of two samples and detect the plant disease at the Server End.

Considering any relation between organizational culture & suggestions system
The present research intends to study any relation between organizational culture and suggestions system. It is an explanatory one from among different types of applicable researches and from method viewpoint. Therefore two separated questionnaires were applied for this purpose. The first one is related to organizational culture with 23 closed questions. The second one is related to measuring any cooperation through suggestions system. Upon ensuring about narration and survival of measuring tools, both questionnaires were distributed among members of a sample consisting of 30 persons of a statistical population including headquarter personnel of quarter areas of Education Department. According to the findings, there is a meaningful relation between organizational culture parameters and suggestions system. Finally there are some proposals for betterment and upgrading all cultural dimensions in order to have more promotion of suggestions system in mentioned organization.

Economic analysis of modern bee keeping in kogi state, Nigeria
This study examined the economic analysis of modern beekeeping in Kogi State, Nigeria. The socio-economic characteristics, level of profitability, the factors affecting bee-keeping production and problems of modern bee keeping in the study area were analyzed. Data were collected through structured questionnaires from 70 bee farmers selected randomly in fifteen villages across the State. Analytical tools employed include Descriptive statistics; Net farm income Analysis and Production Function. Results of the socio-economic characteristics of the farmers reveals that majority (97.14%) of the farmers were males with a mean age of 43 years. And have an average family size of 8 persons. More than half (57.14%) of the farmers has been into beekeeping for more than 16 years and have a mean bee – keeping experience of 14 years. On the average the farmers employed 5 persons and have an average of 7 hives. Results revealed a net farm income of ?21, 000 per hives and profitability index of 0.76 indicating that modern bee keeping is profitable in the study area. Production function analysis showed that size of the bee hives, number of harvest, numbers of employee and capital have positive and significant effects (p<0.01) on bee keeping. The major constraints associated with beekeeping are inadequate capital, high cost of equipment, illiteracy, inadequate of extension visit, bororo invasion (Fulani), and inadequate management/managerial skills or knowledge. It is therefore recommended that youth ,women, retiree’s should be encouraged to venture into bee-keeping as a means of reducing unemployment and farmers should be ready to adopt modern bee-keeping techniques in the study area.
