The Effect of Interactive and Non-Interactive Call activities: State of Art Article
English has become the common international language in the 21st Century. It is the language most frequently used to communicate by people who are not native speakers of the same language. Consequently, learning and using English is of a great importance nowadays (Wu and Marek, 2010). Language is still taught as a traditional classroom subject, similar to math or geography in countries where there is not population of native or English speakers. Technology, however, offers opportunities for people from other cultures to interact with each other. It can be beneficial to language learners if technology is incorporated into the classroom

Burnout and its Influence on Chinese Independent Secondary School Teachers Job Satisfaction
This study aims to investigate the influence of burnout on job satisfaction among Chinese Independent Secondary Schools (CISS) teachers. The respondents for this study consist of 175 teachers selected randomly from five CISS from one of Northern State of Peninsular Malaysia. Data from respondents was collected using a translated version of questionnaire consisting of 3 parts, namely demographic, Maslach Burnout Inventory - Educators Survey (MBI - ES), and finally Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). The results show that the level of teacher burnout dimension of emotional exhaustion, and personal accomplishment are moderate. Whereas the burnout dimension of depersonalization was at low level. Meanwhile multiple regression analysis shows that only teacher burnout dimensions emotional exhaustion have a significant negative influence on CISS teacher job satisfaction. Findings suggest that the CISS organizations should pay more attention on teachers’ psychological aspect such as teacher burnout in the workplace in order to generate better quality of teachers’ job satisfaction and performance.

Vibrational analyses of Molecular structure and NMR chemical shielding anisotropy (CSA) parameters of methyl 2-chloronicotinate
In this work, FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra are recorded on the solid phase of methyl 2-chloronicotinate in the regions 4000–400 cm-1 and 3500–100 cm-1 respectively. The geometrical parameters, vibrational assignments, HOMO–LUMO energies and NBO calculations are obtained for the monomer and dimer of methyl 2-chloronicotinate from DFT (B3LYP) with 6-311++G (d, p) basis set calculations. Second order perturbation energies and electron density (ED) transfer from filled lone pairs of Lewis base to unfilled Lewis acid sites of methyl 2-chloronicotinate are discussed on the basis of NBO analysis. give the evidence for the formation of dimer entities in the title molecule. The theoretically calculated harmonic frequencies are scaled by common scale factor. The observed and the calculated frequencies are found to be in good agreement. The thermodynamic functions were obtained for the range of temperature 100–1000 K. The polarizability, first hyperpolarizability, anisotropy polarizability invariant has been computed using quantum chemical calculations. The chemical parameters were calculated from the HOMO and LUMO values. The NMR chemical shielding anisotropy (CSA) parameters were also computed for the title molecule.

Quality of Life and Environmental Conditions in Jammu City
Quality of life is an amorphous and broad construct concerned with overall well-being in societies. While the term “quality” implies the degree of excellence of a characteristic, different people may value different areas of life, and therefore quality of life means different things to different people .Quality of life’ as any other concept in social science has been defined in a number of ways. In order to know the level of living people in a given geographical area, one has to know the overall consumption types and levels, housing, health, education, social status, employment, affluence, leisure hour, social security and social stability etc. A phenomenal and rapid enhancement in increase of urban population, practically in all major cities has the consequent strain on the prevailing system has manifested in the form of an environmental chaos. The process of urbanization can be owed as main culprit, where in besides bringing higher standard of living, it has also brought severe problems, as growth of dense and unplanned residential areas, environmental pollution, non-availability of services and amenities, solid waste, garbage disposal problems, drinking water problems, traffic menace etc. The study area, Jammu city is passing through a transitional phase of urbanization as lot of changes have been witnessed in last 3 decades. Thus, the present paper tends to assess and evaluate the quality of life and environmental conditions in the study area i.e. Jammu City on the basis of people’s perception.

Artificial neural trend analysis package of telemetry tracking and command network for linux workstation system
A satellite has many supporting subsystems like sensors, solar panels, thrusters, thermal control system, reaction wheels, batteries, etc. These subsystems are integral and functional parts of a satellite that serve different purposes. For example, batteries supply power during eclipse time, thermal control system maintains an optimum temperature; thrusts are used to maintain satellite attitude and orbit. The subsystem must be in good condition and help the satellite to perform mission operation. Therefore the subsystems are analyzed to determine whether they are in good condition or not or showing a tendency to degrade. To do this analysis, archive data files are used, these files contains actual information about the subsystems. The subsystems are represented in the data files as parameters. The checking manifestations of the satellite health status are carried out to yield exact result. Based on these results further steps that facilitate the continuity of the satellite activities are implemented. Thus the spacecraft analysis is a vital activity and one of the objectives of “Telemetry Tracking and Command Network” for space research organizations among various other activities out to provide uninterrupted space services. The purpose of this research is to develop application software for analyzing spacecraft data and provide trend analysis package to benefit spacecraft subsystem specialists and designers at various centers of space research connected by Space NET.

Security of Data in the Utilization of E-Government
Both the computer and the software and data essential elements of a system of information in the digital environment associated with e-government. Computer may be associated with devices and services in the communication network terminal ends or other accounts or specific network facilities. Computing network may be a LAN or private network extended the scope of the government department or ministry concerned as a network intranet, or wide area WAN network as extranet or international information network such as the Internet, may also be linked to external contact is open to any individual provider technological means that enable access to her. The aim of this research is the security of information systems, protection and availability of resources and its components and work their confidentiality and integrity. Where in the absence of adequate security systems and information and communication technologies, do not use all their capacities and energies. The absence or lack of security in a loss of confidence in the system to stop and not to make the most of it, making it a burden on the organization. On this basis it must protect the system and information from damage that can lead to system failures and loss dating back to their organizations and their staff. You can identify three main dimensions of the target of various information in security systems, (I) definition: who is allowed to enter the system? Must check it out through three main entrances (II) dependence: once you learn the rules of the real user, the natural next question is what allowed for this person? Thus, an accreditation process based access to resources for this user (iii) Management: representing management saving the user attributes, in addition to the security of a given resource definition. It includes on activities such as the exclusion of the advantages of the arrival of the user or employee leaving the service. The search results are in four axes task, first (Security Policy: The purpose of information security policy relates to provide appropriate guidance and administrative support to the security of the information and recommendation (II) Security organization: This dimension aims information security management focus in the organization (iii) the security of individuals: the purpose of the after the security of individuals to reduce the risk of human error, theft, embezzlement or misuse of facilities (iv) control of access to information). Concludes research is the establishment of political, regulatory and legal frameworks to address the matters relating to the dangers of security such as piracy and management of domain names and the protection of citizens, the development of information security policy and encourage the application and adaptation programs and records of e-government, strengthen the expertise and Practice better for the security of information systems through the development of guidance and technical standards on a large scale and use including is a global developer, organize public campaigns to raise awareness aims to improve public knowledge and understanding of the importance of information and intellectual property rights and the protection of security software.
