Knowledge sharing over instant messaging apps: A study among IT professionals, Malappuram, Kerala.
Advances in information technology have resulted in the development of various computer-mediated communication tools of which the Instant messenger (IM) is one of the most prevalent. Instant messaging apps are widely used today for information sharing. The present study “Knowledge sharing over instant messaging apps: a study among Kinfra community, Malappuram” is based on the importance of instant messaging apps and the authenticity of the information sharing via those apps which helps the users to determine its reliability. The need to conduct a study based on trustworthiness of the information sharing is desirable and useful for the users. A structured questionnaire is used for collecting data which are personally distributed or sent through mail. The collected data are classified, analyzed. The investigator’s conclusion on whether or not instant messaging has negative effects on real-life social networks is, well, inconclusive. People have varying opinions on the topic, and there is evidence that can demonstrate both the pros and cons of using instant messaging. The safest thing to say is that the effect of online communication depends largely on the personality and habits of the user himself.

Complete testicular epididymal dissociation in cryptorchid testis: A rare case report and review of the literature
We report a case of a complete testicular epididymal dissociation discovered during surgery for cryptorchidism. The epididymis was found in the scrotum and the testis in the inguinal canal. This malformation is very rare, it has been reported sporadically, the incidence in patients with cryptorchidism may be higher. Epididymal anomalies seem to play an important role in the emergence of fertility disorders.

Integer Linear Programming Based Optimal Placement of Phasor Measurement Units for Power System Observability in Khouzestan Province in Iran
Nowadays, phasor measurement units are used in power networks for different purposes, such as Linearization of state estimation equations and speed improvement of controlling and protecting systems. Optimization of position and number of these equipments is considerably important because of their high costs. Effective parameters on position and number of PMUs optimization are: Network topology and zero injection buses in power networks. In this paper an objective function based on integer linear programming (ILP) is presented to determine the number and optimized position of PMUs, in order to complete observability of power systems. The effect of zero injection buses on objective function in power networks is evaluated. Simulation results are implemented in MATLAB software on the IEEE 14 buses system, and also 230kv and 400kv networks in Khouzestan province.

Operational and Technical issues in Warehouse Optimization Process
Ware house Optimization process are based on modern warehousing and multi-optimization models. Modern warehousing become more typical and complex to handle and this paper highlight the role of operational and technical solutions in the development of today warehousing projects Warehousing optimization studies can be undertaken on the basis of its technical structure and operational framework or its controlling system. Present paper reveals the hurdles and complexities of modern warehousing optimization and also focus on remedies to overcome the constraints in optimization of warehouse. Warehouse management encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in handling, storage and procurement, conversion, and all logistics management activities. Importantly, it also includes coordination and collaboration with channel partners, which can be suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. The optimal operation of a warehouse is achieved when each customer is satisfied completely and logistic processes are done within a reasonable timeframe with minimum cost and optimal utilization of resources under dynamically changing conditions. This paper also reveal that the effective use of space within the boundary of warehouse provide the basic platform to solve the problems coming across in the warehouse management. The stability of using steel storage racks depend upon solely on the pallet beam to upright connectors and on the stiffness of base plate to floor connection.

Annual and Seasonal Variation of Nutrients and Pigment Content in Uzunçayir Dam Lake, Turkey (Eastern Anatolia)
Our aim is to assess nutrient status and pigment content of Uzunçay?r Dam Lake during period from May of 2013 to April of 2014. We sampled at different depths (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 m) from nine stations selected and investigated chlorophyll concentrations and carotenoid content in samples. The concentrations of chlorophyll were high in the spring and autumn that the values ranged from surface 19.06 to deeper parts 97.15 µg L-1. The highest value was determined as 13.14 µg L-1.Based on our data, Uzunçay?r Dam Lake can be classified as oligotrophic.

Mandatory Principles of Law and Delocalized Arbitration in International Commercial Arbitration
Mandatory rules denote those rules of law that parties cannot derogate from. These are rules which in appropriate cases supersede the proper law with the result that their provisions, override the will of the parties. It does not matter whether the applicable law is ascertained by reference to an express stipulation or by reference to the forum with the closest connection. It typically regulate matters in which the “interest of the state is too important for them to be in competition with foreign laws” or the will of the parties and it includes those aspects of public policy, which because they reflect the basic social and economic philosophy of a state, are framed in an imperative manner. These include currency and exchange regulations, boycotts and blockades, competition, and environmental protection laws. One of the limitations on party autonomy within a national legal system is that overriding laws of the forum may override the law chosen by the parties. Freedom of choice (autonomy of will) is a general principle of private international law and is to be respected in principle, it should operate within the limits imposed by such other equally important general principles of law or subject to any restraints of public policy. The theory of delocalization is a mode of detaching international commercial arbitration from legal system of the forum. One main purpose of delocalization is to eliminate the unintended effects of certain arbitration tribunal conducting arbitration seized with hostile features of the law of the place where the arbitration is held. Therefore armed with an arbitral power to make interim award basically for protection and preservation of the res, pending the final award. In Nigeria delocalized arbitral award can be refused on the grounds of non-compliance with the mandatory rules and public policy by the arbitral tribunal. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act

The study also examine the role of the Nigeria state in ameliorating the situation. It recommends that current measures at restoring peace and infusing a massive infrastructure in the area should be maintained. Lastly, the provision of life sustaining skills for the youths of the region should be continued. This will enable the youths to survive without recourse to militancy and kidnapping.
