Synthesis growth and characterisation of l-alanine potassium nitrate –a potential non linear optical material
A new semi organic nonlinear optical crystal, L-Alanine potassium nitrate has been synthesized and good optical quality single crystals were grown by slow evaporation technique. The growth conditions of the crystals are studied and the grown crystals are confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction studies. The grown crystal was characterized by using powderedXRD, FT-IR, UV–Vis–NIR, EDAX, and TG–DTA. The sharp peaks from powdered XRD spectrum shows high crystalinity of the grown crystal. The presence of various functional groups was confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopic technique. The UV–Vis–NIR spectrum indicates that the crystal has very good absorption in the entire visible and near IR region spectrum suggesting the suitability of the material for NLO applications. The decomposition temperatures and mass loss have been estimated from the thermo gravimetric analysis. The presence of potassium in the compound and composition of grown crystals was confirmed on the basis of energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDX).

Statistical Analysis of Income Poverty and Inequality in Nigeria
The negative implications of rising poverty and inequality have awakened research concern in recent time due to the perceived correlation between both issues. This study was carried out with the aim of investigating the effect of the relationship between income poverty and inequality in Nigeria because few researchers have studied them together in past studies. The head count index was used to estimate the incidence of poverty while the Gini coefficient was used to estimate income inequality based on household data from a Living Standard Survey of households in Nigeria. The national estimates of the head count and Gini coefficient were 0.34 and 0.69. For the six geo-political zones, the estimates were North East (0.36, 0.81); North West (0.30, 0.76); South South (0.36, 0.66); South West (0.33, 0.63); North Central (0.24, 0.61) and South East (0.26, 0.57) respectively. The results indicated that poverty was highest in the North East (0.36) and lowest in the North Central (0.24). Also, income inequality was highest in the North East (0.81) and lowest in the South East (0.57). This study has revealed the positive correlation between poverty and inequality because results had shown that poverty was highest where inequality was also highest. Therefore to reduce poverty, efforts should be made to ensure reduction in income inequality.

Impact of brand value on Market capitalization a study of banking sector
The biggest challenge for the banking industry is to tangibilize the intangible banking experience. One way of overcoming this challenge is creation of strong brands. In a highly competitive marketing environment, brands are regarded as an important source of capital. The contribution of brands has been appreciated in enhancing the market value of firms and hence this necessitates valuing them. The market value of firm can be determined by its market capitalization. Market Capitalization (Market Cap) quantifies business value on the basis of share price and number of shares outstanding. It generally reflects the market's view of a firm’s stock value. The current study examined the relationship between brand value and market performance of banks by using the market capitalization of global bank brands to test whether strong brands outperform the market. A bank is considered a brand if it is included in the annually published Brand finance Top 100 Brands ranking list. The sampling frame constituted the 100 best global bank brands listed by Brand Finance, a leading brand valuation agency. The data of Brand value and market capitalization was collected from the report of Brand Finance Banking 500 published in 2013. Correlation and Regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between branding and market capitalization. It is concluded that Brand value has significant impact on market capitalization of banks. Market Cap is indispensable in banking business because it is an effective measure to transmit information to the investors about the stock volatility.

Spirit transduction
Transduction the alight of God`s essence on special people, and people who believe in it are called hlulyeh or transductionalism. This belief is one of Alhaq significant principles that believe in God`s transduction into seven holy bodies. Transductionalism has been divided into different branches and the oldest person who dealt with spreading these thoughts was Abdullah son of Sbast who believed in Ali`s divinity. In Islamic insight all of viewpoints that to some extent perceive God as an transductioner into natural creatures or into some of people is completely inoperative and off cast and most of mystics and sufis consider it incorrect and in conflict with God`s existence unity, and believe that transduction and dichotomy are dissimilar with unity and this unhallowed belief is originated from Hindi and Zoroastrian religions that has come to verity ethic.

Dynamic verses formative assessment: A comparative study
Dynamism pumps the blood to the body of society; therefore, the dynamic and communicative nature of language can not only be considered integral in teaching, but also in assessing a language. Recently, all over the world traditional ways of assessment are trading place with more communicative ones. The primary purpose of this study was to investigate whether dynamic and formative assessment had significantly different impact on improving the listening skills of Iranian EFL Learners. To do so, 90 intermediate male and female learners from a language school in Tehran were elected. A piloted PET was administered as homogeneity test and 60 learners were selected as the participants and randomly assigned into two groups of thirty. To make sure that there is no statistically significant difference between the performances of the two groups in the beginning of the research a listening pretest of PET was administered in both experimental groups. In one group dynamic assessment, through teaching metacognitive strategies, was administered on learners' listening skills, while the other group's listening skill was assessed formatively. After fourteen sessions a posttest of PET was administered for both groups. The evaluation of the findings showed that the dynamically assessed group outperformed the formative one.

Deformation behavior of 93 Tungsten alloy under hydrostatic extrusion
In this study, the deformation behavior of 93Tungsten alloy under the hydrostatic extrusion has been investigated. The hydrostatic extrusion process of 93 Tungsten alloy has been analyzed by means of finite element method (FEM). The numerical results were highly corresponded to the experimental ones. Also the effect of die angle on the extrusion pressure and applied damages to the 93 Tungsten alloy during the process of hydrostatic extrusion has been investigated according to the Cockcroft & Latham damage criterion. As was deduced from results, when the die angle has been considered as 30°, the applied damages to the material during the process were negligible in comparison with higher values of die angle.

Synthesis, characterization and antibacterial studies of nickel (II) mixed ligand complexes of dithiocarbamate ligands with Schiff base
Nickel (II) mixed chelates of Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde and aniline with various dithiocarbamate ligands have been characterized by metal analysis, microbial activity, solubility, infrared and electronic spectral measurements. The compounds were generally insoluble in water and soluble in some solvents. The metal analysis gave values close to the expected percentage metal values confirming the coordination of the nickel metal in the complexes. The interpretation of the infrared spectra of the complexes showed that the two uninegative ligands coordinate to the metal ions in their complexes in a bidentate mode, the dithiocarbamate ligands binding through both sulphur atom and the Schiff base through the azomethine nitrogen and phenolic oxygen. The electronic spectra revealed that the nickel complexes are typical of square planar as evidenced by the presence of two d-d absorption bands. The synthesized compounds showed moderate to high antibacterial activity against the test bacteria and can be effective as antibiotics.
