The primary responsibility of the attorney to the client
With the conclusion of the advocacy contract, attorney and client have the right and duty to one another and they have mutual legal relations, duties and responsibilities. Obviously, the legal delimitation of the responsibilities is effective in preventing potential conflicts between the contracting parties of advocacy and, therefore, reduces the volume of court cases effectively. Attorney's obligations to the client are either directly from the legal contract, or are indirect from the agreement between the attorney and client may also have its origin in addition to the conditions and obligations under the contract, or be independent. However, it is necessary to fulfill such obligations. Obligations that are directly derived from law practice contract are due to the nature of the contract. Mere for the realization of the contract, without clear cause are the responsibility of the attorney. In this paper, the class of obligations as "the primary responsibility of the attorney to the client" will be discussed. In this paper, it will be tried to explain the importance of the primary responsibilities of the attorney to client, this issue is examined from various aspects in Iranian law and to some extends, in some countries, particularly Egypt and the UK as possible to the right as a comparative study.

Developing a conceptual framework for HRM measures in crisis using ISM Methodology
The recent crisis for HRM, as the business partner model, has been identified as an opportunity, and the HRM managers should use the recession and prove their capacity for making sound strategic decisions. However, in the face of crisis, these managers have in practice focused on a set of short-term measures aimed at retrenchment strategy, which will have long-term negative effects on the employees, corporate sustainability and competitiveness. Therefore, assuming crisis to be a natural part of a business, this research seeks to develop a model of HRM measures with a strategic approach that enhances effectiveness and minimizes the negative effects of the measures. Reviewing the literature, we identified the effective measures to deal with crises, and due to the influence of cultural and structural factors on the measures, we performed a survey of the senior managers of 87 industrial enterprises so as to get an accurate recognition and interpretation of the measures. The results of the first step were presented to a group consisting of 7 experts and beneficiaries in order to perform a ranking of the set of measures with strategic approach and consideration of the effects of the measures on one another using the interpretive structural modeling method. The final model presented the measures in seven levels to deal with the crisis, namely: Soft measures, Strategic and Hard (Reduction) measures.

Image steganography practices classification by object oriented approach: a review
This paper focuses on reviewing the various Steganography techniques that have been reported by researchers and scientists in the literature. The motivation of this paper is to overview the past and current Steganography techniques to embed the Stego image which bypass the human visual system without being detected. The techniques which operate both on text and image are considered. The focus is also given for the use and future scope of these techniques. The techniques are reviewed on the parameters of security, peak signal to noise ratio of stego image, mean square error and the capacity of data that can be carried out on the network without being detected. The paper is divided in three major sections which are the implementation in spatial domain, frequency domain, adaptive or mixed technique

Development and evaluation of polyherbal formulations for hair growth-promoting activity
Hair loss (technically known as alopecia) is a loss of hair from the head or body. Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern baldness specifically. Some types of baldness can be caused by Alopecia areata, an autoimmune disorder. Eclipta alba (Asteraceae), Bacopa monnieri (Plantaginaceae), Trigonella foenugraecum (Fabaceae) are well known Ayurvedic herbs with purported claims of hair growth promotion. Hair formulation of Eclipta alba 10% w/v, Bacopa monnieri 10 % w/v, Trigonella foenugraecum 5 % w/v concentration in the form of herbal oil were studied and showed excellent hair growth activity with standard (2% minoxidil ethanolic solution) in wister albino rats. Hair growth initiation time was significantly reduced to half on treatment with the oil, as compared to control animals. The time required for complete hair growth was also significantly reduced. Quantitative analysis of hair growth after treatment with oil exhibited greater number of hair follicles in anagenic phase i.e. 82 which were higher as compared to control (52). The results of treatment with oil were better than the positive control minoxidil 2% treatment. It holds the promise of potent herbal alternative for minoxidil.

Effect of pure and modified gum Arabic on the mechanical properties of poly (vinyl chloride)
Gum Arabic exudate was collected from Acacia Senegal trees around Zaria metropolis. The gum was hydrated in double strength chloroform water, purified in 95% ethanol and then washed with diethyl ether. Modification of the gum was performed with ethanol and Acetic anhydride. Densities of the samples were compared with that of the unmodified gum and it was found that both samples were less dense than the unmodified gum. From turbidity measurement, ethanol modified (EGL) gum appears more turbid than both acetic anhydride modification (AAN) and unmodified gum (PGM). In salinity, conductivity and TDS tests, AAN sample higher values than other samples. The melting point of EGL and PGM are only slightly different, 242oC and 245oC respectively while that of AAN was 229oC. The mechanical properties of the samples were measured using Honsfield Tensometer. The AAN sample has the highest modulus at 10, 20, 30 and 40% gum composition. For PGM the modulus drops from 10-30% gum composition then finally increases. The ACT modification shows decrease in modulus as the percent of gum increases. Modulus of PGM drops at 20, 40, 60 and 80% gum composition. It was found that the tensile strength of the chemical modification formulations reinforced the PVC matrix at 10%/90%, 20%/80% and 30%/70% gum/PVC compositions for AAN and at 10%/90% and 20%/80% gum/PVC compositions. Though EGL showed increase at 30%/70% composition, its tensile strength is similar to that of the unmodified gum (PGM), decreasing with increasing gum concentration.

Semi smooth graceful graph and construction of new graceful trees
In this paper we paper we define smooth graceful labeling and semi smooth graceful labeling for a graph. We also prove that a grid graph PnXPm is smooth graceful graph and a star K1,n is semi smooth graceful graph. Using this we proved that star of a star, star of smooth graceful tree and path union of a smooth graceful tree are graceful trees. We also get graceful labeling for comb graph and simple lobster graph.

Mobile agent based data retrieval from distributed database
This paper describes the process involved in data retrieval from heterogeneity distributed database environment which employ multiple agent system. When a user request in any environment the request is converted to a query using Natural language Processing and passed for search through specific domains which helps to reduce the computation time and further complexity. But the transfer of record to and fro between system and base station increases the network traffic, communication cost, and response time. In order to minimize the overall complexity mobile agents are used to fetch the data required from various domains. This will help to improve the performance by exploiting the sites in parallel process.

Population distribution and migration, in line with the human resources management in the country
Population and workforce, the most important indicators, which should be considered, and the growth of power in each territory are considered. Today, demographic factors and social characteristics of each country or territory, as a major force in determining the fate of the economy - the political and cultural situation, and the quality and efficiency of their current situation and future prospects, can positive and negative factors. The study also examined the distribution of rural and urban populations, migration and dispersal of non-resident population in the country, in order to plan and manage the appropriate distribution of the population, as well as the cause of the distribution is paid. Required data population ( total population, rural population (total, male and female), non-resident population (total, male and female ), and immigrant intake ), this research is provided for each province, and after review and the data transferred to the GIS environment, and maps of each of the demographic factors, to better understand the zoning for the entire country, and the reasons for the uneven distribution of population was described, The results indicate that, Tehran as the country's most populous province, and the province's most vulnerable immigrant is introduced. Ilam, in terms of population and in terms of immigration, there is the last category provinces, Khorasan Razavi province, has the highest rural population, and Qom, has the smallest population is rural, Sistan and Baluchestan Province has the highest number of nomadic populations, and Qom was seen as the minimum number of rural population, had the province in terms of soil and water are no facilities for pastoral work.
